It would have almost been obvious that perhaps with greater agility and reflex would come lesser injury and perhaps would stave off the idea of any possible battle -- though that never took into account teenage stubbornness. Or would the word be perseverance? It was very much like watching the Matrix again all over the domain of the Leopard who was himself dodging through geysers of steam and hot water like...well like he'd been born there.
It was because he had.
Elysion itself was not pleased at these intruders and even though it was dark overhead, it somehow grew even darker as smoke began to billow out of the top of the mountain. The ground which had already been uneven, started to shake and tremor oh so unfortunately for the people bounding across its surface.
Without warning, a great fissure opened....right at the feet of Sailor Chibi Hypnos. Five inches further ahead, and she would have been lost forever.

That little - ! The short duration of pressure was enough to trip him up and ground him, just as he felt he could reach Tate. Then Azzo stepped in and dragged her away, unsuccessfully he noticed. Before he could even do much of anything, ht was thrown to the side and then kicked hard in the ribs. He coughed out as he was winded, listening to the trash the other senshi was speaking. Same old crap. He didn't want to hear it, and considering he was on the ground, he felt hot water and heat rise into his face and body. It was too much, and he gasped hard. Whatever pressure was there was gone in an instant, and hearing another familiar voice speak against him only angered him more. Reaching up, he grabbed Europa's leg when it came for another kick and threw her to his side. He had, in the process, managed to pull off her boot and he looked at the bloodstained boot a moment before throw it as far as he could with an angry shout. He HATED THESE ******** SENSHI GETTING IN HIS WAY!
He turned and kicked his heel right into the senshi, and then raced off, going over and moving to shove Azzo away. "Stop talking trash to her, you brainwashed moron!" He shouted, and turned to her, eye wide and deeply hurt. "Why are you running to them? What the hell is wrong with you? Run away and get out of here. You're going to get killed, Tate. If you get hurt here, if you DIE here, you are going to die forever. You need to get away." He PLEADED this to her. BEGGED her. He couldn't see her die. He couldn't. He'd fight off every senshi he could to see that it wouldn’t happen. "They know your name." He said. How did Europa know Tate's name. "Have you been talking to them?!"

Tony had to be some sort of teacher or something, with the way he spoke. The need to inspire young people to do what they could, to make their own choices with that they were given. That or a number of other motivational professions.
It was really hard to say no, even though he kind of wanted to. Sheldon shoulders sagged, his arms loose at his side as he dragged himself closer to Tony and Ever. "Urg, making me do something... you kind of suck." There was a flicker of a grin on his lips, "but fine. The senshi aren't that bad." He probably didn't have as much of a connection to them as Tony but he had his fair share of run in with the frilly skirted kind, and they didn't seem all too bad.
This place, on the other hand. Didn't like them. "Woah crap," Sheldon flailed about trying to catch his footing, which was somewhat painful (he was beginning to really realize after so much of this) with barefeet. And he was down on his a** once again.

The air rushed out of Europa's lungs when she hit the ground. However it was a relief when Wolframite's kicks stopped, because it gave her a moment to lie there weakly trying to summon back her strength... and wonder if he wasn't about to plunge a knife into her heart.
Luckily, he wasn't. Europa opened her eyes after a moment and pushed herself shakily to her feet. One of them hurt. A lot. She looked down.
Her shoe. That son of a b***h had taken her shoe. Europa groaned under her breath and glanced around quickly, and spotted her shoe lying several yards away. She limped towards it, reached out to grab it, and-
And then a geyser sent it flying sky high.
Europa tracked its trajectory with her eyes. It landed several yards away, looking worse for the wear. She started limping towards it once more, with increased vigor.

Atlas was gaining inch by inch of ground, outmatching Moonstone in strength just enough to have an advantage. However, that didn't make him out to be the winning party at all, because there was still something the Negaverser was outmatching him: fear. He was still afraid. He had never been this scared in his whole life. He knew that he could fight back, but to what extent and to what end? Sailor Atlas had never been a violent person, and even with an opponent as inhuman as the one he was facing, he wasn't sure what lengths he'd be able to go to beat her.
So he pushed forward, silently hoping that he wouldn't have to end up bloodying his hands as much as she had hers. It was a bizarre stroke of chance when the ground began to tremble and buck beneath their feet -- making the battered senshi lose his footing, and tumble away into a deep crevice that scalding geyser water had cut into the rock earlier.
The sky with its unfamiliar constellations became a tear in the blackness above him, and Atlas was left trying to find a way to climb back out.

