Woah woah woah. Jericho wasn't just throwing a tantrum. He looked ready to hit that ghoul! No matter how mad, hitting a ghoul was against the gentlemen's code!

Mot was about ready to get in the way, but his neighbor had beat him to the punch.. er.. beat him to preventing the punch, that is. Lizzy had also stepped in, and eventually the dragon left in a huff.

Well, disaster averted, at least? Mot rubbed his neck, sighing in relief. He returned the gun to the booth, nodding to Mac. "Nice work, partner."

Dayum. Boil could really be ... angry when he wanted to.

Sadly, his attempt only made Danny more starstruck. Anyone that was able to shoot a pillar of flame straight into the air was instantly 10 times cooler in her eyes. The battle cry had shaken her a bit, and her eyes went big for a moment. The awesome of the fire plume had been too much for her though. She wasn't scared- in fact, she was just the opposite. Awed.

She stood there with her jaw gaping and then said, "Dude that was so cool! Do it again do it aga-" The fire ghoul was cut off by two students trying to reign in the dragon boil. Were they ... were they protecting her?

Maybe they were just helping out Jericho. That was probably it. Why would anyone protect her? She was in the wrong after all.

Danny began to stutter a sort of half apology as the boil stormed off. "Uhm I'm really sorry! I didn't mean to make you angry ..." To herself she added, "Though I still don't really know what I did ..." She probably never would.

She did recognize Lizzy though! "Lizzy! I didn't know you were here!" she exclaimed. She hadn't forgotten the boil's anger already, but for her it was something really cool, not a big scary threat. The fire had been an entertainment for her, not an intimidation. The battle cry still echoed in her head though.

With Jericho off to punt some gnome, she heaved a sigh of relief, "He would have punched Danny off to the other side of Halloween..." She looked at the Fire Demon with a small smile, "You alright there? Might... Want to pay Riley back for that. It's the right thing to do, after all." And if Danny refuses?

- 100 points of respect to her.

With that said, she grabbed Mac's arm and pulled him into a quick hug; she turned to Mot and nodded before turning back to look at Mac, "I have to agree~" She was clearly impressed with the boil, judging from the way she was looking at him.

OH GOD WAS THAT FIRE??? The sudden explosion of flame erupting from the dragon took the hunchback by surprise, and as he scrambled back away from the explosion of flame, his foot hit the cannon, firing off a plush winged cat without anyone to shoot at it, but he was relieved when it landed without to-do just like the others.

BOOM!



Except for one! The hunchback hit the dirt as the paintball triggered the mechanism carefully embedded and packed with colorful gun powders obtained who-knew-where erupting from the innards of the flying stuffed Cannon Cat.



The students and visitors gathered at the booth were given a rather lovely display of twinkling lights and fizzling colors and falling bits of beans and stuffing.

A demon? Of COURSE a demon did it. Mac wasn't surprised, but as much as he liked seeing Demons get theirs (exceptions given, of course), there was a time and place for everything, and now was neither. Sadly, Riley taught him that.

"Listen man, hurting her ain't gonna fix it." Not that he knew what it was, he wasn't there for the smashing and he certainly wasn't going to look right now. "Cool your head, err, so to speak...and---" He paused, for both Lizzy had showed up, and the Dragon had submitted and was walking off. The heavy glare that Jericho had turned to him was instead turned to the offending Flame Demoness, now noticing the broken paintball gun on the ground. Oh, so that was it, then? It had to be. He then decided to take this lovely moment to point at her.

"Don't break things that aren't yours." He bit his tongue before he could add something offending about demons, considering Lizzy was rather close to him. Plus Lizzy was hugging him now, so everything worked out in the end. The Reaper pat Lizzy's back after he was pulled into the hug, letting her handle things from there.

It was just safer that way.

"Hey, thanks man." He acknowledged Mot's comment with a little smile, only to be distracted a moment later by the exploding plush. Neat!

Riley, however, did not miss the explosion. In fact, it worked wonders to calm down her mood. Her eyes faded back to white, as she peered up at the fireworks display.

Oh.. Christof really outdid himself this time. She whispered, before letting Malodore go to grab one of the little treats on the table. She threw it gently at Ys with a wink. Very nice shot. She murmured appreciatively.

Malodore flinched back again as one of the cannon cats suddenly exploded on impact - it was kind of pretty, it guessed, but the undead fear of fire apparently got triggered by sparkly explosions too, and its backblades rasped against each other.

... But it was pretty.

"Well shot," it called out, once the craziness was over.

Willow watched as things got really bad for a moment with Jericho getting angry. Her tail twitched, she'd heard the words rent, and then Danny asking why it was such a big deal. "I think..." She said softly directing it at the fire demon, "It's such a big deal because, they don't own the guns. They're borrowed. So they'll have to pay more than just what a gun costs to replace it."

She shrugged softly, "I'm not sure many just have silver seeds to waste."

She turned back in time to see the fireworks, watching in awe. "Ohhh, that's so pretty." She looked at the gun in her hand and at the cannon cats, "How many tries do we get?" She asked not sure if she was suppose to be directing the question at Christof or Riley. Though, she wasn't sure she should try her luck shooting again while the last one might have hit a tree, it didn't mean the next one would.
