You cannot take an Academy student out of the village.
...once he is Genin, he can be escorted out, but there has to be a reason. The mission needs to be cleared through the counsel/Otokage.

For you to leave the village as a genin, you would have to be doing something that would benefit the village in some way... i.e. completing a mission. You doing so in order to COMPLETELY meta-game your way into activating your Kekkai Genkai is laughable... yet disturbing that you would even consider it.
