I'll do Zodiacal rp's with people. I want to 1 with Smoldering Reverie, 3 with Sound of a Thousand Paws, 3 with Through the Flesh, 3 with Farewell Smile, and 2 for Through Your Eyes. If someone wants rp, just let me know which of my kin you're interested in meeting. Through the Flesh and Farewell Smile aren't in my journal yet, but they're both pretty amendable to meeting kin (Through the Flesh more so than Farewell Smile but Farewell Smile is probably easier to get along with/interact with).

I'd be interested in roleplaying Starlit Vow with perhaps Smoldering Reverie if you were up for it! As far as which prompt, I'm not quite sure. "Twelve stars form a constellation you've never seen before." Would work well for Vow, he could tell a story from the constellation. But seeing as you're only interested in one rp with Ember, maybe you'd prefer "In the dream you turn and see no shadow behind you." for her? Though I haven't myself any ideas for that one. c:
I also wouldn't be against other prompts or rping with another of the kin that you've mentioned! I just want Vow to met other people kin. :XP:
I'm always willing to rp with Ember, she's my precious baby. Though... her personality blurb is a bit... uh- misleading since she's grown a lot in her rp. She's still pretty quiet, but not quite so wispy. It would work because she works with everyone.
It might be a little more interesting to do an rp with Through Your Eyes because she's going through some major growing pains. She's all mockery and fun, covering up something that she doesn't even recognize as a part of herself, but she's on the path of learning that being open, that being vulnerable, isn't weak. Starlit Vow telling a story would certainly work for her when she's full and relaxed, though she'd probably still also mock him a bit.
Or Through the Flesh. He might like her I think because, if he mentions that he feels like the stars are his family, she would probably say something like that he, and all of us, are made of stars (and well, all things are made of the same thing, all connected, all one).

Ohhh I am intrigued by the possibilities with Through Your Eyes, especially now I've realised she's technically a distant aunt or cousin to Vow bbuuuuttt for now I can't resist the potential for that dreamy bit of dialogue with Through the Flesh! emotion_kirakira
Is there any particular kind of story you think would be useful for Through the Flesh? As like a "lesson to learn" from it or a theme that she might identify with? I don't feel super confident in making the little tales completely from scratch so I'll be adapting simple short stories into Matope-ish versions. I trialled this with a story about compromise called Two Goats and was thinking about using that if nothing else. c:

We could do a rp with both of them if you want, but we can definitely start with Through the Flesh. Quite a few of my kin are related to him actually, though fairly distantly for lot of them (Through Your Eyes, Bait, Miss Me in the Evening, Straight on Till Morning, Lives Forever, Bent in Sorrow, Honeythief, and Snowblight).
Through the Flesh doesn't really have anything to learn as far as character. She just needs to verbalize her thoughts more. Right now, she feels that all things are one, but as she continues to develop this feeling, she's going to come to the conclusion that we are literally all made of not just the same stuff, but literally the same thing (the Matope version of one electron universe postulate and, in the highly spiritual environment of Matope, that everyone is the MotherFather). So any story would work for her. Perhaps, we could do the storytelling based on a constellation prompt with Through Your Eyes and for Through the Flesh, since she's much more flexible, we could do a different prompt. Perhaps, "The Firefly (January 21 - February 19): Repeating the same line of a poem over and over, unsure how it ends." especially since fireflies are like little stars, "The Familiar (August 23 - September 23): Something about today's crisp, cold air makes it difficult to stop talking.", or "The Web (October 24 - November 22): An unexpectedly warm day encourages new exploration." since she sometimes likes to lay in hidden places just listening to and feeling the world around her.
And don't worry about the amount of planning going into this! Sometimes I jump right into something with just a concept and sometimes I like to plan things out a lot more. It depends what I'm looking for in an rp and how the other person I'm rping with likes to work.

Liking the sound of that! So first up Through the Flesh with The Firefly as yess I imagine Vow would be quite fond of fireflies through not so into warm days. (or day time in general haha) And then The Winged One (constellation prompt) for Through Your Eyes. c:

He has neutral throwbacks if you want! He's not the friendliest thing, he's quite a narcissist, but with her initial behavior I think they'd get along well enough to do what needs doing /o/

Wicked would have nice throwbacks to go with!

