Haruki reacted on instinct, hands up. And caught the rock lobbed at him. So this little guy was much stronger then him. Smiling, he threw the rock back with every last bot of strength her had to knock the hunters over the cliff's edge.

The moment Sora's tail was cut free, the summon moved away from the hunter. The slightly shorter tail messed with his balance ever so slightly, but that didn't stop him from flying far above and out of reach of the beasts. The damage pained him, but he didn't worry too much about it. The wound was fairly small as the tail wasn't all that thick so blood loss wouldn't be an issue. Besides, the summon knew that the damage wasn't permanent.
Tsubasa continued to play on her lute. She strummed the strings, lost in her own world. That was the best thing for her to do in the situation she was in. The girl didn't realize that fact herself. However, it really was. If she had seen or even had a hint of what had happened to Sora, Feather wouldn't have been able to continue playing as she did. [4/7]
Taming Tune [Forbidden Friendship]
Rank: C or A
Limits: Must have an instrument and be able to learn minstrel skills. Must remain in one spot while playing the A-rank version but can move around while playing C-rank version. However, cannot do anything to harm the targets during either version. Four post cool-off period.
Description: At C-rank, the soothing and trusting notes of Taming Tune can be used to tame wild animals to become the caster's pets, summons, etc. To tame wild animals, the song must be played for an amount of posts equal to the amount needed to train a skill of the animal's rank. During those posts, a six-sided dice must be rolled once each post. If a 5 or a 6 is rolled, than the animal is at peace for the next post. After the end of the needed amount of posts, the sum of all of the rolls must be found. The sum must exceed the following amounts (different for each rank) for the creature to be tamed:
E- 9
D- 15
C- 21
B- 30
A- 45
S- 70
SS+- 70*(# of S's)
At A-rank, Taming Tune can be used to render the summons of others, including biochemists and necromancers, unless the summons have had a spell similar to a necromancer's Unholy Frenzy cast on them before the music began taking effect on them. While it lasts for 5 posts, the summons will only be hypnotized by the music by the second post. For a post after the song is finished, the summons will start to wake up, but will still be unable to enter the battle again until the second post after the song is finished.

Un-expectedly, the rock was through right back to him. No choice but to grab onto it since aimed to it's chest, the creature stumble backwards and off the cliff. ((Can't really avoid or blame this one. Nice work XD )) The second one unable to reach the bird with the missing tail, it go's after Haruki now. From right behind, it grabbed onto the little boy with both arms, locking him in it's arm like a large bear hug but trying to squeeze the life out of him. ((  ))

"Bye!" Haruki cheered with a wave at the falling head hunter. It was in this pose he was caught from behind in a crushing bear hug. "********," he groaned as the pressure built on his ribs. With one arm free, he cracked backwards with all his strength to bear into the shoulder joint of the other head hunter. Best case, he got the joint to break and make the arm useless. Worse case, he was still stuck in the hold.

(OOC: Dice rolls really, really hate me....)
Sora saw that the remaining headhunters arms were both occupied with crushing Haruki. The summon quickly balanced the pros and cons of attacking and judged that the pro was better than the con: Feather would be sadder if Haruki was crushed to death than if the headhunter was injured. Diving, the summon clawed into the middle of the back of the monster, the place that was always hardest to reach and one where he knew he would be able to push off and away from before the headhunter would be able to grab him. Hanging onto the back with his claws, the summon would either push away and escape if Haruki was let go or bite in and make the headhunter let Haruki go.
Feather was concentrating on the music, yet she could still hear. Her sensitive hearing simply wouldn't let her not notice that there hadn't been a sound of peace since the beginning of her playing. However, the girl kept her eyes closed. Sora had told her to and she would listen to Sora. Hopefully, just hopefully, her song was working. That was all the girl could do, hope and play. [5/7]

The head Hunter let go the shrimp when it felt a sharp pain on it's back. It moves back, move around, reach out with it's arms and try grabbing the dang bird. Being so annoying, it draw it's intention back to it.

Haruki spun on the head hunter, a little pissed he had been jumped. Grabbing the creature, he decided to test the limits of the strength this body had. He moved to pick up the monster in order to throw him over the side of the cliff to finally be rid of him.

Glad to be rid of those problems, Haruki looked over to Feather. She looked young. Probably too young for his tastes. "So, sweetie. Just what are we even doing here?" he asked.

As the headhunter tossed itself off the cliff, Sora unlatched itself and gave Feather the okay to open her eyes again. The girl stopped mid-song and shivered. She couldn't see what had happened, but her ears told her everything. As Sora landed and reverted to his usual form, Haruki's familiar voice broke her out of her unhappy thoughts.
"Eh?" was the girl's first reply as she looked in the direction of the voice before opening her eyes. After she had processed just what had been said and the strange tone it was said in, the small bard frowned in confusion. "What do you mean? And... sweetie?" the girl asked in worry, "Haruki, are you feeling alright?".
While Feather replied in a worried tone, Sora took a completely different stance on what had been said. The tiny and (at the moment) harmless looking summon fixed a deadly glare on Haruki for his choice of words. If looks could kill, then Haruki would have dropped dead on the spot. Although, the menacing glare mixed in with the general cuteness of Sora's body would likely create more of a laughable air than a dangerous one.

Okay, the little fluff ball didn't seem to like him. Oh well. "I'm feeling just fine enough for being in the wrong body. And my name's Sabal, not Haruki." Stretching his back, he looked up the path for the mountain. "Not sure why someone little like yourself and this kid would want to take on a mountain like this..."

Now Feather was thoroughly confused. She hadn't had any contact with the outside world since beginning the trek up this mountain, so she had no clue about any of the body-switching that had been going on. Although, as confused as she was, the girl was also interested. "Um, wait, erm, what do you mean Haru- no.... Wait, you're Sabal now? Could you... has your... 'wrong body'?.... Ah! Could you have somehow switched bodies?" the girl asked with a curious but eager voice. At first, she had simply been rocking back in forth in place, but after the second sentence, she had begun walking and looking around Sabal in an almost excited fashion to see if there was anything else that had changed. This phenomenon was weird, making it entertaining. The girl stopped in front of Sabal and continued her questions in the same excited fashion after she had made a three or four rounds around the body, "How? When? Why? And if you're here, then where's Haruki?". The excitement and curiosity remained, but there was now a noticeable tinge of worry in the girl's voice.
Sora, meanwhile, had come to the conclusion that this Sabal character was much worse than Haruki.
In her excitement, Tsubasa had quite accidentally forgotten about answering Sabal's question.

Figuring up was the best direction to figure out where he was, Sabal started moving up the path. "I guess our bodies switched. But we need to get back to civilization first to find out. How 'bout we get to the top and see where we stand?" he asked as he walked. But as his foot came down, the ground crumbled from under him to drop him down. "Son of a b***h!" he roared, nursing his bruised backside.
