━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Team ↠ AlphaxxLocation ↠ Test Thread Eli looked to the other person who was with Jacen. he introduced himself as Roland and offered his hand out to him. Eli took it, not reluctantly, but with uncertainty. The whole 'friends' thing was new to him. "Yeah, I was there, but I'm sorry, I don't remember your name or face." Eli said apologetically. "So what team do you belong to?" He asked, not entirely curious, but not wanting to leave Roland hanging in the conversation.
To Eli, he really didn't care what team you were on. He just had a disdain for Narcissa. Her attitude, her being. He was going to force her panties in a knot. Piss her off, that was his goal. Eli wasn't the most mature of people, especially considering the fact he was anti social most of his life, his maturity level when it came to fun, outside the regions of science, wasn't all that developed. But it didn't matter to him. He just wanted to have some fun; while over throwing the Omega "queen," metaphorically speaking of course, there must be other attributes to her that allowed her leadership other than her attitude.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ If you could flick the switch and open your third eye, and see we should never be afraid to die. Rise up and take the power back, it's time the fat cat's had a heart attack. OOC ↠ Simple, small, effective.

She's lost in the darkness, Fading away I'm still around here, Screaming her name She's haunting my dreamworld, Trying to survive My heart is frozen, I'm losing my mind ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════ Name: Ƞarcissa "Cissa" Ƚucania Team: Ѻmega Location: Library Thinking: Ugh...What is that wet dog smell? Oh-- Alpha.XXXXXXXXXXXX═════════════════════════════════════════════“It means that you’re bloody acting like a teenage girl with wet nails and a pot addiction.”, Narcissa clarified for Dom bluntly, ignoring the Alpha contingent as they exited. It took them long enough to get the idea… She could only take the scent of wet dog so long before she tended to have violent allergic reactions. Curling up in her designated throne, she marveled at his discomfort and need for personal space.
It was charming.
“Free means disease.”, she returned to Aren—Unable to stop from smirking faintly at his response to her theory on brunettes. Though she raised a single elegant brow when he mentioned her status as a tease… Since when had that been her status? “Have you been living under a rock? There are -much- better rumors out there than me being a tease…And more creative. The Judges score you at a resounding two out of ten, for that piece of tripe.”
“And speaking of teases—It takes one to know one. Perhaps you should hop off your soap box and actually do something naughty for once. Joy kill.”
As light hearted as she seemed to recount being black mailed… She left out a key part of the argument… And was suddenly glad that she had. Or wondering if she shouldn’t have…There was a moment in which she imagined Aren and Dom as very, very angry pit bulls. It was impossible not to feel someone tense the way the Slovenian man had when she brought it up—Not sitting in his lap. She wasn’t conceited enough to think it was solely for her own benefit… But the reaction made her curious. Both boys, made her infinitely curious. She toyed absentmindedly with the collar of Dom’s shirt when Aren questioned what the boy could have possibly hoped to gain.
Her mouth opened once, and then closed…Azure eyes clouding for a moment in her silence… “I don’t know. It doesn’t seem the wisest thing to do… To remind the person who owns you of how her mutation murdered her family and forty other people when it appeared as a child…”
Her gaze wasn’t quite right, the next time she looked towards the native… As if she might, just might… Have been affected, more than she let on. But she wiped her face clear of the melancholy expression seconds later—As if slipping one mask atop the other. She shrugged stylishly, blonde tresses glinting with hidden light. “Nevertheless… He’s an idiot. And Emma, can have him back. I require an intelligent upgrade.”
Not to mention that if he withdrew…If he withdrew… He was fair game.
Dom took her attention, thankfully from the mouthy new kid, and she couldn’t help but chuckle when he mentioned what he was failing… Oh—It really was too rich. “Well. I’ll send an email to your teachers tonight for Algebra and Tactics and see if there is anyway they’ll let you do something for extra credit.”
She glared at him once, good and plenty—Signaling, she didn’t want to hear his groan of disappointment. She looked towards Aren, knowing that Scott wouldn’t pass up a chance to give an Omega more homework. “You too Captain Blackfoot.”
Her attention went back to Dom for a moment, as she bounced her foot once or twice—Seemingly trying to wrap her head around him failing Gym.
“Gym...We might have a problem, since you don’t want to attend. Unless A. I can see if Danger Room sessions can count as credit…or B…Which I assure you, I prefer… We can think of some way to improve your drive and cardio.”, there was absolutely nothing in her smile that didn’t live and breath temptress for a moment… Before she shrugged, and her countenance became something…Other… “Or I can blast your foot off.”
"Your foot, or a C-- Take your pick."
She grinned cheekily, eyes dancing with impure light when Aren mentioned the rumor’s going on about Dom—And his pogo-stick self. Grinning, she wiggled on the lap of her throne for a moment, trying to get comfortable again. “Don’t worry love… Every man is good for something. And it’s usually, the same thing.”
Aren called her cruel, and her smirk remained…”Oh Aren… Sweetheart… That isn’t competition.”
“Competition isn’t given the option of walking away on their own. They crawl, and burn… They’re just…Amusing. ”, she returned with a dismissing wave of her hand, rolling her eyes heavenward at Aren’s use of the word ‘savant’. What the hell did they teach kids on the reservation? She knew John Wayne was huge…But did they read dictionaries for fun too? “If you’re willing to admit you have down syndrome, then by all means—Seek out the SPED.”
She laughed at his comment, using her mention of bits and bolts—And her eyelashes fluttered suggestively. “Pass Government and Ethics… Then we’ll talk.”