I really like all of these! I think she'd make gorgeous unedited babies with Thorn Within!
Unfortunately, she's super restricted! I wish though! Even in the future, I only really see her with other wolf-like kin.
I love how simple he is! <3
I think this would be absolutely gorgeous!
The potential for really pretty neutral babies is wonderful! I think her blush would go really well with his browns!
I pretty much never say no to a Felled Heart pairing and I love the blue with him!
Not 100% sure about this, but I think they would have interesting babies!

He's a little bit prickly (I guess more uncomfortable than prickly), but not a bad guy at all. He has a gentle side with those he sees are innocent and he wants to protect others. Has a major guilt complex going on.
I think Euphoria/Tiptoe would be amazing, especially with his throwbacks. But I also really like Better Days' colors!
And yes! I have replying to that rp on my to-do list! My muse ah- died a little.

I probably should have mentioned that Through the Flesh doesn't really speak unless prompted so she wouldn't be seeing a poem to herself. Poetry... also not really her thing.
BUT- you can still leave the line of poetry to me. I can have her slip it into something she says where she doesn't think of it as poetry, but it could ping something in Starlit Vow's mind where he thinks it's a line from a poem he heart but forgot and he can repeat it to himself, trying to remember it. And once we get there it would probably be a good place for him to wander off, thoughtful???? If that's cool with you! Sorry for completely taking over! Smack me if I'm being too presumptuous!

No worries about the RP -- I've been entirely devoid of writing since mid last year. XD I just wanted to see if you wanted to consider that pairing at all still. :3

As for Hidden Guilt and Jade Fire -- she will only mate with those who are true of heart, so to speak; no one cruel or malicious. Especially if they display the true characteristics of strength, fortitude, wisdom or hope. Since he's a protector, that would still work just fine. She's very sweet, benevolent and an 'old soul,' so she has a great amount of patience and consideration. Up to you though!
If you let me know which of Tiptoe's throwbacks you'd like, I'll note them down! *V* Actually, if you want to handle any of the pairs yourself, just let me know, otherwise I'll add them to my (lengthy *sobs*) queue and alternate them through CC and bribes.
I'll also seek blessings on all of them, let me know if you'd want to handle any (since idk how IC it is for some of them, etc).

Ahh oh dear! We picked poetry for kin neither of us consider poetic, haha! I didn't have much of an idea set out for it as Vow's not really poetic, despite being a storyteller, so I was totally winging it but I wanted to do the prompt because FIREFLIES. xd
I'm good for all of that (Would you like me to amend my RP post accordingly? I could have him just stumble across her or something) accept I can't imagine Vow would wonder off from company since canonically he seldomly has it. (despite in reality me shoving him at everyone lmao) Do you think it might within Through the Flesh's character that she might give him indication for him to leave/she wishes to be alone/turn in for the night or something? Otherwise he'd just stick to her like glue, wanting to chat into the night and tell his stories. xp
Haha, I'm definitely throwing Fade in with Cornice some time, oh man, I would love to see what comes of that pairing.
Hidden Guilt/Jade Fire I think would work. He's stronger and a much better kin than he thinks he is. He tends to see his failures rather than his successes and feels like there is always more good that he could do. I definitely always see him with old souls who are more sure of themselves than him because he sees them as an ideal to aspire to. If that works for her, I would love to see it happen!
Ahhh~ I like both of Tiptoe's parents for throwbacks. I Fall Awake and Light Steps. I especially think I Fall Awake's more saturated colors would be really nice.
Most of mine would be up for grabbing blessings and we could always do blessings with Starburst! I'll also add these pairings to my very long cc queue.

If you just get rid of the bit about him hearing a voice, I can write an establishing post for Through the Flesh and then Starlit Vow could just stumble upon her. She spends a lot of time laying on the ground, covered in vegetation, just listening to the Swamp.
She's not the type to turn him away simply because it really makes no difference to her. Alone, not alone, alive, dead, it's all the same to her. He doesn't register as separate or unique from the flowers and trees. He may be speaking, but so is everything else in their own way. And if she broke him down into little pieces, he would be exactly as a flower broken down (death to life to death) so she doesn't have a concept of life/death/company/loneliness. Maybe we could do a time skip where he's been telling stories all night and then it's dawn and it's time for him to go to bed?
Oh- And to get all our rps in on time, would you be cool with doing Through the Flesh's simultaneously. I could start that one.
