Once again they were in a different place and a different time. Though this time, rather than standing in the sunny valley, they were in a dark grungy tunnel, with strange unreadable markings scrawled all over the walls.
Tybalt blinked, unsure of what to make of it. Some of it--in a way was more familiar to what he was used to seeing and yet... it couldn't be more foreign. He looked around, curious to see more, until he spotted the small group standing a little further off. They were discussing something, and though the tunnel carried their voice in an echo, some of it was hard to make out. Though one word he did manage to pick up, was none other than 'hunters.'
His hair bristled at the mention of the word. Teeth clamped together out of tension, as he watched the group move deeper into the tunnel, leaving the one gaunt figure behind. He hesitated a moment, afraid of what he'd find, before he finally gathered the courage to follow them into the depths.
He followed them alright, but even still, he kept several feet between them. Watching as the shadowy figures descended upon the humans who were also withing the tunnel. At first, he was unsure if he should join them in battle or not, but then it occurred to him. If they were relearning some of the history between their kind and the hunters--this was his chance to see--to get a better understanding of their enemy and maybe even some answers. Besides, if this truly was the past they were experiencing, then taking action now wouldn't have any affect anyways. Might as well, sit back and learn more through their deaths.
His decision made, the black dog slipped back into the shadows, keeping a watchful eye on the strangers as the events played out before his eyes. Both sides were combating each other now. The humans, some of which he recognized to be hunters armed with their glowing weapons, stood their ground; successfully killing off some of the four clan warriors. The others? The ones without the glowy weapons weren't so fortunate. They were struck down as though they were nothing but air standing in the clansmens path.

From her new place in the shadows, she observed in silence as a new assault took place not too far from her. Weapons went flying, humans were slashing at the shadows that descended upon them. Some of the weapons that were dancing in the air seemed to have a weird glow to them, they were enchanting to her eyes as she watched their fluid lines strike in the air.
Several of those beautiful weapons struck down on their foe, bringing a few clansmen down. Olivia knew she was supposed to be worried for them, as they were on her side but... the glow. She couldn't help but stare transfixed upon them as they flew and parried and struck against the cold metal that were of her new comrades.
The clansmen brought them down one by one. The shade to their advantage as more humans died one by one.

Moving along, Tybalt spotted another human. This one armed with a rather large weapon. A weapon which he was more accustomed to seeing. It was over sized and covered in strange glowing markings that he couldn't read. Not only that, but he was strong. This man, with just a single swing of his weapon, several horsemen dissipated before him.
Dangerous. He was too dangerous to linger around too long without drawing attention towards himself. Fearful of an encounter with this monster, Tybalt moved back into the shadows, looking back once and was startled to find that the human was looking directly at him. Not willing to find out if he had been discovered, he took off and didn't look back a second time.

Once he was sure the human wasn't anywhere behind him, Tybalt returned to a slower, more quiet pace as he lurked in the shadows. This time coming across a group of clansmen, gathered around a single human. It was a pitiful sight. The human, nowhere near as strong as the previous one he had seen was horribly outnumbered, and with no allies in sight, the outcome was inevitable.
One moment the human was standing, and the next, they were down on the ground. Their shrieks and the sweet stench of their blood in the air making his body tingle. It was oddly fascinating, and though he didn't move closer, even at a distance, the Fear emanating off of this dying human was intoxicating.
The battle was over and everywhere he went, there was death. Bloodied corpses strewn all throughout the tunnel. If he hadn't been exposed to such gruesome deaths before, he might have even panicked, or ran. Now? Now, he just looked on, unfazed by it all.