Azzo was pushed out of the way and looked at Wolframite. His eyes were burning with hate as his hands were seared again with the hot rocks. What the hell, "I'm not trash talking. You almost killed me when you had that stupid jump rope. If it hadn't been for Queen Nehelenia I would've been dead because of you."
He backed up though, grabbing a rock. He however was curious as to why Wolframite seemed to be helping Tate.

This little b***h had seriously crossed a line, and now he was going to pay for it. No one made a fool out of Alumo. And if they did, he was going to rip them to shreds.
Alumo hissed angrily as Ganymede raked his nails across his face, and then again when he was hit with the rock, but he didn't let go. He wasn't going to let some feeble attempts to free himself to get the best of him. Nice try, but it wasn't going to work.
"Actually," Alumo seethed, unable to hold back a little smirk as he slowly released a hand from around the blond's neck, "Why don't I just end your existence this way..."
He lifted his freed hand, moving it to rest over his chest. "You know wha' I'm going to do, right...?" he mocked, thoroughly enjoying playing with his prey before he kills them. Worse than kill. He was going to destroy the little b***h's starseed.

"He won't hurt me," she insisted, hauling back on his hand. Why she felt so certain about it right then she didn't know--a medical professional would have looked to that fall, the crack of her head on volcanic rock. But right then she wanted the most familiar person on that battlefield and that was Wolframite, who was-- who was hurt, who was being hurt! "He won't touch my starseed... Lemme go."
She had almost managed to wrench herself free when the ground opened up into a wide fissure--she was far enough away that just clinging onto Azzo kept her largely upright, and then even that was wrenched away. When Azzo was shoved, Tate staggered, and then she straightened back up, hand still pressed to her head. Her expression as she looked at Wolframite was one of confusion, and... hurt? "You don't talk to me anymore, you... threaten people," she said, thinking of Eternal Sailor Canis, "Who else am I supposed to talk to?" Taranis had saved her life. And Europa, Europa knew Taranis so that made her alright. Didn't it?
But she had hurt Wolframite. "Tell me where to go, and I'll go," she said after a moment, looking down at him. He might not be as good as he'd acted before, but he still cared. She could hear it... couldn't she? In his voice?

Edit: Square 5 sounds sweet!
Far, far away, there were Senshi and Negaversers fighting for control of Leopard's Eye's zone and possibly for their lives. Certainly for their safety. Probably for either saving or destroying the world.
But in Destiny City, Castille yawned as she lowered the screen on her laptop, an article about F stops and aperture blinking into blackness as she rolled her swivel chair away from her desk and stretched. It as way past her bedtime, and she stifled another yawn as she undid the twin buns that held her blonde hair captive. It flowed free into waves the tickled her chin and after a quick run through with her fingers, she shook her head to further liven the twisted locks. Then Castille crawled into bed, hoping sleep would come easy.
It did, but her dreams took a strange turn.
She was in some kind of volcano, or outside it to be more precise. Castille gasped as she jumped backwards away from the black stone before realizing her bare feet were no longer bare. Her favorite Vans protected her soles from the smoldering rock. She also was no longer in her pajamas; a yellow t shirt with two hugging pandas and plain blue jeans adorned her body now. Her attention was drawn away from the strange change of clothes, and even stranger location when she looked ahead just a ways...
The war was in full swing. People dressed in suits and outrageous costumes were fighting. And not even play fighting. There was blood. and people were hurt. She cringed as a Europa hit the ground, and her mind raced. -What in the hell was going on!?-
She ran toward Europa, hoping to help the girl. Somehow, she thought, there must be some way. She didn't know much about first aid, but Castille thought she had to do -something.

The leather-clad, mask-weilding Negaverse agent felt herself moving backwards very slowly as Sailor Atlas pressed upon her with most of his strength - but something was lacking. She could see it - practically smell it - this senshi was afraid! Moonstone was not and was using such things to her advantage.
"Come on, you p***y!" Moonstone hissed at him, her blood-stained fingers locked with his just as her eyes were; Atlas had her full attention, had her leg muscles straining to keep from going any further backward - she wouldn't lose any ground she didn't absolutely have to!
But then the wold began trembling, bucking and shuddering under their feet and wonder of wonders, the battered senshi lost his footing, tumbling down into a crack so deep she could barely see the winking of light on his eyes and metal circlet. Pandora spit onto the ground, pissed that she hadn't been able to finish him, but also pleased that it was a win. "You lucked out this time, senshi! But know that Lieutenant Moonstone nearly claimed your head! I'll get you next we meet!"
Badgering the trapped senshi would do her no good, Moonstone picked up her nearly ruined mask by it's strap, wound it securly to her wrist again...and headed back into the fray. One senshi beaten, several more to go!

