The reason why Senga hadn't come to this booth before was because he remembered Frost.
And that wasn't exactly a good thing.
But he found his way here anyways in the end. And anyways, racing? Racing was fun.
Except he underestimated snow and scowled at how much it slowed him down. The use of wings was probably rule-breaking... wasn't it.

A race in the snow? Lihua wasn't so sure about this.
Lihua could swim. Fastest swimmer that she knows of. But snow is something totally different.

Alright, so last time he got his fortune told from that tea booth, it had been . . . interesting. And mortifying. Mostly mortifying. Sure there was a sort of message of hope, but it was still a somewhat embarrassing one. Mort knew he shouldn't take these readings so seriously, but sometimes they rang a little too true for his liking, y'know?
Once again this proved to be the case. A symbol of self-destruction, an element of courage, and a reminder of the unknown. Not to mention Bells had said before that undead were considered part of the earth element, at least in her readings. So . . . he was going to have luck and courage on his side as he faced the unknown, but if he wasn't careful with his decisions then he was going to destroy something precious to him?
Mrrr.
He knew he wasn't supposed to be taking these carnival readings to heart, but to do so they needed to stop hitting home. Acerium, invigorated by this message of hope, decided to try the course again.
She had to get used to the cold. If she was stronger she would get in for sure!!!

Rep wasn't generally superstitious but, he figured, why not give this fortune telling thing a try - it couldn't hurt.
Something unknown, something not understood. It sounded to him like most of his future. The next worried him, the prediction sounding like nothing good at all, the portents of disaster and change merely underpinning his lurking fears. The last was courage, which he hoped wasn't a sign whatever was coming he'd need courage to overcome.
Maybe fortune telling could hurt a little.

He also got a green gem, Courage, and he wasn't sure how much of that he had in supply. Courage within reason, sure. And another one of those yellow things. "Got another triforce piece," Harrison said, "if you draw three, that makes you complete, right?"
