As Hayato's attack followed though, he realized that it wasn't going to work. There was nothing he could do about it though as he started to feel some pressure on his chest. This pressure turned into a push, but also the leg he was on started to loose the control it had forcing him to stumble backwards. With no support, Hayato did a quick shuffle of his feet to try and get a stable footing and get ready for the next plan of attack.

Before he could react though, he noticed Mayu closing the very little distance made from Hayato stubbling and aiming her knee right at his gut. It would knock the wind out of him for a moment and sting a bit. It would still be best for him to try to stop this attack, so Hayato placed both of his hands infront of the knee in a crossing pattern in order to try and absorb the blow.











Even though he placed his hands infront of the knee of Mayu, His hands slipped over the knee which drove itself into his gut, forcing the wind out of his lungs and pushing him back, making Hayato stumble again. Even without breath, Hayato was able to close his stance and start to re-gain his breath.

With them so close it was easy for them to attack one another, also it left very little room to move around in, but it was still possible to move around one another without getting hit if they were fast enough, this was too both of they advantages, with it like this her attack which dealt more damage and more of a chance of hitting, but his hit were faster and would hit without much effort. She looked out only to notice his hit in time to do something, she decide to dodge seeing as her counter had been very weak, she pushed back so as to move her weight backwards, letting her right leg drop back as she pushed off as to try and avoid his strike.









Mayu manage to get back a little, but being in her mind a little much seem so show as his kick connected as she began to move further away from him, his strike was weaker then she had though it would be, but it still toss her back a little, his kick had landed thankfully just below her breasts, at the bottom part of her chest cage, and just above her gut, it hurt a little but it wasn't anything she couldn't deal with.

Hayato felt the strike hit and was pleased that he was able to land a hit but it seemed to not do as much damage as he was hoping. This gave him the information to know that she was defenately stronger then he was but he seemed to have the quickness to land the hits he needed. Once the hit landed he turned himself to face her while taking a half step back to assess the situation. It didn't look good though as Mayu had shifted to a new stance which he hadn't seen before but she was moving fast with an open palm strike to his mid-section











It was cutting it close, but Hayato was able to shift quickly over to the left and push her palm strike away with one of his own. This opened Mayu up which then gave him an idea in which he was about to attempt.

Having her strike thrown off tossed her for a loop one could say, she was a little unbalanced and wasn't able to recover very fast as she stumbled a little from his pushing her off. Mayu looked at Hayato as he flung her hand away from him and then move inward with a strange step, his arms opening out as he move into what looked to be a hug, he was trying to hug her, restrain her movement more then anything, she dug one of her feet into the ground and pushed backward to try and escape.









Mayu pushed into the ground deeply as she moved herself backward an out of the range on him trying to 'hug' her, she signed a little bit as she was able to avoid that, she knew that he would have a huge advantage if her had manage to 'hug' her, it would had locked her arms which would have made things a little hard for her, Mayu had more strength but it wasn't that much better then his..

Rose's expression darkened a little upon hearing the news, but brightened again when she said,
"At least you are in no danger of dying. All you have to do is make sure you don't overexert yourself." Notwen nodded in understanding. It was a grave concept to stomach, but he was willing to continue living life as it was.
"There has to be some way to heal my body. I will find it even if it takes me a long time to do so." The black-haired woman nodded, moved by the Uchiha's resolve to keep on living despite his disability.
Maybe that training will be beneficial to him... she thought as she gazed at the dark-skinned blonde while he ate. She had the unique ability to see the life essence of individuals, which varied from person to person. Notwen's appeared like a fiery blueish-green aura. The physical body was a black silhouette surrounded by the life force, which continued from the crippled boy's shoulder and extended to form a misshapen appendage. If he is able to complete the training i have come up with for him Notwen should regain his ability to use ninjutsu, and his phantom limb pain should disappear as well.
When they had finished their meals Rose got up and took the dishes inside to wash, while Notwen walked around the house for a bit. On the short walk he discovered a wooden outdoor bath, and a small river that flowed a couple of yards away from the house. Walking to the river, the dark-skinned blonde crouched down and dipped his hand into the cool crystal-clear liquid. After moving his hand in the water for a few minutes, he began to take note of his surroundings. The glade he was filled with the chirping of birds, the chatter of squirrels and the buzzing of insects. A few feet away, Notwen saw a rather large ring of wild mushrooms. He remembered reading in an academy book that such growths were referred to as Fairy Rings, but since he had never seen one in real life up that point. Now that the sun had reached its highest point of the day, the air in the glade began to warm up a little, and a green radiance shone down from the canopy of crystal-dusted leaves. Together with the sounds of nature, the green radiance caused the crippled Uchiha to grow sleepy. He splashed water into his eyes to try and become more alert, but try as he might, Notwen couldn't shake off the tiredness.
Guess my body's just begging for a nap. he thought. The crippled boy sauntered away from the river's edge and found himself standing in front of a wide tree. Leaning his crutch on the wood, he sank into the loamy nook in the tree's roots and subsequently closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Mayu screamed a little as she began to run away from him holding her chest. "Nooooo a pervert is chasing me". She said as she ran around in a circle for a little bit before he spook up, she stopped and looked at him as he said that he wasn't trying to do that and she knew that, but doing this was fun for her. "I know but that is funny, also as far as I can see, long term I am going to win this, you didn't learn any Taijutsu while at the academy or from your parents did you, did you?, so while I may not be as fast as you, I am more powerful and have more combat abilities, so with my next attack I am going to use everything I have". She before she moved and ran away from him again.









As Mayu moved to run away from him, she tried to run, only for his better speed to take her yet again, he had moved an made a sliding strike to deal with her, she was hit in the ankle by his strike, tripping her as she was about to take off, she fall onto her fell forward, her hand moving to cover her face due to the normal reaction people had when falling, her hands covered her face, getting a little hurt.

With the slide check working, Hayato jumped up and got ready for his next action. He looked over at Mayu and shook his head "No... I was never taught any Taijutsu" He stated as he kept his eyes peeled on Mayu for her next move. He watched as she got ready for her attack. As he watched, he noticed the focus in her stance and knew that this would hurt if he couldn't avoid it. He knew that if she was putting everying into her attack, it would really be something. If anything, to get an advantage he would need to avoid the attack at the last moment.











Unfortunately, Hayato was not fast enough even though he was he was quicker then Mayu. The strike landed directly into his abdomen knocking him back quiet made him roll and land on his back. It was quiet painful, but nothing he wouldn't be able to handle, although another strike would put him in a danger area in which he would need to forfit this sparring match. He looked over and sighed as this match was really helping him with some more common knowledge of Taijutsu.