Olivia flicked her gaze, pulling her eyes from the mob so close to her to see what the other students were doing. It was hard to tell at times in this tunnel, even though they were confined quarters there was only so much the young ghoul was able to see. Many were probably simply observing as she was, sticking to the walls and trying to stay as much out of the way. While others were taking up their arms as she probably should be doing, striking and bringing down the human hunters and their glowing weapons.
So many bodies, littering the ground. So many humans dying and sadly those of the clans that fell to the power of the living. Olivia pushed her lips together as she silently observed a tangle and slash of blades a few feet away from her. The clansman snarled as he swiped at the hunter who parried the blow, there was a thrown fist a few kicks and then the clansman got the upper hand and slain his foe.
There were many squabbles like this, all around her... never with her until a body came nearly flying at her feet. Olivia hesitated this time with the human so close. Her fingers tightened around the hilt of her unused weapon, her eyes wide as she watched him nearly dead. He reached out a hand to nothing in particular and caught only air.
Olivia found her eyes hardening as she watched him for those mere seconds, finally bringing up her blade and walked towards him slowly and methodically. She said nothing as she swooped down, swinging her dagger and plunging it into his skull to finally give him his swift death. Putting him out of his misery perhaps.
That was a decent way of looking at it. Though, perhaps they all brought this upon themselves trying to go after those of her kind and those of the Four Clans.

[attacking] Renshu looked around him. The dimly lit tunnels, and the loud noises, the dank smells…it was unlike anything he'd ever experienced. The loud echo of metal and the stench of electricity hung in the air. Apprehensive, the boy touched the hilt at his waist. The cool metal was a reminder to draw in his mind and be aware of the things around him, he'd learned that much in the War Clan. Suddenly, Renshu was aware of a strange gurgling noise. He moved closed towards the source, until he saw it. A human, lying in a puddle of its own blood. The human had a huge gash, from his left shoulder to his right hip. How pitiful. It was just waiting for death to come, slowly, to claim him. Renshu stepped closer, closer, until he was standing over the human. For a moment, he wondered if it could see him. But then he thrust his sword down, straight to where its heart should be. There were no more gurgling sounds, just the smell of blood and iron. [watching] Once the deed had been done, Renshu made his way back to where most of the Four Clans members were. He stuck to the walls, far enough away to observe. His blade was sticky with blood. Blood could, and would, rust a blade. But there was nothing in the tunnel that he would want to wipe his blade on. Sighing, the boy wiped the excess blood off on his own clothes, so that there was a dark red stain on his shirt. War had told him to observe, and Renshu had always liked observing people. He watched. Around him, the different members of the Four Clans were picking humans off left and right. He noticed how they seemed to be attacking the weaponless ones first. Smart. Pick off the weak ones first. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw one huddled against a pillar, as if hoping to escape notice. It was shivering, like a dog might, quivering in his shoes, as his teacher liked to say. But humans are prey, and before Renshu can blink, it's gone. Reduced to nothing but blood and bone and guts. Quote: 61 - 80: You note how the Four Clans members are picking up the weaponless humans first. You see one cornered, afraid. WATCHING: You watch as someone else immediately goes in for the kill. They are gone in seconds.

[watching] Humans are such delicate things. One hit and they're gone, dead as dead can be. The clansman rises, hands soaked in the human's blood. But then, out of nowhere a glowing weapon flashes through the air, and with a scream, the clansman is gone. The glowing weapon cleaves through three more clan members, and they dissipate. The boy is shocked, his shoulders tensing. They can kill us. Perhaps, not all humans are so weak, perhaps there are strong ones among them. And that weapon…the glowing weapon, Renshu could not help be be unnerved by it. He made a mental note to avoid all the glowing things, they were dangerous. And though Renshu did not fear death (for what was there to fear?) he didn't like dissipating. It was an unpleasant experience he preferred to avoid. The human raised his eyes and seemed to be staring right through the Qilin. Renshu felt shivers run down his spine. The human wasn't staring through him, it was staring at him. Startled and surprised that a human could see him, Renshu sank back into the shadows. He'd go find the other students now. Nadia tensed as the sound of footsteps drew closer. She was still in a trance-like state that was the opposite of meditation - right now her body ruled supreme, thirsty for the excitement of battle. Her mind could only try and observe this battle more closely than the last, to at least save the few specks of consciousnesses that still existed in Nadia during battle.
The battle was, thankfully, on a much smaller scale than the previous one, and slightly more defined. Furthermore, this time Nadia was situated in the back of her comrades as the sides clashed, and so she did not participate in the first few seconds of battle. When she was finally dragged into the mess, Nadia nearly tripped over a bloodied body. Upon closer inspection, it was a human, seriously injured and half-dead, gurgling in pain. Nadia felt no warmth for humans, but this wasn't even kindness, it was an opponents duty. With a quick slash across his chest, the human's soul left him.