Her shoulders shrugged when Aren stated he ought to be proud of her civility—And she made a mental note to be far less civil for the rest of the day. Especially when Bella’s communication came through… The sun goddess didn’t feel the need to justify it with a reply. What was the Siren going to do, sing her to death? Her eyes instead remained on the native as her head tilted at his assessment of chief and captain. “Fine. When we’re on Native American owned land, I’ll call you Chief—But until then, Captain, I’ll call you what I please.”
A wicked grin spread on her aristocratic features when he questioned the fee—And she pretended to think about it. “It’ll be a fee worth paying… Long, and intense… You’ll feel it for a week afterwards.”
Hearing him taunt Dom, she turned brilliant blue eyes back on the Slovenian man, putting her the perfect pout—Dark lashes dusting over pale cheeks as she teased him. “Yes Dom. That’s lesson number one… When a girl kisses you, you kiss them back.”
She snapped out of the mindless female voice abruptly after that, seeming to get around to the business at hand.
“Don’t think you’re free Epidova…He can study government, and you can study Algebra at the same time. Aren—You can come by my dorm and get everything later.”
“But for now—You study—Both of you. Stop looking like I’ve signed your death warrants…You’ll get through it.” ════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════

Omega - Cafeteria - Oh glorious siesta!“Funny, never really been much of an artist,” Christian replied to Orchid’s comment, swirling his bottle of juice around slightly. He himself chuckled a bit at her remark about dominant women. There were probably none more dominant that the Omega’s leader… save Ms. Frost. He was a little astounded though. Wasn’t that girl’s hair a different color when they were in the lounge? How very strange. “Never hurts to appease redheads in general,” he offered in retort to Kerri’s comments. Though, after he had given his interpretation of things concerning the Omegas, Christian listened intently as Kerri spoke up concerning the team dichotomy. All he could do while she spoke was keep himself silent a bit, nodding in agreement when necessary. As it stood, Christian didn’t hear the message coming through the comm; his was kept on silent at the moment. He had fully intended on getting a bit of rest before whatever events of the day were going to happen. It didn’t mean that he was oblivious to it coming from others comms… it just meant he was going to have to turn volume up on his again. “I’d have to agree with what Kerri’s sayin’,” he said after polishing off one of the bottles of apple juice, “Bout us being a well-oiled machine. Most of us know where our place is on the team, what our function is and how to play to our individual strengths.” He thought for a second, wondering if he should divulge his ability. Not that it wouldn’t be on display if and when they had a good training session, but if they knew what it was he was gifted with, perhaps they’d understand why he was never truly on the frontlines at all. Christian noticed that Daylia was taking Kerri up on the offer to join them at the table. It seemed it was a relatively big gathering of Omegas forming. He thought about it for a moment before speaking further. “My abilities don’t really allow me to be in the true mix of things,” he said calmly while opening his last bottle of juice. “Which is why I’m usually sittin’ in the back of the pack, peggin’ things off with a rifle. And y’all don’t need to worry. My aim’s usually on the mark.” He laughed himself at Megan’s comments about things never being boring with Cissa in charge. If he had a dollar to give her for that remark, he would. Boredom was never an option, at least in his estimation, when it concerned the Omegas. “So, Megan,” Christian said, “I’m guessin’ a career as a DJ is out of the question for ya?” He smiled big after cracking that joke towards one of the newer Omegas. She DID say she wasn’t really able to handle fragile things. While he took a sip juice, his eyes focused over towards Daylia’s direction when the girl offered a sigh. Raising an eyebrow slightly, he set the bottle down on the table again, and just listened to the ambient noise. As he just sat there, enjoying the downtime with his teammates, both old and new, he heard a a voice from someone new, different coming from behind him. He turned his head slightly and saw the new girl, ( Lorelle), looking like she was a tad.. nervous? If anything, anyone could tell just that by the way she spoke. “We all are Omegas, miss,” Christian said, speaking up in everyone else’s stead. “Have a seat, take a load off. I promise we don’t bite. Hard.” OOC: Sorry bout the s**t post. Work's been kicking my a** and I think I'm getting sick.

Omega – Cafeteria – HmmmmmmmmMuir Island was nowhere near as fun as the academy. All Moira had them do was learn about their powers. They had never done anything good with them like the junior teams did. Jacen was a bit of an adrenaline junkie in that respect (all respects really), despite the danger, he liked it on some deeper level. Everyone did he supposed, ‘else they’d transfer out. “Yea, you’re the Alpha that got everyone drunk up the mountain. Then you shot me with metal balls from your finger.” Jacen’s memory of that ‘vacation’ was justifiably fuzzy. “Jacen Reilly, Octo-warrior. Both me and Roland here are Omegas.” He said to the man. He yawned, stretching his arms out as he swiveled off of the countertop. “On that note, I got a rodent to feed.” Jacen said, giving a mock salute to the two as he left the kitchen into the main foyer. He took the steps five at a time on the way to his room, now empty since Ant left. Really empty actually. “Hero? Huh.” He said, looking from the empty tank to the open window. Normal pet-owners might be worried, but Jacen had grown used to the mutant rat disappearing. The Octomega slid down the banister, walking into the cafeteria with another yawn. Why was he so tired? He spotted Kerri, Daylia, and Christian at a table with four other teens he didn’t know, walking over with a smile. “Hey, more new people. You guys are popping up everywhere, you know that?” He said, looking from new face to face. mmmmmmmm…

Name: Leonardo "Renaissance Man" Rossi Team: Alphas Location: Hallway outside of Music Room Don’t Get Burned As Leonardo was waiting for Aurelie, he felt a rush of wind as Isabella stepped up to him. At first Leo could only blink rapidly a few times, forgetting for a moment that Isabella also had the ability to move at the speed of sound. From the look on her face, she was angry… a sort of quiet, bubbling anger that was beginning to come to the surface. Leo had seen that look before in many people. Sometimes, people take in verbal and psychological abuse and store up all of their anger in hope that it would go away. But usually, it all builds up and boils to the surface, exploding out in a rage. Leonardo could only hope that Isabella had better control over her emotions now as she usually did. If not… then maybe Narcissa would finally get what was coming to her. Leo had thought about fighting the Sun Queen, oh yes, and he had come to the conclusion that would not be able to do much damage if he was incinerated within two seconds of the fight’s start. Bella however… Bella stood a chance.
