Neil sighed as he spoke quietly "I just wish...Things were different. I wish that I could help you more. And I wish that I could be with you." He spoke quietly and quickly while he kept his eyes on Avarice.

"Neil after this I do not know what the future holds," Jasmine said softly. "I am only the bait tonight. You will be the one to stop him. That is how you will help me. I can not see a future for me without you there Neil."

"Nor can I see a future for myself without you." Neil told her quietly. After a moment he said "That is why I want things to be different." He let out a sigh as he stood up, he slowly brought his eyes up to her face.

"I won't die tonight," Jasmine said. "I won't die for a long time. My future is with you, that much I can see." She blinked and shook her head. "I wish my powers would show more."

"Some things are best left to be a surprise." Neil told her as a small grin pulled at his lips. He let it hang a moment before asking "So what do you need me to do tonight?"

"You find me," Jasmine said. "If you do that I'll live and Chis will go back to jail. When you find me you'll know what to do." She didn't want him to know she'd probably be badly hurt.

Neil placed a hand on her shoulder and said "Just try not to get hurt." He knew that she would more than likely be hurt, he just hoped it wouldn't be to bad.

Jasmine nodded slowly and kissed his cheek. "I love you Neil," she said softly, "always will."

Neil smiled and said "And I will always love you, Jasmine." He pulled her to him and kissed her. He knew that she said she would live through the night and he hoped that she was right.

Jasmine kissed him back. She was not afraid of what she knew would happen. She only cared about Neil.

Neil slowly let the kiss fade, as he looked at her eyes. He said "Best get things underway." He didn't want to let her go but he knew that they had to get moving and that they had to stop her brother. He didn't want to let her go and he didn't want to see her in harm's way.

Neil pulled her in tightly to him as he kissed her back. He knew that time was ticking away, but he didn't care about that. He didn't care about anything other than her.

Jasime didn't pull away though she knew she needed to go. The sun was setting and she knew her brother was planning on killing her that night. She didn't care.

Neil heard Avarice start to bark softly and he slowly pulled away from her and cut a glance down to Avarice. He sighed and asked "Ready?" He knew that it was time to go. Before she could answer he said "I will have an answer to your question before too long. I will head over to the meeting place in maybe 30 or so minutes. Think you will be alright for that long?"
