 Karu looked up from the book Ann had given her and examined the others present in the room. They all seemed to be grouping up with someone else, probably to decide on a song to suggest. Having already had her mind set on a song, Karu flipped her book shut and stood up again before heading back over to Sweet Ann. "Sensei.. If it's alright, may I sing a cover song I've been practicing? I'd really like to get your feedback on my progress. She asked politely.

 HimitsuHimitsu looked partially blank, but partially curious. This girl was interested in her, and that interested Himitsu as well. " It's quite alright, I assure you." She said kindly, pulling up a chair next to her. (Yes!! Found My Piccy!!!!)

Somewhat surprised Ann looked at Karu with an approving nod, "go ahead champ!" she encouraged with a small thrust of her fist. This girl seemed to be modest, young and looked quite eccentric! Hopefully she'll find some friends soon! Seems like she was getting more than friendly with the other new student who had come in earlier!

Slipping the long jacket off her shoulders and folding it in her arms, Karu moved to the center of the room and put it down by her feet before looking out at everyone. Being a little nervous as she still wasn't quite used to performing in front of others yet, she spoke with a shaky voice. "This song is called 'World is Mine' and was originally sung by Hatusne, Miku."Once she'd said the song's title, Karu took a deep breath and then began to sing her cover of World is Mine. She sung clearly and with volume, but she couldn't feel fully relaxed and felt herself slip on a few of the high notes, but she pushed on till she'd completely finished the song.

A shock of awe came form Ann as she clasped her mouth with her palms before uttering anything, it was...a deep voice! An Alto! Finally HER Alto! She was really amazed.. OOC:And I was really writer's block. :c

Karu felt that she'd made a mess of her first impression for singing in front of the other students and quickly grabbed her jacket up off the floor by her feet before throwing it back on her shoulders and thrusting her arms through the sleeves. "S-So.. How was that? I know I need a lot more work, and I slipped on some of the high notes, but I hope you'll be willing to help me perfect my singing." Karu said to Ann before looking down at her shoes.

HimitsuHimitsu blinked a few times, then clapped for the new student's performance. " That was...really good..." She said, feeling encouraged now.

A pitying smile came to her as she jumped from her place and squeezed CUL tightly, and smiled like any teacher would have, "that was wonderful" she whispered delicately into her ear, like some spy would. Letting go she left CUL with a sharp smile and retreated. After sitting down on her big teacher's desk she clapped her hands together and inhaled deeply, "who wants to show Karu up? I want to see EVERYONE sing this lovely song!"

Karu felt her cheeks flush a little red as one of the students clapped just before Sweet Ann embraced her in a hug. Adjusting her jacket again, Karu headed back to her seat and picked up the book that Ann had given her when she'd first entered and began picking through the pages of songs absent-mindedly as she waited to see which of the students present would sing next before looking over at the girl who'd clapped and giving a smile.

 HanubasaHanubasa looked over at Himitsu. She seemed to be changing her tune. Hanubasa wondered how she went from dark and blank, to being shy and somehow curious.

Karu continued to look at the other girl, Himitsu, for a moment more.. Himitsu had looked back at Karu but hadn't smiled in return. Karu simply shrugged it off, not thinking that the girl was insulting her or anything. "Probably just because I'm a new face here.." Karu mumbled to herself, wondering if it was because she was one of the new 3rd Generation Vocaloids... She knew it wasn't at all unlikely that some others would resent her just for being a newer version. Karu guessed that the other girl was also a Vocaloid and not a Utau, but she couldn't work out what kind of Vocaloid she was from just looking at her. She herself was a Japanese Vocaloid, and Sweet Ann was English, she'd also heard that one of the other new Vocaloids was Korean. So it was highly likely that there could be other nationalities too.

Miku sat at her desk for a few moments taking notes only haft listing to the commotion going on in the room , that was in till she heard a very familiar song ringing in her ears . It was one of her own songs, Miku snapped up as though from a trance and looked around the room hoping to pin down the source. It was only a few seconds before she saw just who was singing, Miku recognized her as one of the newer vocaloids , Karu if wasn’t mistaken. Miku listened to Karu sing there was no doubt that is was different then her own version, but it was delightfully so ,after singing the same song over and over it was always refreshing to hear other vocaloid’s take on it. When Karu stopped Miku clapped with the rest happy to hear her song sung with care.OOC (( sorry for not posting , I was at Acen this weekend))

When Miku clapped, Karu looked over towards the source of the sound and saw that it was Miku, one of the most famous Vocaloids of all time. When Karu realized that Miku had just heard her sing a cover of her song, Karu's cheeks turned bright red. Standing up, she walked over towards Miku with a smile. "Hello, I hope my singing wasn't too bad... I really like your songs and I wouldn't want to ruin them." She laughed. "I actually have another of your songs which I've been practicing... 'Love is War'. I absolutely love it! Your lyrics are so powerful."

Seeing Karu walk towards her Miku smiled, while she had never met Karu the new vocaloid had quite a reputation and Miku was excited about meeting her . Miku gave a small dip greeting Karu “Not at all you did splendidly, you obviously spent a lot of time practicing, toughs high notes are tough sometimes.” She said placing her hand in front of her. Miku turned a light shade of pink do to the kind complement “Really ! I would love to hear it. It’s one of my favorites and I would love to see your take on it. With your strong voice, I think it would suit you well. ” She gave a friendly wink.