Leo listened to the songstress’s words with great care. He knew all of this: stay away from the fireball. He was listening to her tone however, to determine her true emotions. They were firm and with slight vigor. Was Bella actually going to do something about all of this? It seemed more and more like it. As she moved past him again to head down the hallway, Leo used the tried and true system of speaking softly so only Bella would hear. “Bella… just whatever you do… don’t get burned. We need you.” Leo could only hope that Bella heard his words and took to them. But then again, just not getting into a fight would be the best action instead of telling her to just not become injured.
Aurelie joined him in the hallway, remarking about the uncalled oddity of the people singing within the music room. “Random is a bit of an understatement… I just hope it doesn’t happen again…” he said under his breath, starting to move down the hallway. Then the blonde asked as to where they were going, as in where they were going in town. “Well, I have no idea. Whatever looks interesting I guess? Maybe there’s a bowling alley or a mall we can go to…” he continued down the hallway, heading towards the garage. “And I hope Bella meant that she was just going to have a talk with Narcissa… because frankly I wouldn’t like to see the mansion blown up.” And if it was… it probably a good thing they wouldn’t be there. Hopefully there wasn’t anything too warlike are conspicuous in the garage that they could take for a night out on the town. Subconsciously he went over the list of abilities that he had copied at the moment: ant strength, spider agility, and fly reflexes. Yeah, he was ready for virtually anything. Well, not everything, but still.
As he entered the massive garage, Leonardo was surprised at the amount of cars that were there. Some of them were personally owned, he knew, but still… Xavier had to be loaded if he just had random cars sitting around waiting to be lent out to the students at the Academy. Leo tried to pick out a car that wasn’t personally owned that he could borrow. He noticed a blue Mustang… but he remembered that Gideon owned that… and there was a red Spyder Eclipse… but wait, that was Bella’s. Finally he came to a dark blue Ford Taurus that was ready to be lent out. After acquiring the key and signing out the vehicle, he stepped back over to the car. He decided to be a gentleman and open the car door for her, stepping back and allowing her room to get in. Then he walked over to the driver's side.
“You ready?” Leonardo asked, stepping into the vehicle and strapping in. He made sure to check the mirrors and that the seat was properly adjusted to his height… whoever had the car last must’ve been either short… or a girl. Either way, after a few moments, Leo was ready to head out.

Team: Alpha's Winter Wolf Location: Music Room trying to make the mood lighter.
Varis watched the different reactions to the singing from the new face he had seen Leo who looked as though he were going to stroke out to Raine sitting on the far side of the room almost afraid of her own instrument Rob trying to aid her from the looks of it and Tsukino who had triggered his own singing. As he finished he also felt someone gently slide past him and make it clear she was the Alpha leader he remembered Raine saying her name was Bella. As he listened to her he could tell something was wrong she was saying something that she herself wasn't going to do. Nodding in turn to the boy and girl as they left not wanting to get in their way, he had heard their names were Leo and Aurelie but he didn't try to get them to stay they seemed as though they were in a hurry to get away.
As she finished and turned Varis went to introduce himself though she slipped by him and was headed straight to library and he wanted to see the s**t hit the fan between her and Narcissa, or as he would call her from now on the bitchy blonde, he smiled at his thought. He poked his head out the door by leaning back one foot in the air to keep balance easily. " Please tell me I'm not tha only one that wants to see that fiery lass kick blondie's arse?" He said smiling after he brought himself back inside the door.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTEAM ALPHAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx heading to the mall with Leoxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx talking in her sleep again; reciting lines start to win she's not crazy, knock on wood -- just a little misunderstood▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Unable to keep from giggling completely, Aurelie brought her hand to her mouth in an effort to muffle the sound. “I take it, you won't be trying out for the the Academy's spring musical then?” She asked, the teasing remark lighting up her sapphire gems. “Tsukino and that guy would do well there I think. I might even go see the show, were there one to speak of.” Though there was audition papers floating around the school – it was something the two singing Alphas should look into.
As they walked towards the garage, she kept her eyes on him, laughing once again when he admitted that he hadn't a clue as to where they were going. Just that they were. The spontaneity was vastly different than her normal routine, and it surprised her to think it exhilarating to not have a plan... when she so carefully scheduled everything. Practice sessions, classes, studying times... eating breaks...
Scott had said her obsessive scheduling might be thrown off it's loop, but until now she'd not believed him. “There's both.” She said in answer to what might lay in town; and left it out of her voice that she found it equally surprising that he'd be willing to go to the mall with a woman – a woman who so obviously accessorized, and liked to shop... just by the way of her appearance. “Though, I must admit, my talent in bowling lies with throwing gutter balls with the guards up.” She paused then, contemplative. “Unless, powers are up for grabs... then I can get a perfect game without even hurling the ball.” Obviously, what with what was going on in the media, and all the bad rep the mutants were getting... that wasn't an option for any game they played in public. “So if we go, because I can't do the latter in public with so many slurs against mutants going on... you have to promise not to make fun of me when I don't get a single point for the entirety of the game.”
