The second scrags was much more elusive, quickly darting around each corner it came to, weaving one direction than the other. But Sheridan would not be fooled, not this time, and the mouse would soon find itself captured and returned to its box.

Sherry had no real clue about what she was doing. That didn't matter, as long as she fooled everyone. Never. Armagnac was the one exception, of course. Sherry stopped and looked around. Oh, that booth looked rather...cheerful! She walked right up to it-- and immediately regretted her choice. There were two very creepy monsters hanging out at this one. Armagnac was most definitely annoyed. Right. Right. Sherry steeled herself, walked up and tried to look excited. "I'd like to play your game, please." She listened to the rules, and looked over the place. She could...uh...try this. Yeah. You would say that. To the booth operators Sherry nodded. "Time to give it a go." And the minipet was loose. Sherry tried to stop it, she really did. But that little thing was so much faster than she had anticipated. It slipped right through her pretty golem fingers. (Ok, ok. Too her complete horror, the bird boy caught the rat creature. Ok. That part wasn't horrible. The part where he ate the thing was. Sherry was aware of the disgust on her face, and quickly tried to mask it. "Well, I guess it's not a complete waste." Oh! What's this? They were letting her have another chance? Sure. Sure. You could be more encouraging. Sherry focus. This time...this time it wouldn't get away. She waited. She watched. And the moment the thing started running, she tried her best to stay on top of it. Alright. One more time. She could do this. That last one had been catch-able. And she was ready. So very ready. The scrags was loose, and her eyes followed it. Then her hands. It was a tricky little fellow, and almost got away. But then she had it. Somehow, she had it. "Yes!" she exclaimed again, even louder than before. A victory! A victory that even made her forget she was playing a game set up by monsters, for monsters. For a moment. "Um, thank you for the game. It was...challenging." She tried not to look at the bird boy who had eaten the minipet earlier. Armagnac would offer no further congrats. Which was fine with Sherry. She sort of wanted to move on and get on with collecting minipets. I'm the scrags master, I've mastered the scrags! I am winner #2 today! Rhiannon found herself at the pest control booth. Since she was here she decided to play a game. Stepping up she waited for the scrags to be released.
She missed the tail as she got distracted by a loud noise.

Just one more time, she promised herself. She wouldn't play 'let the scrags go' except for this one.. more.. time.. Freya giggled as she let the scrags into the maze, and haphazardly attempted to catch it - without actually catching it. She was such a naughty ghoul. "Ah, there it goes again," She muttered dramatically as the scrags got away. "I will just takes this stickers here, and tries not to be so slippery next time!" ramenli Taking one consolation star <3 I'm not sure, would you rather us not quote you if we're just collecting these?

Sheridan was after the scrags in a flash, well maybe not a flash, the scrags wasn't really running that fast. It must have been tired, how many times had it been chased during the festival? He supposed it was lucky, at least it hadn't been eaten...yet.
