Deil Grist Azeiel The Fallen Can someone please tell me what positions are open in Sunagakure ? Genin, genin, and more genin. Nobody but Lilly, Havik, and I got an auto-rank or will get one. ^ Lol XD And Raijin, Konoha has 2 Npc which I guess can be used to train genin.

raijin sasori My only question is won't we have the problem of to many genin and not enough sensei for them? Does Konoha have another member in the village above genin that isn't the hokage? That's what the NPCs are for. You apply for one so one of the crew can RP as the NPC and train you when the kage or higher ranking ninja can't.

I mean it might get a little hectic if someone has to roleplay themselves and their sensei... and even if the mods have to you guys still have your own actual rpcs besides the npcs, I am not trying to buck the system or anything I have just seen it in other guilds I didn't like half as much as this one and therefore am bringing it up because this guild already seems like it will be crazy awesome! But if the Npcs are the answer then fair enough I suppose... It just seems that people are active and rp more when they are using their actual own characters as opposed to an npc...

Knowing Deil however, it was meant light-heartedly. He's right though, I'm only allowing Genin right now. A few people in key places were given higher ranks, but I don't want this guild to suffer from the issue of auto-ranking that many guilds have trouble with.
As such, since everyone is being made to go through the ranks, it will make everyone more carefully invest in their characters, giving them longevity which will make people care about them more and RP better. A sound tactic but one which could backfire if the need for teachers becomes to great. @Deil. If that was not how you meant it then I apologize for jumping the gun on you. @Critic Then you had better be active because I am coming for your spot twisted (eventually )

NPC request thread is up, read it carefully you naughty bubbles. Cobra will surely go mad with power and play God and polish anything I messed up which is a good thing.

@Azeiel: You're free to challenge me, but until you come at my rank, I doubt my character will be alive. See, he's one of the nine main targets followed by Akatsuki, so yeah.

@Raijin: Just saying, I literally ran a whole village with NPCs for awhile and it turned out find. The thing with NPCs is that as long as the person rping them is willing and active then teaching won't be a problem. I generally treat NPCs as another set of RPCs so I usual don't prioritise my NPCs or RPCs differently unless I'm like really backed up on posts.
It can work as us crew are relatively active people. And we made it so that another mod can take over if another one of us is busy. Just see it run for a bit and if you're still concerned then, post in the comment thread.

I know Itachi's edges are pretty rough and all that, I couldn't fix it [As it had a background, and when deleting gave it rough edges]. So, I'll possibly keep this until I have a better idea.

Oh yeah, I was Akatsuki's spy back in VR; I could spy on any character's actions with a crystal ball as long as I had met them, and if I had been to the same location as them I could see the location too.
I also used explosive clones to attempt to 'suicide bomb' and take out various characters.
I think I was very much alive last time I checked... I think my last post was getting naked as Lance's Hyuuga activated his Byakugan in my direction thus causing him to scream and writhe in pain.