Azzo watched confused he slowly backed away, if that was her choice... "I hope... for your sake you're right Tate." He said softly as he retreated. "Be careful."
He occasionally knew when he was defeated, and this was one of those times. Azzo frowned heavily, but this wouldn't be the last time him and Wolframite met. He had an uneasy feeling about it, and perhaps next time he wouldn't be so lucky.
He'd stumbled with the fissure as well but had helped to keep Tate steady at least until Wolfram had pushed him away, but should Azzo actually run? He was walking backwards from the fissure and the pair watching curiously. What was he suppose to do, he couldn't take on Wolframite with knives alone, and Europa had disappeared, Azzo frowned.

Gianfar ran on ahead of Merlin, not out of impatience or anything but solely because he saw it. Someone needed help. Ganymede wasn't doing so well against that negaverse agent, what with the whole choking thing. That seemed like a good sign of 'I NEED HELP!' if Gianfar ever needed one. He ran faster, needing to get to him as quickly as he could.
The ground shook an Gianfar stumbled, looking around to see what was happening now. His eyes widened at the sight. "LOOK OUT!" He called to the small senshi girl, about to run to her when he saw it in the corner of his eyes.
A hand over Ganymede's chest.
Now, Gianfar hadn't been a senshi very long...but he had learned enough that that right there was dangerous. He turned on his heel and broke into a run, heading straight for Ganymede and Alumo. When he was close enough he jumped into the air and stuck out one leg, aiming to kick the negaverse agent off Ganymede. His aim? The face...though anywhere would do, really.
The face would be awesome though.

5 please~
Yeah, no. The face would not be awesome. Had they even seen his face?? It was already bloody with a broken nose, a healing black eye, scratches down his cheek, and probably a growing lump in the back of his head. He was not going to be kicked in the face, again.
Alumo let out a low, angry growl as he saw the brightly colored Senshi running towards him. His arm, with the hand positioned over Ganymede's chest, raised to take the full force of the kick, effectively being pushed away from the small Senshi he'd pinned on the ground. As much as he would have loved to rid the Cauldron of this obnoxious little b***h, he wasn't stupid enough to just stand around while another Senshi was trying to attack him.
The Captain pulled back, spinning around to grab onto the halved staff, before leaping away from the two, but only far enough so he could circle back around and attack them. He wasn't done with the little brat just yet. He wasn't going to stop until... whatever gender it was, was dead for good.

Staying in Square 5 because I am lame and don't like change. :C
Honestly, in that moment, with the hand on his chest, he thought he was going to die. Was he being over-dramatic? He didn't think so. He'd been doing this for how long? A little more than a week? But he knew what that meant, and he knew that it was bad, and he knew that he didn't want it. At all. He wouldn't be ready to die for a long, long time, and this was not the way he would chose to go.
But he thought it, in that one terrifying moment. Fear gripped him and turned him cold. He was going to die here, in this hellhole, and his parents would never know what really happened to him, and Ladon... he'd never see Ladon again.
Then, out of nowhere came a tall bundle of beige and bright green, and Alumo was off of him, his hand was off of him, and Ganymede -- for the moment -- was free. He coughed, his throat sore from the choking, his lungs burning. He hadn't dared to breathe when the Negaverser had let go of his neck, but now he felt he could. He pushed himself up slowly, searching for Alumo to make sure he was nowhere near them, before scrambling to his feet and looking up into the face of... whoever this guy was. He didn't think he'd ever seen a more ridiculous outfit. Where had this guy come from? The 1500s?
Never in his life had Ganymede thought he'd ever be grateful that he was saved by a man in pumpkin pants.
"Thank you," he said, his voice sounding a bit rough from the abuse to his throat, and he coughed again, leaning over a bit until he was able to get his bearings, and then standing up a bit straighter. "I... um... thanks..." What else was he supposed to say to someone who'd just saved his life? "Hi, handsome, thanks for the hand" didn't exactly seem very appropriate, given the circumstances. Not that he was known for being appropriate, but...
"Who are you, exactly?" he asked, figuring he might as well know the name of his savior.
