Why. Why was everyone parodying one of her favorite songs? It was utter blasphemy, but at the same time pretty damn hilarious. Listening to all of the voices, some off-tune and others melodic, melt into one clattering tune sent Sinon into a giggle fit. “What the hell, you guysssss,” she drawled, a goofy smile adorning her face.

She continued to run faster, but hardly noticed the increase in speed. Noticing the cliff up ahead, Sinon huffed and simply picked up her pace. There was no way she would stop! Just as she jumped, she looked to the side and spotted a rainbowriffic leopard. "THAT'S FABULOUS!" she shouted and jumped.

Leopard's Eye was apparently not the sharing kind, and no sooner had Ares landed on his orca than the leopard was spewing obscenities in a strange accent, “WHY YOU STUPID AMERICAN SENSHI ALWAYS MESS UP EVERYTHING. YOU PUKE IN MY LAVA POOL. YOU STEAL MY VOLCANO. NOW YOU TAKE MY ORCA? THIS IS NOT LAND OF FREE. THIS IS LAND OF POOP!”


Tanzanite did not just fall, she practically tripped over her own feet as she went soaring over, landing flat on Orcaite's back. Right next to Sailor Ares.

And then she pushed her into the water with a hard shove.

"SERENITY IS SO VEEEERY DEAD, LIKE MEGA AAAAAWESOME DEAD, AND YOU WILL JOIN HER THERE, JOIN HER THERE, OOOOOH LOVE!"

Tanzanite was not singing so much as she was screaming violently at the surface of the water.

Ganymede screeched when he fell, a high pitched noise that might have been slightly embarrassing if he weren't busy being afraid for his life, and if he actually thought anyone was paying attention to him. Luckily, no one was, or at least no one seemed to, though he thought he caught sight of Alumo right before he plunged toward the icy water, and his heart took a dive when he remembered facing him a week ago.

That was not an experience he felt like repeating, so he was quite content to land on the back of an orca and take a nice, relaxing ride to the other side. Lagging behind everyone else didn't bother him either. He preferred to be in the back of the group -- it meant he was less likely to have someone sneak up on him from behind.

Oh thank gravity, he didn't fall. He watched as senshi and nega alike plummeted down to land on the whales and frankly, it just didn't look fun - even if Scheelite made it look like a blast. Then again, Scheelite could make being caught on fire look like the most exciting thing ever.

Landing, he continued at his insane road-runner pace and made his way to try and catch up with Tanzanite. That was, however, something he was wary of doing. He knew the woman was a great speaker, but singing this way was not something he enjoyed. He would have to think twice if Tanzanite ever invited him to karaoke.

"If Serenity is here, she's probably going deaf." He thought out loud.

Oh God. Oh God. She secretly began to panic as she neared the other side, but seemed just out of reach. Sinon flailed her arms, holding back a relieved sigh when her boots touched the rainbow road again—just barely. As soon as she felt solid ground beneath her feet the redhead sped off again, euphoric as ever. This was the best damn battle she had ever been in.

In fact, she was so elated she nearly bumped into a small girl. “Wo–woah! What’s a little kid like you doing in a place like this?” Sinon asked Hugbell. She looked over and noticed that next to her was a green-haired lad, noticeably unpowered and a civilian. “Oh, hello to you too!”

As if landing on the back of an eye-searingly GREEN flying ORCA while running along a rainbow road (while hearing the scariest ******** Negaversian General, Tanzanite screaming mangled lyrics at an equally disturbing Senshi) wasn't disorienting enough on it's own, Moonstone had about five seconds to realize that the person with her was Fayalite - a familiar, comforting face - before the goddamned creature launched them back on track - behind the pack of bickering, battling, baiting, brawling runners.

"Son of a Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii--" Moonstone found her footing just barely; she didn't want to face-plant into the rainbow road! Especially not when she'd seen the Captain from that stupid Lava Guardian's lair! She didn't know his name, never had...but wanted to catch him and say hello...thank him for saving her. Alumo had, after all, kept her from dying, even if they hadn't managed to win the lava fields. "Any idea what's going on?" She asked this of Fayalite, hoping the brunette would have a better idea than she did about which side was winning this time around.