She tilted her head when he started talking about their leader. “Mansion blowing up... again.” The telekinetic heaved a sigh, shoving her hands into her back pockets. “Something tells me that a simple 'talk' won't do with the Omega Queen though.” Her eyes trailed down to her feet before she continued. ”Scott said that the intense rivalry has been going on for a long time now... and that the British girl wasn't misunderstood; she was just mean spirited.” Maybe not in so many words, but Aurelie and Cyclops were close. Close enough that he'd do his best not to sugar coat things the way he might have with a completely new team member.
“Unfortunately, I am beginning to think he was right.” She had hoped he'd just been exaggerating. But the way Leo, Raine, Bella, and the rest of the gang had been... there was little room for doubt any more.
They passed several cars – one a beautiful blue Mustang GT, another a flashy red spyder... and numerous others before they arrived at an inconspicuous Ford Taurus. Leo signed it out, and assumed he was driving. Good. Because she didn't have a license as of yet. And trying to explain to someone that there was little need of it before now usually ended with her explaining that she never left Julliard's campus without transportation being arranged. And then came the onslaught of questions there after, where curiosity got the better of them and they couldn't help but ask why she'd left such a marvelous school.
A topic, she'd rather skip unless she knew the person well enough that she didn't mind if a bit of her emotions peaked through.
What did surprise her, however was the casual act of chivalry Leo displayed. He'd opened the door for her. Involuntarily, a light blush colored her cheeks. No one in the history of her somewhat normal life (since she'd been out of Indiana), had done that. And he'd done it without thinking. Aurelie looked away, her long blond hair doing wonders to cover her reddened face while she clambered into the car's passenger seat, uttering a very quiet “thank you” as she did so. The door clicked shut behind her, just hard enough to make sure it latched, and she fumbled with the seat belt... scrambling to recover from her shock before he got into the driver's seat.
It didn't work.
“Y-yeah.” She tried very hard to subtly clear her throat. Regain her composure from being so shocked. “I'm good to go.” She hoped.
Closing her eyes, and forcing herself to let the small act of kindness go, Aurelie sprung back to her normal self, clinging to the teasing tones she'd had a few minutes before. “Where to, Captain?” She asked, her full lips curving upwards into a smile as she braved a look at him, only the traces of her blush still not yet faded. Surely something he'd not pick up on.
Normal guys didn't note things like that. Right? Right.
And it was such a small thing. He probably didn't mean anything by it, but was merely being a gentleman. All the same, the fact that he took the effort to do so... made her just a teensy bit nervous. “I can give you directions if you don't know you're way around; I've been in and out of this area since I was 14 or so...” Not that she could drive. Oh no, she'd happily let him have that.
- - -
The mall at this time of day, during Spring Break had a lot of cars crammed into the parking lot, but they found a place relatively close to the food court, and Aurelie made a mental note to the placement of their car. Unsure of if she was supposed to wait on him to open her door or not, Aurelie grappled the handle with a small smile, so as to not offend him if he'd had intentions of repeating the act of chivalry. (Seriously, hadn't women in the normal world killed that a long time ago?)
It was an actual effort as they hurried their way inside for her not to use her powers to keep them dry. Using it where so many people could see would likely start a fight... one that could be potentially more explosive than the one back at the mansion. In order to protect herself, she'd pulled at her jean bolero so that it was a makeshift canopy over her head, silently cursing herself for not thinking to bring an umbrella.
Blue eyes sparkled when she looked upon him once they were inside; he'd certainly made her transition to the teams a whole lot easier than she'd have expected. Silently, she figured that he considered her his charity case – that he felt bad she was so awkward in new settings he'd decided to help her out. Though, no matter the actual reasoning behind it, Aurelie was thankful for the small blessing of his presence. “You have any particular stores you like here, or should we hit the food court or arcade?”
Of course she'd not make him suffer shopping with her... Stores like Abercrombie and Fitch, forever21, Charlotte Russe didn't seem like it'd be his thing. Considering he'd been so wonderful the whole afternoon, she'd not subject him to that.

Team Alpha's Moonlight Name: Tsukino Kazuki Ability: Barrier Creation Location: Music Room Thoughts: They dont like Singing i guess.. Tsukino smiled at Raine and Varis who seemed to have enjoyed her song. She blushed when Varis clapped for her.She didnt think she could sing that well but I guess she was pretty good....Or not.She looked at Robert who's face seemed somewhat disappointed.Maybe the singing was bad?She then looked to Aurelie and Leo,who were still in conversation. She turned back to her sheet of music and ruffled through all of them. She wanted to find another song that could help her get her emotions out.
She looked puzzzled as she looked for the sheet music.Tsukino Found it just as Bella came through the door.Varis had finished his song as she arrived and she seemed to be a little upset.Bella had asked if they were alright. She must of heard that Vindictive blonde in the library talking trash over thier Comms. She nodded to Bella that she was ok as the Sound manipulator made her way to the Library.Leo had stepped out and waited for Aurelie to come along. The both of them had been talking to Raine about going out with them into the City. She couldnt go due to her powers and told them to go on ahead without them. They left leaving only Rob,Raine, Varis and herself in the Music Room.
