Still picking, (and not his nose) the siren's ear wings flicked back and forth. The echo of pick hitting candy ringing out. A nice rock streak. But knowing his luck it wouldn't last.
....In bed.
Yeah. His jokes sucked. At least no one could hear them in his head. Except for Riley. ....He made a note to pester Riley with bad puns.

Israfel's puns proved so bad, the wall stopped awarding candy. It knew how bad they were, and now-
It was casting Irsafel from is sugary abundance.
Somewhere, someone hit a Vader no button for Israfel.

No candy to be had it looked time to move on. Packing his things, Israfel sighed. He kind of wished he got reception in the mines, just so he could pester Riley with puns.

Her pickaxe echoed throughout the area as she struck the wall over and over again, glad to see a few rock candies coming lose form the rock as she did so. A few more pieces to add to her ever growing collection! In the bag they went, and continued she did

As she continued to strike away at the earth and find herself more candies, poke idly wondered what the hobo ToT guy was going to do with all of them once she gave them in. Would he eat them all? or perhaps they were his secret currency or something. Or he could be trying to make a huge mountain of candies. The possibilities were endless.

So close, she was so close now! She only needed a few more pieces, then she could stop this repetitive mining and get on with trying to earn some more badges. Poke picked up the effort in hopes of getting this done faster so she could get out of here

[ ROCK CANDY GET: #2 ]"FINALLY! I'M DONE WITH THIS!" Poke dropped the pickaxe to the ground as the last candies rolled out of the wall, and she sighed in pure and utter relief that she didn't have to do this anymore. Well she hoped so at any rate. Taking all the items with her, she walked out of the mountain and towards the ToTer. "Okay, I've got 30 Candies here" she told her as she held out the bag towards him. "Can I have a badge please?" Ulmuka, it seemed, had taken a bit of a nap. He'd fallen asleep standing straight up and leaning against one of the walls. When he snapped out of it he was a bit surprised at himself. This tunnel was starting to become a second home to him.
It was AWFUL!
With a new and healthy determination he set back to his mining. He was closer than ever!

He'd hit another dead spot. Perhaps the candy had migrated while he slept? He giggled at the idea of the candy sneaking around behind his back. His giggles echoed through this empty branch of the tunnel so he tried to drown it out with the sound of his pickaxe.
His fervent effort paid off as more candy tumbled into his bucket.

With renewed fervor he hacked wildly into the wall.
He wanted to get out of here! He wanted to see the pumpkin-moonlight. He wanted to be able to stretch his jackdamn wings!! He also wanted those... BADGES.
Candy was just tumbling out of the hole at this point. Almost there!!

Muka paused for just a moment to stare down into his bucket. SO CLOSE! He'd seemed to hit a nice spot for candy and set the pickaxe aside for a moment to try and pry a few pieces out with his fingers.
That apparently had been a bad idea. His talons just weren't tough enough to get a good grip. They were there, he could see them, but they weren't coming out for him right now.

He picked his axe back up after his claws had failed. He was already getting worn out again! This had been much more interesting when he'd had someone to talk to.
"HELLO?!" Was anyone here? He'd certainly like something else to occupy his brain than this infernal digging.
The echo of his voice solidifed that there was no one interested or possibly even around. His smile started to sag but another piece of candy tumbled into his bucket at least!

Surprisingly, Ulmuka's voice managed to echo back past the entrance, and Vero's antennae hairs vibrated. Then again, given how the strix liked to "scree" a lot, it probably wasn't surprising that he could be loud. "Any luck in there?" he called back as the familiar ghoul from before also came out, carrying a heavy bucket.

After battling Soul (his soul eater mini), she decided to mine, again. "Well, lets see..." She grabbed the bucket that she used to fill in with rock candies.
She mines for a few minutes, seems she didn't get anything. She kept mining.