After dealing with the dead human, Nadia's attention was turned to a particularly strong adversary with a powerful weapon, who had already eliminated quite a few Horsemen. She had just turned towards her new target, preparing to rush over and strike, when the human noticed her, and, sensing a threat, decided to attack first. An arch of blue light headed toward the Reaper, ready to dissipate, banish her. But Nadia's body is in hyper-drive, already in motion, and she rolls away, avoiding the strike, searching for a new opponent.

A glance to the right reveals what Nadia is searching for - a terrified human, desperately trying to hide, to escape the blood and terror. An easy target. She approached with more care this time, although it was unnecessary - the boy was frightened out of his wits. A quick strike that the human never saw coming, and it was all over, the fight ending before it even begun. Nadia stopped looking for another opponent, and instead searched for her surviving allies.

Arynek woke up and saw Medea again. Before anyone could ask about something, Medea interrupted by saying it was not the appropriate time for questions, she said that the answers of their questions were already in their mind? The shadow ghoul left a profound remembrance of what she said ""You question yourself, who you are, who we are, what we are....."
Medea then opened a door and the next moment, Arynek found they were in a tunnel? Again, Medea was not there again, it seemed that like the battle field, they were taken to another unknown place.
Two figures, Arynek believed were Four Clans members, were having a conversation. After the conversation, one of them left. The remaining addressed them they were going for a slaughter. Then, following others, they were taken to the destined battlefront. Arynek only noticed that all her classmates, including herself, were dressed in that simple uniform as the masses, carrying similar bladed weapons.

She asked herself whether she should join the soldiers into attacking the humans. Suddenly, Arynek heard a weird gurgling sound, the shadow ghoul walked to the source of noise and found a injured human lying on the ground, nearly to his death. She squatted down and watched as the human suffered and finally closed his eyes. " Humans are so fragile........." She sighed. However, it was this weak beings which lead to their birth........

She was still uncertain about attack or just watch. Every war is the same, with a lot of casualties, no one actually wins, the difference just lies in the extent of damage. Therefore, she never appreciate war. This battle was similar to the one they had in the cliff area, just the number on both parties are much smaller. While she was watching, the observant shadow ghoul discovered that the timing of the two battles were so different. The weapon, the armor, the surroundings as well as the way they fought, all seemed less ancient than the previous battle. No longer steed, but some humans carrying glowing weapons. Arynek saw a few shadows, she believed to be the Clans soldiers, together attacked those humans with the odd glowing weapons. She realized that the one without that weapon could be taken down easily, but the one did fought back. A few of the Clans soldiers were killed. There was no time for hesitation, she was born as the same way as the Clans, she felt so uncomfortable that she had to witness their death. She dropped a few tears, and pinched the fabric at her heart position as if she received a pain inside her heart. She was able to feel the pains they suffered. Their eyes are widely opened, as if they were not reconciled to death yet. She had spent more than a week with the Clans, and she felt the pain of them. The complex feeling she had towards the Clans finally helped her to make her stand. Arynek joined the soldiers into taking down those humans, she received a few serious cuts from them, bleeding was severe, before she had to retreat. That weapon was so powerful..........

You would like to help, but her injuries was quite severe that she could just watch their soldiers attacked, failed and dissipated. That unbreakable human moved as he attacked, they were closer to closer to the place she took rest. She had to dodge to avoid being attacked by that human even she was still bleeding. Arynek was surprised that the human could see her and provoke an attack targeting her, isn't their fear not strong enough for humans to see them? She was unsure about that now.......