She turned to Varis and pushed her bangs out of her face. She smiled as she spoke."Nice song. You have a great voice."she said sweetly to him before turning around. She was sure the others would leave soon and Tsukino didnt mind since she wasnt going to sing anymore until they left.Tsukino didnt want to interuppt Raine's practice or Robert. She looked through the music and saw the Flyer for the Spring Musical. She was going to join but who would come.Bella maybe since she would more than likely be in it but who knows how many other people planned on Auditioning. She crumpled up the paper and tossed it into the Trash. She always seemed to discourage herself which was a problem. It was the reason why she has been having such a hard time advancing in the use of her abilities. She just wanted someone to believe in her.Her number of friends at the academy is slim, most being accquaintances. She needed to be more outgoing and Happy. But right now wasnt the time to feel sorry for herself.
She had finally found the Music she was looking for.It was 'All By myself' by Celine Dion.It was one of Tsukino's favorite songs but it was the most difficult to sing. She had only sung it for fun and didnt really practice it until todayy where she would really look over the song. She looked over her shoulder to look outside only to see that it was still gloomy looking.Tsukino Liked the rain though because it made her feel at peace.
She then Heard Varis speak and laughed a little at his comment about Narcissa."I wish we could just knock some sense into her but that wouldnt be the right thing to do.We would be stooping down to her very low level.Besides we have to think of the safety of the team."She said thinking of all the Alphas and how much trouble they could get in for starting a battle with Narcissa or any of the Omegas for that matter.

Omega, Location: Kitchen And then there were two again
Going off of Jacen's remark, "Yeah I'm an Omega, transferred in about a month ago. I also arrived at the party relatively later than the rest, so I understand the lack of remembering a name or face. I personally make it a habit to try and remember at the least the faces of people I come across." The last part of his statement was true for the most part. Roland had made it, more of a compulsion, to remember faces. Xavier was quite surprised when he saw in his mind all the faces of those that he fought in the pits.
When Jacen then mentioned getting drunk and having metal balls fired at him by the other person (Eli), an eyebrow was raised, "Ok, I feel like I need to hear that story." he could also throw in a tale of his own, involving copious amounts of alcohol, and bullets.
As his fellow Omega left to feed his "rodent", he turned back to the only remaining person and asked, "I'm going to put two and two together and guess you have an ability involving metal? Or possibly telekinesis?" Either one would make sense, if he could manipulate metal, or even magnets that would explain using metal balls, though telekinesis could use not only metal balls, but well just about anything really. In the back of his head he placed his thoughts more towards metal or magnetic manipulation.
Thoughts soon turned to heading back over to the library, he wasn't entirely sure whether or not to head over there in the next few minutes. Narcissa, well she was being Narcissa based on her broadcast communication. Hopefully hell had not broken loose just yet.
Though if push came to shove, he'd probably head straight toward Armageddon with a smile.

ALPHA:Inside then outside once more: Need to stop WW? Lost what the count was up to now. Sure it's at the least double didgets if not much higher by now. Gideon looked back out the window it was a steady rain outside. Not heavy nor very windy just a normal steady rain. Luckily he made it inside before that point. He didn't let Hank's book get ruined which was good. That book was proving interesting so far in what he had read. Turning toward the door he walked out of his room. Just as he stepped into the hall and shut the door to his room Cissa's little comm message obviously meant for Bella to mess with her. It seemed the blonde omega leader just can't help having to find ways to upset Bella. He didn't get it even after that talk on Catalina he had with Cissa. He didn't get her instant hatred of alpha's either. She didn't instantly hate him nor does she he would say. Sure Gideon didn't call someone friend easily nor did he out right hate indiscriminately. No Gideon judged people on their actions and attitudes. There were ones he could say he hated or had a extreme dislike for. Sinister was one he hated and Scott was one he had an extreme dislike for. Sure he doesn't go out his way to piss the man off like he used to. But once you moved got on his bad side truly it was certainly difficult to alter that. Being that there was a good chance Gideon and Scott would ever really get along. It's more of a mutual toleration between the headmaster and the Wolvie Clone. Gideon picked up his pace he knew he had to intercept Bella before she and Cissa came face to face. Both have strong abilities and if they went at it not only would the library and other near by parts of the building would be devastated in the after math of it. Never mind what people happened to be near by the collateral damage would be massive for sure. He knew how furious Bella was he could literally feel it. Cissa she was at best described as bottled fury. Hoping over the railing to the lobby Gideon made his way directly to the library. If he was lucky he could catch her before she got there. Sure enough he had made it there before Bella as she was coming down the way now toward the library. "Sorry song bird can't let you go in there." Gideon said moving forward with quick movements. Once close enough he scooped Bella into his arms. If they were in a larger space rather then the hall it would of been much harder to stop her even with his skills and abilities. Even though he had her in his arms she still had the ability to escape his grasp. One quick burst of sound and she could shatter his ear drums killing his equilibrium dumping them to the floor. Among other things if she decided to get inventive. He quickly headed to a side door to take them outside. Maybe the rain and getting her away to distract her would be good. The rain was cool as it hit his exposed upper body as it cascaded down on the pair. He was making his way towards the lake in the back of the institute. "If I set you down you promise not to go charging away to get Cissa?"

Or perhaps you'r just weird like that. It's ok, though, I'm weird too." And Reggie had to admit, the girl was weird. Or maybe she just didn't know how to talk to people. Reggie had had a similar problem, but had quickly rid herself of it when she stopped caring what other people thought. She chuckled, "And if it bothered me, friend, you'd be the first one to know. I promise." This much was true. She never held anything back, and couldn't help but grin at Bianca's confused look. Reggie decided to elaborate more, "You know how when you try to walk up and pet a rabbit, it always looks terribly scared and tries to run away? You seemed that way, for a moment." She shrugged.
