"Huh?" My instincts instantly tripped and by the time I was able to turn my head to see what was going on, I take the hard hit, sending me down in a hurry towards the water below. Before I hit, I managed to right myself and then started to rub where he hit. "Gaaah...blast it." I said. That was going to be sore for a while. "Ok...I'm pissed..." I said, looking back up towards the Banette hybrid.

"Chaos?" Sub said as he faced the trio appeared. "First off, watch out for falling in the water, second, we got a Banette kid trying to kill us." Sub said as he looked up at the kid, who was now shooting him an angry glare. "You're next, I'm going to knock you old guys silly!" He shouted, now darting down towards Sub in the same manner as he went after Blizz. "Pallas, throw me again! Griswold, get ready." He ordered. The Mandibuzz obeyed, swinging Sub in his talons a few times to gain momentum before hurling him straight at the Banette kid. As Sub flew towards the Ghost he prepared a punch, though the kid cackled as Sub also came right at him, disappearing just like he did with Blizz, reappearing at the side of Blizz, getting ready to Sucker Punch him, until Sub also disappeared.

"I'll show you old!" He taunted the kid as he appeared on the other side, his Spiritomb wrapped around him as the Ghost transported Sub with his own Sucker Punch, the trainer throwing a fist at him as his Spiritomb provided the Dark energy to power the Channeler's punch, Kareem spinning around to throw his own blow, the two hitting each other, but Sub falling back down to Earth, splashing in the water again.

I went wide eyed when I saw Sub made the decent. "Crap! Sub!" This was bad; just as I was fearing already. I tried to fly over and catch Sub before he hit the water, but I was a second too late. However, before Sub got too deep, I quickly snatched him up out by the leg before he got a good enough chance to sink. "Don't you go out on me now!" I said.

"I have no idea. That Ice Beam stunt from earlier was the best one I had against this guy, since I knew Banette don't exactly like getting attacked right at the source of their own power; which was apparent when that Ice Beam incapacitated him for that brief instance." I said. "I doubt we'll get another chance like that again so easily. And even then, if we were to ultimately take him out, it'd probably take nothing short of something devastating to end him, like my Sheer Cold for instance, but that would be a bit on the unconventional side to use THAT. So, I guess long story short, I'm open to ideas as much as you are." I said.

"His power source..." Sub mumbled as he listened to Blizz. "Okay, I got a plan Blizz, however it could easily backfire on one or both of us. These guys are powered by fragments of that meteor right? The meteorite fragments having fused with them, to make them hybrids or channelers. Remember back in Unova, during Team Cipher's tyrannic reign? I upgraded the Snag Machines then to work like Chi Converters, but only in dire situations, normally this feature is locked. Well with some tweaking I think this same Chi Converter technology can snatch out their fragment. Only problem is the Chi Converter runs on your own chi, so it's a risk using it. If we can incapacitate him for long enough we might be able to rip out his fragment." He told Blizz.

"Hey! What are you geezers talking about!? I'm trying to kill you here!" Kareem shouted. "Ready or not, here I come!" He cackled, an expanding darkness coming from his open mouth, it was Night Shade, an orb of black consuming himself, and soon Blizz and Sub. "GRAY, unlock the Chi Converter function on mine and Blizz's Snag Machine and set its frequency to mimic that of the meteorites!" Sub called out, knowing GRAY could hear him from the SNAG in his pocket. "Chaos, Ter, all of you! Get away from here before you get swallowed up in this Night Shade, head for the original chi signature." Sub shouted.

"Don't worry about me, I got plenty of chi to spare to convert. I didn't train for so long for something only to just get taken out by the likes of this. I just only hope that it leaves me enough to be able to at least fly out of here; I'm not exactly set to swim too well." I said. I then perked up then went wide eyed. The more that this kid displays the more that these meteorites are bad news. "Ugh...to think power can be used like this...this kid makes me sick to my stomach to no end." I said, looking at my SNAG machine. "Well, whatever we are to do, we best do it now!" I said.

After returning Nova, Dan got the message from Sub to rejoin him. "Ok...Talon I need your help once more if you please" he requested of the bird who cawed happily. Looking around, he quickly found Freya and took her by the hand. "Come on! I'll give you a lift" Dan insisted, hoisting the girl onto the bird's back before getting on himself. Taking off into the air, the Braviary headed toward Sub as instructed.

Upon recieving the message, the blonde looked around, watching as everyone left, Krystal being taken back to HQ forcefully. She didn't have any transportation but Sol seemed to be teleporting to Sub. "Wait for me!" she cried out, latching onto the Ho-Oh hybrid before he disappeared.

Blizz and Sub were consumed in the darkness of the Night Shade, those on the outside would see nothing more than a ball of black, unaware that the two Snagems were on the inside fighting a Banette hybrid. "Crap, Blizz, can you sense him in here?" Sub asked his fellow teammate, the hybrid had begun to blend into the darkness, he could no longer be seen. "Heads up!" Kareem cackled as a Shadow Ball came out from the darkness, straight for Sub and Blizz.
