In all honesty, Flora had been mildly distracted by her phone, worrying about her Princess and holding the location she had texted back in mind just in case. It was unprecedented when she was suddenly knocked to the ground, gasping in surprise, and then choking on the gas after. Her first thought was that it wasn't fair that they had two on their side who could cause such coughing fits, even though her own attack could, though it was probably much weaker.
"I'll live." She gasped out, in between coughs as fingers desperately sent out a quick message to Chronos. "chaos here lots of smoke r u ok" Thankfully, being an eternal now meant that she was coping better with the smoke than Zephyr, but she too had breathed it in. With all the strength she could muster, she grasped him by the arm and tried to drag them both backwards, another gloved hand cupped over her mouth, trying to stay as close to the ground as possible.
Flora wasn't sure if it was the smoke making her hallucinate, but she could see bodies lying around, glassy eyed and she felt sick to her stomach. Those could easily belong to her or Zephyr if they weren't careful. There were powerful leaders here, including Ares, who intimidated her even when they had met before she had turned to Chaos. "Don't you... dare die." She told Zephyr through clenched teeth, coughing between her words.

order roll Athene pressed a hand to his aching side from where the dark senshi's punch had caught him - well one of quite a few punches really. Although at least the Page was safe. That awful ringing in his ears was gone too, thank god! The horrible smoke had thinned too.
The dark-haired senshi stumbled over something on the ground but managed to catch himself at the last moment. His eyes widened as he realised that the something was actually someone the body lying still and motionless on the ground. Oh gods it was last year's city council meeting all over again. There had been bodies there too, only this time round the bodies weren't of civilians.
Feeling sick to the stomach, Athene bit his lip. He couldn't stand around and just watch - not while his fellow senshi, his allies were getting hurt. Not that the dark-haired senshi was feeling greatly confident, he was under no illusions that his fighting skills well sucked. It wouldn't stop him from doing the best that he could and hope that he didn't end up getting himself killed.

[Order - hourly roll]Iris was free! Hygiea couldn't help but grin like an idiot once the Senshi of Rainbows was finally free of the coffin. It was mostly because of how accomplished she felt with totally helping and doing a good job - even though she had to let the cat go, she did help him too though - and she didn't even have to try and use her stupid attack. Though, from the looks of it maybe it could be needed right about now for some people, but Hygiea wasn't going to dwell on that. Iris was already back into the fold of things and punching a guy. "Thyme for some a** kicking!" She continued to smile, "and saving all the cats!" Wherever they might be, because that was kind of important to her. But the chibi stayed near Iris' side, aiding in the punches and kicks as she went, though they didn't land as well and as hard. "I think ********* became a person again," she announced. - - Just when it seemed his airway was beginning to work properly and resume normal breathing processes, Kailash got a nice punch to the gut knocking all the progress away. He wheezed, though in the back of his mind he took it as a good sign since it still meant things were in proper working order. It still hurt like a son of a b***h though. Probably would have been worse if he was a normal civilian though. Kailash staggered back from the blow, his eyes never seeming to be devoid of tears tonight. First from the gas and the smoke and now a sucker punch to the stomach. And from a girl too; the thought wasn't to be condescending, he knew of one particular girl who took pleasure in hitting him really hard but this meant he was probably going to have to fight back to defend himself. The Page didn't know how much he wanted to fight a girl, but given how many more in numbers they were in this whole fight he might need to put that chivalrous attitude aside. And she had attacked him, kind of gave him a free pass, ********..." he mumbled, pulling himself back up like one of those bobbing inflatable toys and upright. His arms immediately went up in a sloppy defensive position as he took a step back. "The hell is your problem, Rapunzel? Besides being evil and s**t?" He should fight.. but he really didn't wanna. Even though half the meeting from earlier had made it very clear that he should, but.. that was so much effort.

Oberon nearly yelped in surprise as someone pulled him away from Hypnos, but upon opening his eyes and seeing it was Ganymede, he settled down a bit, although he still coughed, trying to get the smoke out of his lungs, while trying to breathe properly from being kicked.
"Y-yeah," he groaned, finally forcing himself to kneel and then stand as Ganymede looked him over. "Are you?" he asked in return, before reaching out to try and help Hypnos up as well, not wanting her on the ground when they needed to be on their guard. He kept an arm around his own side, as if to protect it, but there was really no point at the moment. He was also having difficulties standing up straight, but he was sure it would be okay in a bit.
"Hypnos, this is Ganymede," he introduced, unable to remember if he had the previous time they'd run into each other. Ganymede was like a sibling to him, so of course he was happy to see him... Hypnos was his friend and the first senshi he'd ever met, so there was some kind of connection he felt he had with her.
"Why are they doing this??" he asked, tears in his eyes both from the gas as he did his best to keep himself from getting even more upset than he was. Looking up, he saw a few from the 'other side' coming towards them, over Ganymede's shoulder. And he almost let out a yelp of distress for Ganymede to look out, but... for some strange reason... they were stopped by some woman. He stared in disbelief for a few moments, before Hypnos's words caught up with him.
"I was talking to her! Cora! She was going to fix the phones..." he said, trailing off at the end since... the internet really didn't seem all that important at the moment.
Valhalla coughed and panted as he finally caught up to where Ganymede had found the chibi senshi(s)... surprised that there was another one! What the hell?? They were coming out of the woodwork or something!
"We need to get to cover," he growled lowly to Ganymede, his compass raised in defense with his back to the three. "This is sick... Just when we were trying to figure out ways to make peace with them, they decide to attack. Do they even understand that they could be hurting their own families??" he asked, in reference to Europa's broken connection to Leto...
Either way, he was ready to stand and defend those he could. He thought he caught a glimpse of Remarque in the crowd and his stomach churned once more, hoping he was mistaken and that the Dark Mirror Senshi wasn't killing like the others... Hell, if the killing stopped, he'd be happy, regardless.

