Mei didn't recognize her? Oh...of course not. Who could recognize her right now with short hair? It was certainly another blow to her self esteem to be asked if someone knew her with her long hair gone. Junko shook her head and tilted it to rest against Seiji. "I guess not." If Mei was going to forget who she was then maybe that was better! She wouldn't try to kick her in the face again. But now the others were seeing something, looking around to try and find it as well. A school? Where? Surely it wasn't their school...but maybe if they went inside they could get away from all this. That sounded like a good idea to Junko!

She watched as Seiji leaned down to whisper something to Jove, humming quietly to herself when she heard something far off again. Humming would block out the noise! Junko was curious what Seiji was saying to the pup but she could find out later, right? For now she just wanted to focus on trying really, really hard not to go berserk again..Jack knows what could happen if she got too crazy. Riley had said she shouldn't succumb to Her when she told her about her race, and Junko was really starting to get worried about this place breaking her resolve. While one of her hands was free she reached back to check the back of her head to make sure it was still normal. "Will you quit doing that!" She snapped, growling.

"No, I won't." Junko told Her simply, taking Jove's hand again and beginning to follow him until Seiji pulled her back and held her hand a little tighter. Huh? She blinked and gave him a curious look, unsure as to why he was stopping her from continuing on with little Jove. W-wait! Why wasn't Jove holding her hand anymore? Her gaze tore from Seiji to Jove as she watched him wander off, gasping. Why was he letting him go off on his own!? S-Seiji would never do something like that! Would he? No way! He'd run off earlier just to go find him why would he let Jove just leave now?!

Junko looked very uncertain again, rubbing her lips together and casting a sidelong glance toward Seiji. She wanted to believe it was really him, that he was real, but an impostor would know the right things to say..right? Like the eye thing...and the nicknames, and..stuff like that. But he was slipping up just letting Jove go like that! She tensed slightly as he came down closer to her level, blinking and listening intently to the humming. Hey wait...th-that was..! It was the song he sang to her! A faint blush rose to Junko's cheeks as her heart fluttered, giggling and smiling helplessly. "I still say you have a nice voice." She told him softly, squeezing his hand and nuzzling into his cheek. Okay, she'd believe him now. Junko'd only told Riley that Seiji sang to her, and she'd made sure no one had been listening in on their conversation.