When Bianca defended herself for forgetting Reggie's name, Reggie brushed her hair out of her eyes, "Hey, chick, it's cool, really. You'r not the only one who forgets my name," She grinned, "And besides, you had a nice save going on. Word to the wise, when someone says it's ok, don't question, because they may not be as nice as me. They could revoke the apology acceptance." Reggie nodded to Lexi when she walked by, "Ello."
Reggie's stomach grumbled and she patted it, "Let's go eat now, before my stomach shrivels to the size of a peanut."

Name: Leonardo "Renaissance Man" Rossi Team: Alphas Location: Mall The Mall… Never Will You Find A More Wretched Hive of Scum and Villainy… Oh No Wait… That’s Mos Eisley. My Bad. Aurelie made the comment that she could provide Leonardo with directions on how to get to the mall, but he merely shook his head and stated, “No thanks. I’m fine.” He knew the way; he had been there at least once and made himself remember the layout and the street signs. Besides, it wasn’t the manly thing to ask for directions, right? At least, that’s what Leonardo heard. He had to ask for directions once… but when you’re driving at nearly 150mph on an interstate highway trying to evade mutant terrorists and the woman beside you is screaming ‘TURN LEFT!’ all you can really do is go with it, right? On the ride up, Leonardo hoped that he hadn’t spooked Aurelie or anything by opening the door for her. He had noticed that she looked slightly uncomfortable as she was getting her seatbelt on. It was just his way of being polite… and that had been ingrained to him by his father. ‘You’ve gotta be smooth Leo,’ Ronaldo Rossi had spoken to the young fifteen-year-old son, ‘it’s the little things that make the girls fall for you. How do you think I got your mother? I was like Sinatra, kid.’ Looking back, Leonardo would probably laugh at the ‘life lessons’ his father taught him. But then again… the man was right.
But wait… did Aurelie think that Leonardo liked her? The whole opening the door for her… and the fact that it was just the two of them going to the mall… Leo felt a small twinge of nervousness encroach upon him as this thought crossed his mind. Well, it wasn’t that Leo didn’t find her attractive… blond hair, blue eyes… and a telekinetic? What’s not to like? Then again, Leo had to remind himself that he had only met her only a few hours ago. Geez, he wasn’t that desperate, was he? No, he shouldn’t be. She was a friend and a teammate. That was it.
Luckily they had found a parking spot, as he was beginning to think that he was going to have to heavy-lift a car and move it with ant strength. Then again, that wouldn’t have made matters any better for mutants, would it? It might have been hilarious to watch the owner of the vehicle come back to see another car in its place… but that would cause trouble, and Leo was sure that even Bella would grill him for doing that.
Leonardo didn’t mind if rain got on him, but at the moment it was getting him quite drenched. He put a hop and a skip in his step as he kept up with Aurelie to get inside, gracefully hopping up to the sidewalk and stepping inside as Aurelie opened the door for him, presumably to return the favor. “Thanks,” he commented, nodding to her as he slinked past her and into to the food court. Instantly his mind went into spy-mode. He cued up his fly reflexes to make sure that if anyone tried to harm them for any reason, he would be able to see it coming and react to it with lightning-fast speed. Leonardo also started to take into account the various personalities that currently inhabited the food court. There was a pack of preppy teenage cheerleaders, a group of Goths, a lonely man sitting by himself, a lone teenager with a red turtleneck who appeared to be reading a book… the majority seemed to be younger high school and college students, seeing as how they were on Spring Break. Everyone seemed relatively harmless… except for one group. It appeared to be a group of what Leonardo referred to as ‘douche bags.’ They had on Aeropostale collared shirts (with the collar popped, of course), an assortment of colorful bracelets, and upside-down visors perched on their heads. Now, Leonardo knew that not all people who dress that way were douche bags… but Leo could tell by their body language and the way that they were talking louder than everyone else in the entire room that they were indeed douche bags.
“Douche bags, two o’clock…” Leonardo chuckled to himself, leaning over to Aurelie slightly so that he could hear him over the lull of the crowd.
Aurelie inquired if he had any sort of special store that he liked going to. Leonardo shrugged. “Well, sometimes my friends and I would stop by Hot Topic just to gawk and make fun of the people that work there. Other than that… wherever you want to go, really. I have no preference…” his stomach reminded him of the hunger emanating from his body, “but let’s hit the food court first, since we’re already here. I’m starving…” Spotting a Taco Bell, Leonardo immediately headed over there. He didn’t expect Aurelie to follow… she had free reign over the food court, after all, where one could get literally anything their hearts desired. Unfortunately, Leo was already hearing the group of ‘douche bags’ as he walked by. In fact, they were spouting comments about mutants… and how much they hated them. Sighing and shaking his head, Leonardo proceeded to get his food and sit at a table where he could see everyone that was passing through the mall… and become partially out of earshot of the mutant-haters.
Leonardo said a small prayer to himself before unwrapping his first taco. That was also another thing that had been ingrained into him by his parents: religion. His parents were both Catholic, but after Leonardo had done his own investigating into the Bible, he found himself more as Protestant than anything. Still, he wore his St. Michael pendant around his neck like he had for so long. St. Michael is a warrior; an angel that slays demons and saves the soul of man. In a way, Leonardo saw himself like St. Michael…
But wait a minute. What the hell was he doing? Eating? Oh yeah, eating… let’s get back to that.

