Just no darker purple piece, and perhaps looking a tad more like melted wax.
I would like a wip For this for sure. I'm going for something specific but I can't describe it well enough.
Tail: something short and made in a style to to match the mane.

They should be black every part except the "leaf " looking parts. That should be made to look Like the purple candle flames.
Hooves should be lavender (like the little flame thing on the lit wick reference head ) with black shoes.

~Floating a little above his head will be the glowing purple flame whisp thing not to huge but not super small either. Casting a little purple glow onto his mane. Kinda like in the body reference.
It is not part of him it's an item like a spirit or smoke tendrils would be.

Make them a tad thicker and a tad shorter Placed close together dripping wax with purple flames. Maybe put some lace on the candles idk dress um up a little bit. Gothic Lolita feel.

Other notes: I want him to kind of have a ghostly feel. Yet at the same time not be dreary. He is part of a family I plan to get all of the evolutions of Litwick and this little guy is going to be the happyest one out of them.

eyes: gold like the body reference but slightly narrowed kind of an aloof look. perhaps some tasteful eye liner.
Mane: Long fluffy purple

Tail: Tons of tail! Pooled around her legs like melted wax. Fluffy purple.
Hooves/Fetlocks: see stocking patterns for how fetlocks should look. Hooves should be lavender with black shoes.
Stocking patters on all four legs.
Colors would be mostly black but like on her brother the leaf parts should look like the flames.
The back two stockings will go all the way up to her butt.
The front two stockings will come two will come up to about half way to her knee.
The top of each look kinda like this but instead of leaves they will be little flames.

Note these are a pattern not actual stockings so they should include her fetlocks.

~Like her brother I would like her to have a purple flame above her head as well.
~ small black crown kind of off center below the flame kinda so it looks like its coming out of the crown.
