As Suigetsu's body fell back, Vale stepped out of the shadows, his eyes back to normal, both bleeding. He stayed quiet, holding his left shoulder which was bleeding pretty heavily. "...I would say rest in peace, but I made sure he'd never have peace...ever again."

Chi stared at Suigetsu's body for a few moments before spinning on her heel and hurrying over to Vale's side. "Hold still. You said it yourself that I may not be able to help with your eyes, but I can at least tend to your shoulder," she said rather strictly. Even if he was going to protest, she already started healing the wound.

Vale only stayed quiet closing his eyes, letting her work on his arm. "It's not that bad. I had a clone here from the first time I was here so I substituted. The poor crows. I only got knicked." he said, making light of the cut that kept bleeding. The Uchiha wasn't used to having someone else heal him, but he wasn't about to push her away.

Chi continued healing the wound, huffing slightly at his comment saying it was only a knick. Just a scratch my a**... "Even so, your body is being stressed enough with using the Mangekyo so often. Proof of that is your eyes bleeding. You've gotta keep the rest of your body strong..." Her eyes were focused on the wound at hand, which was slowly getting smaller as it was healing. Even so, her eyes seemed to soften as her voice grew quiet. "It's the least I can do to repay you anyways..."

Vale merely closed his eyes for a moment before opening them, his eyes back to their gentle grey. "You put me in your debt when you convinced the Hokage not to kill me. If anything, techincally, you own me Chi. You've healed me, and saved my life."

Chi blinked a few times, staring back at Vale. She was silent for a little while, turning back to the wound so she could focus on healing, and have time to think. When she finished healing, she scratched the back of her neck as her gaze returned to his once more. "I convinced the Hokage not to kill you. You led me here to get the documents for the cure. That debt has now been paid. You protected me when that guy attacked. You could have just let him kill me, and get away from me and custody in the Leaf, but you didn't. You even used Tsukuyomi to stop that guy from striking back at me in the fight, probably saving me again. That's why I owe you. You're the one who saved me, so I chose to heal you to try and repay you... We're equal now."

"Not in my eyes. We should probably get back soon. We've been gone almost a day. They'll begin to suspect." He said, closing his eyes again. "I'll be taking the fall if they catch us. You will not take any blame."

With a sigh, she merely took Vale's hand in her's and started heading out of the hideout. "If they catch us, I'm taking at least half of the blame," she said simply, not going into details on why she was taking the blame. After all, helping out a supposed criminal was a serious charge itself. Oh well. I just hope Shijura made it back to the village safe... I need those documents...

Vale stayed quiet, keeping his eyes closed, letting her lead him. He lightly kept his hand with her's, not saying much of anything.

Glancing back at Vale, Chi merely sighed quietly to herself before heading out of the hideout. Right now, they needed to get back to the village fast, without being seen, and then Chi needed to find Shijura. Did Shijura get back to the village already? How far is she ahead? Are the documents safe? I hope I didn't miss a document somewhere in the hideout. I need this cure...

Shijura sat close to the hospital before quickly standing up and going over to the pair. "Good to know you're okay Chi." She said with a smile before her eyes shifted over to Vale. She said nothing but then put her focus back on Chi. "I guess that other guy isn't going to be a problem anymore?"

((Ouch... I hated getting my braces tightened. Thankfully I'm getting my braces off for good on Monday =^.^= ))
Chi smiled slightly and nodded to Shijura. She glanced at Vale for a moment before gesturing to Shijura to follow her. They needed to get Vale back to the building where he was supposed to be in for custody before someone saw him outside. "You still have that bag, right?"

"Well Rhea has them. Don't worry, the bag and whatever contents are in it are safe." She replied. "But if you don't mind me asking, who is this guy?" Shijura asked pointing at him.