Omega Ability: Psychic Laceration Location: Library- Danger zoooone. ”I never recall saying that those Dorritos were free,” Dominik mulled, pulling a decisive smirk to his visage, ”Your assumptions ended up costing you interest.” Admittedly, Dom found himself both relieved and unsurprised at Aren’s failure to grasp Narcissa’s reference, and when the blond chose to elaborate on her statement he could only find the will to shrug, the smirk catering now to a sentiment more wry than what he’d displayed prior, ”Cigarette addiction. Pot, eh…maybe once or twice, but no addictions to speak of.”
Cheeky as he tried to be, the look tapered a bit when Cissa opted to curl in closer, Dom fast giving way to a small, albeit disgruntled sigh. An action inevitably meant to fall on deaf ears, but he wasted the effort on playing it out regardless; The prelude to his gaze slipping about the library yet again, gauging it for some previously unnoticed method of escape--one which, time and again, didn’t exist. In attempts to accept his fate, the young man adjusted himself enough to pull one arm free, which he then brought to cradle his cheek; lips twisting, eyes rolling heavenward as the other two went on talking…
Nope; no possible escape routes through the ceiling, either. Damn. Details about the blackmail situation brought an olive-flecked gaze back to the scene, a few wayward creases stretching from his eyes the only indication that he’d heard what’d been said. Where he expected Aren to offer…something; comfort, empathy…Dominik only knew to be silent. Leave the mess untouched for lack of knowledge on how to handle it; all he could think to do to display his sympathies involved ripping the ex-omega into little pieces.
But Scott and Emma alike likely wouldn’t appreciate the act, much less take it as a sign that the young mutant was adjusting well to his new team. So, again…damn.
”Extra credit?” That got his attention, though the Slovenian couldn’t even bring himself to feign a happy look about it; rather, his lips thinned into a taut crease, ”Sounds like work.” Though he’d not refused flat-out, and from the Slovene, that was often a good sign. Still, the idea of more homework…more projects, essays; not at all an appealing one.
Narcissa seemed to lean in closer again, countenance acquiring that little dash of sultry that sent Dominik’s nerves asunder. Feigning a pensive stare, the young man pretended to weigh each option, although the latter brought life back to his smirk—until she mentioned blasting his foot off as an alternative; that effectively killed it. ”*Jaz bi moral vedeti- And here I thought we might make it through an entire afternoon without any scarecrow jokes,” Cracking a smile again, the Slovene shook his head, sandy tresses again making strides to hide his eyes, ”But I’ll keep my foot, thanks. Option A sounds manageable,” He tilted his head in jest, the smile far from diminished, ”Option B sounds…dangerous, but I’d not be against it.”
When Narcissa’s attention went to Aren again, the Slovene allotted himself another moment to watch the doorway, thoughts drifting to the Alpha Leader…and again, to the safety of his pants and all that lay beneath them should the two choose to go at it. ”I like to call him Sacagawea, personally.” The blonde added absently, throwing his gaze again between the woman in his lap and the native at the other end of the table.
Apparently saying that was a mistake, because Aren soon brought all attention back to the almost-kiss, and the Slovene immediately fell to a slight –but noticeable- fidget, his mouth hastily falling open to spout, ”That’s not a woman.” before better judgment caught him and bade him to clamp it back shut. Again, he wasn’t about to risk his lap to a joke…on top of which, Cissa’s decision to lean in even closer brought just enough rouge to his face to make the thought moot. To combat it, the Dom’s eyes narrowed a touch, a mock ’I hate you people’, or sentiment of the like radiating from the resulting sour countenance.
Narcissa abandoned the doe-eyed look and matching voice, leaving the young man thankful for the slight reprieve. ”Fine, fine. But…on my own time. You people are ******** distracting.” When she went on, instructing them both to continue, Dominik raised a brow, ”That’s…not so easy to do from this angle.” Not that he didn’t appreciate the view…He did; much more than the view of his algebra book especially, but there was no way he could be her chair and study simultaneously.

Cavorted Transgressions xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxTEAM ALPHAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx heading to the mall with Leoxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx talking in her sleep again; reciting lines start to win she's not crazy, knock on wood -- just a little misunderstood▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ She'd remained pretty quiet in the car, listening to whatever was playing on the radio indiscriminately. He's said he didn't need directions, she she opted to just watch the scenery, saying little things here and there when they made conversation. But, the silence between them wasn't bothersome, or even awkward. It was simply, filled with background music in a way that was soothing. His company, despite her awkward duck moment when he'd opened the door for her, and temporary lapse in sanity... was pacifying. Nice, because it was easing her into the idea of being an Alpha.
Surely, she'd decided... that he'd opened the door for her out of habit, to be polite. After all... he seemed to have a good head on his shoulders. Cute as a button (and she did like buttons, after all)... but still a very new face. And, he didn't seem the type to trick her onto a date. So the tension eased slowly, most of it she blamed on nerves from all the changes happening at a hurricane's pace.
She opened the door for him to usher him inside, and smiled when he said a word of gratitude, now fully satisfied that his intentions weren't skewed with a premature crush. Granted, he and she'd already had a conversation about this – most guys (aka, Max) found her much too driven and focused to try and distract her. She doubted that anyone on the Alphas would be much different.