[Order Hourly Roll] Sailor Nyx was hoping for a longer distraction -- if she could have simply gotten the senshi of madness out of his line of sight, it might then have bought them more time or broken his dogged concentration. It was already time for desperation mode and the battle had barely begun. Not a good sign. As it was she was just able to put herself between Benitoite and Kallichore.
"They're generals," came the warning and this one she heeded. The words continued to reverberate in her mind, as if none of her thoughts wanted anything to do with it. Before launching her attack, she had known that the enemy had to be the stronger individual. To pose a threat to an eternal, he would have to be. This simply confirmed how much stronger. She could not waver until there was nothing left.
"There's no fun in that," Sailor Nyx replied and prepared herself defensively, fists raised to her chest.

Ganymede tried to plaster on a smile for the chibis’ benefit, but it wobbled a lot and eventually he just went back to looking sad and grim. He kept his hands on Oberon to help him to his feet, glancing around the area they’d come to by the stage in the hopes that he could help Hypnos find her guardian cat.
Not that he felt all that comfortable leaving her with little more than a cat—and he didn’t intended to—but he thought having the familiarity around might comfort her in the middle of all this madness.
“They’re doing this because… because…”
He tried to come up with an answer, but nothing came to him. It didn’t make sense to him, even now. There wasn’t any point in it as far as he was concerned, not when it got bad like this. This was more than an ancient love story gone wrong. These people carried around a different kind of hate, a different kind of sickness, and he didn’t know how to stop it or fight it or cure it. All he knew how to do was protect the people he cared about and try and keep as many people as possible from getting hurt.
Right now those people were Valhalla and the two chibis.
He caught Oberon’s eye as he looked over his shoulder, and followed his terrified gaze to the figures of two low ranking Negaverse officers and one who obviously had some sort of authority, as she went about sending the other two away.
Ganymede gaped, momentarily confused, before he realized that she’d just called them off and more or less saved them from on-coming trouble. He watched her turn to leave and tried to catch a glimpse of what she looked like, but all he saw was red and dark gray and short blonde hair before she’d disappeared back into the crowd.
The eternal senshi looked from the spot where she’d just been to Valhalla, shocked and confused and… almost reassured.
It reaffirmed his belief that not all of them were beyond some sort of redemption.
“There’s not very many places to go,” Ganymede observed. There were tables around, but many of them had been overturned and he didn’t think they’d provide ample cover. “We need to get to the door and get these two out of here before someone decides to be less merciful.”
And he knew they were out there. That little morbid creep in the bows for one.
Tortured or not, Ganymede couldn’t forgive someone for going after an innocent kid.
He looked back to the kid in question, before glancing toward the stage. “Do you know where Cora went?” he asked Hypnos, but he left the question open for Oberon to answer as well, since he seemed to have been one of the last people to see her. “Polaris was around here, too, somewhere, wasn’t she? If we could just… we need to find them or… but I need to get you two out of here…”

[Chaos - Hourly Roll]
Mimi was standing there, rather quiet, and was surprised when she heard the voice of another. She saw the one that had called out to them, and was even more surprised at how she snapped the neck of a page so easily. It kind of... Disgusted her a bit, but she knew it was all part of the war.
When she introduced herself, Mimi spun around and faced her, giving Requiem a bit of a bow with her hands together. "Nice to meet you, Miss Requiem..." It was definitely an odd time for formalities, but Mimi grew up with extremely polite parents and it was more of a habit to her than anything.
"I-I'm not sure," Mimi told Requiem. "I think her (Leto) and Remarque know someone that might... But she ran off more pissed than anything."

