"Yeah, but only an idiot keeps on track against a Storm Sworder in the Air when it's barreling towards you." Jarid shrugged. "I prefer the ground because it's more fair.."

Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" "Ah, but only the Zabat has the speed and agility to avoid a Storm Sworder. And even then, you might only miss one or two charges." He chuckled at the fair comment. "I'll make sure to remind the next Rev Raptor you come up against that it's fair for you to have superior speed, maneuverability, firepower, as well as a shield and decent armor. As for aerial Zoids, only the Redler has armor. The Storm Sworder is the fragilest of all Air Zoids. The Zabat can survive hits a Sworder can't. So in all honesty, fair is something that hasn't been found in this world since the days of the sword."

"Well let's be honest. If you're stuck in a Raptor, or a Molga you're effed." Jarid grunted with a smirk.
He then paused for a moment.
"..That reminds me...Your Dibison pilot...He's not going to keep antagonizing Heckler, is he? Last thing we need is a brawl like that...."

Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" "So much for fairness. Though why would you attack a Molga? Those are your Zoids..." He glaned over to where his team was being held. Thunder was sitting on the ground, back against the wall, obviously sleeping. "From my understanding, your Command Wolf pilot is the antagonizer. After the two were out of comission, your pilot went over to mine and started spweing insults. So there's nothing I can do. He's your pilot. Not mine."

"I meant it as when you're fighting the Molga." Jarid replied before giving a chuckle.
"Well, that's why Heckler's alias is just that." he replied with a smirk. "He has a special talent to make other pilots furious to the point of mistakes, and then goes in for the kill."
"You have a good pilot behind you if they can work through it."

quote="Cuwen"] Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" "1st IAU normally never sees Molgas. I stopped fighting Molgas when I traded in my Rev Raptor for a Zaber Fang upon my assignment to IAU." He glanced back over to his team, Solo pouring a cup of chai. "I wouldn't trade my team for anything."

"Oh yeah, I know the feeling with my team as well.." Jarid replied, before slumping forward and giving a deep sigh.
"....Just wish some quirks would get worked out..." He groaned before standing up straight and looking back at Lena. "..I'm sorry, did we cut you off from anything you wanted to say..?"

{{That was fun to read! XD}} Lena hadn't been paying attention. While the two had been talking, she had kept walking further and further into the hangar, her guards following closely behind her. She was quite a distance away from Jarid and Jhala now. Her eyes were glued on all of the different aerial Zoids. She was in Heaven.

Jarid looked over at Lena with a groan, walking over to where she was. "Ma'am...That's not exactly the best idea to wander off..." he sighed as he walked up to her side.
"I wasn't lying about the guards around here.."

Lena looked back at Jarid and then frowned slightly in confusion at her remark. She looked around, noticing that Jhala was back a ways. She didn't know why.
She looked back up at Jarid, still with a confused look on her face. "What are you talking about? I wasn't wandering off. Sure I might have been in front of you while we walked, but you were still with me."
She had been so focused and impressed with the Zoids that she had no idea she had wandered off.

Jarid then stuck his thumb to point at Jhala. "Point A." he said, before pointing where she was standing. "Point B."
"..Speaking of Point A.." he said aloud before looking at Jhala. "Come on, don't be shy. I don't think Diplomats bite in front of people."

(Another post for Cuwen) Cuwen Lena's eyes widened as she looked clear back at where Jhala was. She had gone that far by herself? She hadn't realized that! She thought they had been right behind her! She should have been curious about the lack of talking coming from both of them, though while she had been walking. If she had been, she would have noticed they weren't even behind her in the first place! She had just been so focused on all the flying zoids. At Jarid's remark about diplomats biting, Lena smirked, laughed softly, and said, "I don't know about that, Sgt. Caymen. I have had top-notch dental work done on me since I was a child. I could bite if the need arose, and it would not be a pretty picture." She grinned over at him, hoping he took jokes from non-military people well. Jarid just gave a smirk, laughing as well. "I don't know if I should take that as a weird compliment, or to be slightly afraid." he told her, now smiling.(..And another.) Cuwen Lena blushed and her smile grew bigger as she saw Jarid smile as well, taking the joke in the manner it was intended. She was glad he had a sense of humor with others as well. A very good one, actually. "Well, Sgt. Caymen, you may take it however you wish. That I cannot control. However, I would encourage a healthy, respectable fear of my oral fierceness and abilities." She said that with a grin on her face, not realizing that the last part of what she had said could be taken in a completely different way.

((Now that Kronos Fortress is finished...)) Sergeant First Class Jhala "Hunter" Yadav, 1st IAU, Oriental Alliance "Today we march to War, my Brothers! We March with our Swords, Our Guns, and Our Zoids. For Victory! Until Death!" Jhala had been busy examining the Hangar's defenses. He was not impressed at all. They have too much confidence in their wide open spaces and their aerial recon and combat ability. This is by far the least secured Hangar I've ever seen.He made his way back to Lena and Jarid. "I must say Ms. Lena, Mount Hoverla has the best Hangar by far. Very well defended, considering what you've got hidden inside of it. This one.." He made a begone gesture. "I wish I could get a good look at the Hangar at Kronos Fortress, but considering no one knows where it is..." He simply shrugged. ((Perfect opening for Jarid to discover the Silver Rain. XD))

"Well ma'am, were I not a gentlemen and a soldier with honor, I think I might take that in an odd way." Jarid smirked, teasing her. "Particularly to see those 'Oral Abilities'." he added before looking at Jhala.
"...Kronos Fortress..? First time I've heard of that."
