"If he wants to stay and take part in it then I don't think we have the right to stop him. He and the others do have a right to be involved after what happened to that other state..." He was thoughtful for a moment as he tried to think about any new leads they might have about the culprit to the case they were working on with Ludwig.
"Hm... Well, we've only affirmed Luz Maria wasn't involved," he said. "We still haven't heard back from Anica. He might be busy or possibly hiding from us... I hate to jump to conclusions like that, though..." He glanced at England and didn't want to upset him by pointing fingers at Arthur's friend. It would be terrible if you were forced to punish one of your few close buddies with similar interests.

Knowing them, they'll want to fight as well. But, the're only children, I don't think it's okay." he closed his laptop "Yes, she couldn't be the culprit. Where I come from  A "boing boing" rang through the halls, progressively getting louder and louder. Finally, the bottle-shaped woman stood in the door way. her face was bright red and she looked dizzy from the lack of air. Good Lord! I'm gonna die at this rate! How do girls run with these things weighing down on their chests?! She bent at the waste and rested her hands on one knee as she held up the other with one finger to ask for a moment. She panted for a minute before standing up with tears in her distinguishable blue-green eyes that were uniquely Georgia's. Her face was still a little red, so to relieve herself of the coloring to her cheeks she began fanning herself with her hand. "S- Sorry for that. I'm still adjusting to this change. I woulda been here sooner, but, well, I'm not quiet as aerodynamic as I usually am..." She took a seat before pulling out a bottle of Coke and opening, somehow managing to open it without it exploding despite the fact that you could just tell that the soda had to have been shaken up from how fast she must have been running. She took a sip of her Coka-Cola before sighing in relief, feeling worlds better. "So, you gentlemen had some questions you had of me? Go ahead and ask away. I'm all ears." He looked over to Luz maria and smiled happily before waving excitedly to her with her free hand. It was good to see Luz Maria, though he was confused by the messy state of the room. It looked almost as bad as how things got at the dance. "Hey, Mary~! Long time no see~! Has that stress ball Andy gave you back at the dance been helpin' ya with your stress? If not, then you can just call me up sometime an' I'll bring ya some Coka-Cola. Coke always makes me feel happy when I'm mad or stressed form my boss since he's an idiot~!" She giggled slightly, but anyone who knew Georgia knew this upbeat attitude was how he always was in good company. He knew he didn't really talk to Luz Maria all too often, but he figured they were friendly enough that she wouldn't mind being called Mary rather than Luz Maria. If she objected, then of course the peach state would stop.
Out Of Coke There aren't too many rules when you come here.

Vice President of the Gardening Club Luz Maria yawned, although part of the club, it didn't seem as exciting as she though. Maybe she get out her iPod and listen to some music. She saw someone enter the classroom, a girl. "Uh... Mary...?" Did she just use the English term of her name? Also, she knew her? Must've been one of the states from the dance "Er... Please don't call me that. Address me as Luz Maria, for I was named after the holy light of the Virgin Mary." Maria was a common girl's name where she came from, so she decided to make it a little different. At least she knew who she was... "Oh yea. Si, the stress ball worked great. I was going to give it back, but it's all cover in dog slobber. Xolo and Chico were chewing it and stuff... Hm? Coke?" Mexico was one of the only nations other than America who loved Coke better than Pepsi. Of course, her Coke was better than America's "Well... I'll leave it to lentes there to ask you the questions." The MoiMoi Junior "I would like to avoid them getting involved in a fight," Tino said with a weak chuckle. "But I don't know if we can stop them. If they're anything like America..." He paused when he heard a weird bouncing sound and looked over at the door in confusion. "Eduard, did you bring any of your... uh... pets to school with you?"
Finland was cut off when he saw the girl walk through the door. He just stared for a moment as his mind spun in an attempt to recognize her. Even though the love of his life was Sweden he was still a man and there was no way he wouldn't notice a girl like that walking around! Luckily, her introduction quickly cleared the air on that. So America's states were suffering from the curse, too? That would explain a few things.
"U-Um... yes... questions," Finland said awkwardly before coughing into his fist as he collected himself from the shock of seeing her. "We noticed last night that you seemed to recognize that monster we were fighting," he said. "We were wondering if you could fill us in on what you know about that thing and its controller. The Mythology Club's job is to investigate these sorts of things, after all!"

