"I KNEW IT!" Nyx pointed and shouted at Will/Lance. "You a** hole! I knew you were a traitor!" Nyx slid off of Darwin just in time for the meta-mew to be hit by Lance's Altaria. She took her pokedex out and pointed it at Darwin to check what attacks he had now and picked one. "Meteor Mash!"

Odette landed near Lucas and Claire jumped off, as did Xina, and she addressed the flying-type. "Odette, Air Slash!"
"Geooot!" The bird complied, sending a sharp burst of air towards the Gyarados.

The attack from the Charizard was powerful, more powerful than Iditarod could handle. The Arcanine completely collapsed from the sheer exhaustion, and Isadora swore, recalling the poor beast back into her Pokemon. "s**t..."
Immediately after, she sent out Basil, hoping that his attacks would be enough! "Quickly, use Toxic!"

Suddenly things were very, very crowded. Nadja growled frustration, but was forced to recall Talos. That left Zveya, and the Garchomp arced her scythes at the Charizard in a Stone Edge.

Hit back when the attacking pokemon descended on hi, Banette let out a sudden cry before he gathered himself back.
He understood the situation, and it angered him greatly.
Master wasn't giving commands, so he rushed in his own attack.

Kill him? But... well... Such was the fate of traitors. Lucas drew a deep breath and turned to the Growlithe at his side, the fire-type tense with anticipation. "Go on, Fetch, give it all you got!" He wasn't a huge fan of the circumstances as a whole, but, well...
Fetch barked and charged forward enthusiastically to launch his assault, suffering a crippling blow himself in the process. Lucas growled in frustration, readying a second pokeball.

Kofuku's mind was numb as the identity of the shadowed figure was revealed. At first, she was in denial: there was no way that Will could be Lance! No, it was impossible, Will was one of them; he had to be, he was her friend and he was there helping her when the stuff with AP had hit the fan. Hell, he was th one who had just steadied her when she'd nearly slipped to her impending doom.
"How... this can't be right." But, as soon as he released his pokemon, she caught sight of the growlith and tears stung at the corners of her eyes. Her heart felt like a knife had been plunged into it and twisted, and she gritted her teeth. "HIROMI!" She barked, harsher than she had intended, her hands shaking. "WATER GUN!"
Hiromi stood in complete shock, surprised by her trainer's sudden change in attitude, but she understood the command and attacked the Kingdra with a water gun.

"FALEEN!" Liam yelled, practically tackling her out of the range of a rogue Aerodactyl. He jumped up as nimbly as possible, Artie already at his side, ready to do what must be done to fend off the flying fossil.
"Artie, use Surf!" Artie whipped up a wave and aimed it directly at the Aerodactyl before it could attack them again...

Lance's Pokemon took hits, but the champion merely folded his arms and watched with narrowed eyes. His Pokemon were well trained and could handle themselves. For the time being, he stood guard over the orb.

Alexander had just called out Conrad when the poor Eevee had been hit by two of Lance's Kingdra's attack. Luckily Conrad still was able to fight. "Use Quick Attack!" the blond commanded and with narrowed eyes the Eevee did so.
Conrad: 9 - 8 = 1 HP

Another attack by the Kingdra, but luckily it wasn't headed for Hiromi. "Attack again! And AGAIN! Keep at it, damn it!" Kofuku's voice cracked a little at the end, and she gritted her teeth as Hiromi threw another water gun attack out.

"Again!" Nadja shouted, and perhaps Zveya heard her in the sudden chaos, or anticipated her trainer's wishes from long years of training, because she slammed into the Charizard again with a vicious upswing.