While Leo went to spy mode, Aurelie started plotting escapes – the two minds similarly wired, but hers more focused on making a discrete exit should it become necessary. Sapphire eyes fell on the over-zealous group of kids who dressed... in the most ridiculous of ways. Collars popped like they were fly, visors adorned upside-down, pants sagging way past where they should have been, and she could have sworn she saw the glint of fake gold on one of their sets of teeth... the ever popular grill no doubt responsible.
He leaned closer to her, just long enough to dub the group a bunch of douche bags, and Aurelie's eyebrows danced in agreement, a small smile replacing the expression that had been contemplative while she'd been making escape plans. The media was being much, much too harsh on mutants for her not to be a tad bit paranoid. Of the places inside the mall to eat, the telekinetic quickly chose the Saraku Japan, ordering some chicken terriyaki and white rice before meeting up with him again at a table. On the way over, she'd caught an earful of their snotty remarks towards the “freaks,” and Aurelie pressed onward, not caring to notice if they'd seen her at all.
She took a seat, posture straight from how many lectures she'd gotten about slouching when she'd been dancing. “You called it, by the way...” She said, maneuvering the chopsticks with ease. “Definite as- jerks. I caught some of their anti-mutie remarks on the way over.”

xxxxxxxxxx ➸ ▬▬▬ O m e g a ' s ☭ SIZE Shifting Native______________ Library, there will be casualties... book burning about to commencexxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
“Thanks for the tip...” Aren said, shaking his head. The one girl on the alphas he'd be interested in, he was sure would be clear. Narcissa just didn't like her. The native merely chuckled at her vote on his quip. “True that.. there are. But those rumors are the ones that will get me blasted like that Alpha girl.” He retorted, and then gave the British girl a wink. “And then you'd not like to look at my face as much as you do. And don't play coy... I've seen drool at the side of your mouth a few times.” There was a chuckle that accompanied that, stating he was only halfway serious.
“Dom, you're worse than a car salesman who just stole all the parts out of the motor... you know that?” Aren accused, pretending to be cross. So far, he probably owed the man fifteen bucks just for the Doritos he kept commandeering. ”You never said they had a charge to them either.”
“Soap box..” Aren mused, a coy grin replacing any other expression that may have been there before. He stood then, leaning forward so that he was hovering over the pair that shared a seat. Without another word or warning, his lips brushed the spot just beneath her ear. One small, short lived chuckle and he whispered, “Not in front of the kids, ki'somma. Maybe later.” With that, he sat back down, laughing out right, because she'd know well enough by now that he was only teasing. ”You know where my room is, should you find yourself curious about just how much I'm actually teasing you.”
They talked about the bad little Omega who couldn't, and he'd questioned how the guy could have possibly benefited from threatening their leader, blackmailing her as though she'd bend to his will. Though, being so new to the team, there wasn't much that it would have done. He didn't say anything about her murdering her family – there weren't words for it. It wasn't shock, or even distrust that poured through him, but sympathy.
And a note of admiration, for how she'd not fallen apart over merely mentioning the whole ordeal. There was a small change in her eyes, indicating that it had affected her... but not enough that she'd seek comfort, or pity from someone else. “He'd better not remain on the team.” Aren said tersely, giving no more on the subject.
Dom did well to distract her from the current conversation, mentioning what he was failing. “Captain... is not equal to Chief, ki'somma.” He said lightly. “You've got my culture mixed with a pirate's I think. He didn't say much beyond that, especially that he rather she didn't email his teachers... they'd probably stack on the missing assignments plus extra homework to make up for it. Neither of which did Aren feel inclined to do.
But the fact that Dom was failing gym. Yep, that was right... you read it correctly. Phys. Ed. A junior X-man... not making the cut in first semester gym, took precedence to Aren's failed courses. The fact that he was failing a course you merely had to show up in far more amusing than any of the remarks Aren may or may not have spouted off to Scott. “Fat chance Dom. People will be talking about your pogo stick for the eternity to come."
“You wouldn't know about what a man is good for... no tease actually does.” He remarked loftily to her response. “Now would you?” He challenged, flashing a pearly white grin in her direction. It was always bounds and bounds of fun to banter with Narcissa – though none of the times left him giddy like he'd been the first time he'd met her... when they'd both been heavily influenced by drugs, and he'd nearly made out with her.
No, this was simply... not so clean fun.
He called her cruel, and the sun goddess merely laughed, only confirming the accusation. “I don't have Down Syndrome... but I'd hate to eat up all your time, having you help me slave over books when I could think of ten things off of the top of my head that are far more enjoyable...” One. Poking himself repeatedly in the eye. Two. Mixing up their nuts and bolts.
To which he had to pass government and ethics before she'd talk. “There's a song about that, Nina. It's called, 'A little less talk, a lot more action.' You should look into it, try it out.” The size shifter said with an appreciative nod.
When she spoke of the fee, trying to make it sound appetizing, Aren shook his head. “I don't want a danger room session with Wolverine, just as an FYI. That's not a fee... anything involving the Danger Room... is not anything short of torture.”
“Everything, ki'somma?” He asked, teasing to try and keep her mood light. Though she'd not likely notice the difference between his normal banter and the stuff he tried at to calm her down. “I'm going to hold you to that.”
Bella had just about ready to walk in, when Gideon intercepted, allowing the native to breath easy shortly after. At least for now.. they'd not be fighting, destroying the academy along with one another. He thought about the different ways the fight could go... and didn't like any of the scenarios.
Sighing.. Aren's gaze fell back to the text book.. not really at all enthused by it. His eyes lifted to Dom though, grinning. "Racist b*****d." He said, laughing outright at the Sacajawea remark. "I'll get you back for that." Ten fold, if he had anything to say about it.