Where I come fromGeorgia thought for a moment before blushing and smiling apologetically. "Ah! I forgot my manners. Dad woulda scolded me if he knew that." The way she said that with a very, very faint slightly British tone to how she pronounced "dad' that one time would indicate she wasn't referring to America. The fact she seemed to do a very brief freak out only confirmed it. She blushed a little harder and smiled. "Y'all can either call me Georgia or Christian. Whichever suits your fancy. Now then, about last night. That giant bird that you saw is a bird of Native American legend. The Cherokees used to tell all of the children in the village the story of the great bird which serves the Gods and is more wrathful than they in order to scare us into not going out into storms." She frowned and gave a small shiver. That bird had tortured her nightmares for years until England had finally told her to not be so gullible as to believe "pagan beliefs". Ironically, this was the same man who introduced Christian to fairies and told him not to talk to mermaids.
She sighed lightly and took a sip of her Coke before she smiled softly and continued on. "Any how, the Thunder Bird doesn't just belong to Cherokees. He is shared among many of the Native American tribes, especially the ones out west where thunder clouds roll down the side of mountains. Some versions say that the Thunder Bird is a species of bird all on their own that live together. Others state that the bird can walk among men, and even marry among them, by simply lifting his beak from his face and wearing it as a sort of helmet or head garment to which his feathers are worn as a shawl."
She took this moment to rest in what she was saying and let what she had told them sink in. If they had any more questions, they would ask. In the mean time, she continued to sip from the glass bottle in her hand, glad to have something revive her energy since all that running had tired her out some.

The MoiMoi Junior Tino paled a bit at Christian's description of the Thunderbird. It was a servant of the Gods? No wonder holy magic had no effect on it! That wasn't good. So far most of the enemies they faced were weak against holy magic but now that was obviously no good. They needed to figure out some other element that would do damage before the battle. The rest of the legend didn't reassure him, either.
"They can take a human form?" he asked nervously. "Surely that person with the bird wasn't another monster... I don't think he was wearing a shawl but it was hard to tell with that cloak he had on. Didn't he say something to you kids?" Finding out the identity of the controller might be the most important thing now that Tino thought about it. He seemed to be powerful, but maybe if they could take him down the Thunderbird wouldn't be so much of a threat? "He almost acted like he knew you states..."

Where I come fromChristian frowned lightly upon being asked who that man was and what he had been saying to the states. Now, that was a question that she could not fully answer. She wasn't even sure if she knew what language the man spoke-- just that it sounded so familiar and yet different enough to let Georgia know he wasn't one of his former tribes. "...I feel it was an Indian nation. One of the ancient tribes from before the colonization... The problem is... I don't know who. The language they spoke is most likely the origin of one of the many native languages that belong to America.... It did sound kind of like he was speaking the Muskogean-language of the Muscogee-- The Creeks. However..." She shook her head before looking back up to the club members. "It wasn't Muskogean."
She leaned back in her chair and chewed on her lower lip as she got a sort of spaced out look on her face. She was trying to remember all that happened last night. Years of fighting for the military had sharpened her ability to remember events like this, but it always took a minute to remember them. She spoke absent-mindedly, almost like she was hypnotized, and began auto-translating the man's words as best as she could. ".... You foolish children dare defy the Thunderbird... You will all be consumed by the Great One's servant. All of you will die by his wrath. Your friends and families will be mere morsels before he feats on your flesh as well." She blinked a few times and looked around, dazed. "Sorry, did I say something? I tend to zone out when recalling something... Uh, any ways, to sum up what he said and what I have a hunch on, is that we are intruding on lands belonging to the Thunderbird and the tribe he belongs to and, as such, we have angered the Gods. He wants us gone, and he seems to think the only way to get us to leave and never come back is to wipe us off the face of the earth."

However, most of Alfred's states happen to be her brothers, sister and cousins, there was no way she'd let that happen. The MoiMoi Junior Finland frowned softly as he worried over the possibility that the cloaked man was planning on killing off the states. "We need to tell America," he said although he wasn't sure the nation would believe them. He was the sort who liked things that were scientific, right? He remembered overhearing Alfred and Arthur arguing over the existence of magical creatures in the past.
He hesitated at Eduard's question and gave him a funny look. He knew nothing about Hawaii and why she shouldn't be on the list of targets for the Thunderbird. "What do you mean?" he asked then paused. "You know... it did seem awfully determined to have her, didn't it? Even though Lukas was the one attacking..."
