Avery looked at Nick. Man, I wish he was my roommate... He is kinda cute... Avery smiled to himself. He looks at Adrian. "So? You want some pocky?" He says smiling. He took out another box of pocky and set it on his desk and started drawing again.

((Agh, I haven't posted in ages! ;w; Gomen, gomen!!))
Sora took out another stick of pocky and nibbled on the sweet, oblivious to the seemingly silent conversation happening between the two. Silvery ears flickered as he chewed on his pocky before turning back to Nick, "We aren't really learning anything, huh?" He inquired with a slight pout before pulling his knees up to his chest and resting his chin on his kneecaps.

 Niko cautiously poked his head into the room. There did not seem to be a terrible amount of activity; this disappointed him somewhat, as mathematics was a sort of strong suit for him. Nevertheless, he entered the room and took his seat dutifully, pulling out a pen, notebook, and calculator before addressing the boy next to him.
"Excuse me, but I'm new here... what Maths are they covering right now?"

 Josh Shyly walked into the classroom and took his seat. He turned to the other students in the room and smiled brightly. "Umm... H-hello! I'm new..."

Niko gave a start as another student made his entrance. Deciding that there was high potential for bonding over their collective new-ness, he turned and faced Josh.
"I'm new, too. Name's Niko, and you?"

Josh blushed as the other new kid began to speak to him Cute...but that skin....is he...?Josh snapped back into reality and spoke. "I'm Josh. Its a pleasure to meet you Niko!" Josh's ear twitched

Niko gave a slight wince as Josh's gaze lingered on the pallid tone to his skin. "The pleasure's all mine. You're a neko, right?"
Of all the obvious questions, that one was pretty bad, he thought to himself a moment later. As if the boy's tail and ears weren't in full view. He still, however, waited for verbal confirmation; mistakes did happen, and he didn't want to risk offending the boy later on.

Josh ran his hands over the fur of his ears. It was a comfort for him, something that made him feel more at ease. "Y-yeah...I sure hope thats ok..." He blushed dark red and smiles at Niko. Gosh....he is cute..."So...if you dont mind me asking..." Josh leaned in with a serious look on his face 'How did you die?"

Niko was, for all intents and purposes, flustered. He couldn't blush like Josh could, but mentally, he was in that same state. "Of course. I have nothing against... any species, really; besides, tails are fascinating." He coughed a bit. What an embarrassing thing to say.
That polite cough turned into a squeak at Josh's next question. "You -- er -- you don't care? That I'm -- that I'm a zombie, I mean. People usually..." Here, he made a flailing motion with his hands, apparently to indicate hysteria. "... don't really like it. They think I'm going to eat them." He curled up a bit in the uncomfortable desk-chair, suddenly rather self-conscious.