[hourly chaos]
Howlite's sharp eyes were examining the battlefield. To some, it was only chaos, and perhaps the fact that she could make sense of it all was telling. It was beautiful, in a way, the clashing of sides, the choices that the individual made under pressure. It pleased her to see the forces of Chaos coming together as one machine. The White Moon Court and their Knights could learn a lot from standing in the shadows, if they were only willing.
Unfortunately, they didn't have time to waste on those that were slow on the uptake.
This fight wouldn't last long. Those that could would flee, or make their weak and wounded flee. Some would fight until their last breath. Some would be killed, and hopefully, at the end of it all, more would find themselves attuned to their higher purpose. They would transcend their individuality into something more. They would be given a purpose that they lacked, that made them claw at each other.
And then there would be peace.
When the blonde saw clusters of Order, actively banning together to mount an attack, she sent her flashbangs their way.

[Order, 2:05 CST]
There went the neighborhood. Pomona should’ve known the quiet – so to speak; there’d actually been a lot of shouting going on, but whatever – wouldn’t last. Here they’d been, just minutes ago discussing the merits of diplomacy when the baddies decided to throw in their two cents by crashing the party and picking a fight. Next time someone brought up the idea of diplomacy, she’d have to remind them of tonight.
Assuming she survived the night, of course. She’d only had enough to realize that their meeting had attracted party-crashers before there’d been a bang and lots of smoke. Pomona ended up on her butt, her lungs attempting to evacuate her body via her mouth. When things had finally cleared enough that she could see again, she was met with an even more disheartening sight: masks. The enemy had gas masks. Unless she could find someone scantily clad – a rare thing in the Negaverse, which she thought very unfair considering what Senshi had to fight in – or that had taken off their mask, her attack would be useless.
The final straw was the Dark Mirrors. Ares herself was here, and Pomona vividly remembered her last encounter with the woman. Sure, she had survived – hadn’t gotten a scratch, actually – but she still wasn’t keen on drawing the woman’s attention. Then there was also the fact that Pomona suspected that at least one of the Dark Mirrors would be happy to kill her, and unfortunately Pomona knew she wouldn’t be able to claim the innocent victim in that case.
So, when all was said and done, what did Pomona do? She bravely ran away. Well, she ducked behind a bit debris, stalling for time and waiting for her initial panic to recede. When it finally did, she realized that she’d forgotten something very important. Two somethings, actually.

[Chaos Side][Hourly Roll]Things had only just started? It felt like forever really. But that might simply be the fact he'd been engaged in fighting with how many senshi? He'd crash tonight when he got home, whenever that might be and sleep most of tomorrow. He'd wake up several times, he knew it already, due to nightmares about spiders. But he would sleep late into the day, a good thing it was a weekend and he had no work tomorrow, he'd need all the sleep he could get.
Right now though he had to focus and keep going, he couldn't tire now. It was a good thing he'd been running every morning, building up endurance, so he could keep going in a battle. His attention away from Kallichore and on Nyx, who stood between him and Kallichore, he closed in on her and used his weapon like a giant poking stick. Jabbing with the bladed end at the senshi, a sharp and sudden move.
"Do you really value your life so little?" He questioned coldly.

Wolframite was ready to kill, and take another starseed to fill his pocket, when another aura of Order came to the girls' rescue to pull her off him. Moving to get up and throw his own blade at the pair of them, he looked in time to see the senshi, which turned out to be a peculiarly dressed boy, hold up a lamp.
After that, he heard a crack of lightning and jolting in his place, flinching as the world around him grew dark. It was hard to see, and he heard the wind up, the faint smell of rain, and another thunderclap. It was to the point he felt he was in a wind-tunnel, and it was so dark that he couldn't even see - which terrified him the most.
A strangling panic overtook him, and he collected his weapon close, rising his up to just spin it around him, to protect him, to keep everyone away. He couldn't be taken. "You won't take me!" He cried out, a flashing panic and fear crossing his one vibrant, green eye.
They wouldn't take him. They wouldn't put him back in that cell!

He threw his blade around him, slicing at whatever came near, trying to see through the dark, to be heard through the powerful storm. Ever side of him felt open. Every part of him was tense, wondering if he would be grabbed. Be drugged. Be knocked out.
To be taken.

Super Sailor Aster spotted a few familiar faces as the smoke cleared up - including the girl ( Ganymede) she had been arguing with earlier and two Chibi Senshi (Hypnos and Oberon) - this was no place for them. At least not in the middle of the battle! She had been keeping her distance from the fray, standing guard by a corner to protect herself and had been doing a pretty good job at it. With her sunflower turret field ability she is capable of creating a small arc of sunflowers to guard herself every now and then, and would likely be able to watch over the two Chibis as well. Of course, she was still slightly high, but was with-it enough to stay in defense mode. "Hey!" she shouted out to them, waving her hand to gesture them closer. "You'll be safe by me, I can protect the kids!" Of course, she could use Ganymede's and anyone else's help in the corner in case anything went wrong, but the safety of the children was the top priority. That was like, Babysitting 101. Then again, she had been fired from many babysitting jobs.
