C A S S I D Y ::: F L Y N N

The girl hadn't been standing around for very long when out of the corner of her eye, Cassidy saw a guy approach her out of the blue. He didn't have a girl with him or anything. Did he come alone, too? Either way, she was curious as to why he was approaching. Maybe she was loitering or something and he was coming over to tell her to move. But, when he got close enough, he gave her a smile and wave, telling her that she probably wasn't in trouble, beginning to speak. The way he talked amused her, almost like he was a super hero out of a comic book or something protecting the damsel in distress. It made her smile. Looking up at him, she laughed softly and replied, "No, I'm just checking things out, I don't have a date or anything like that. I just moved in today, actually." Sheepishly smiling, she continued, "But you're more then welcome to stand around with me." Upon remembering that she hadn't introduced herself, Cassidy stuck out her hand, her petite shoulders bouncing upwards slightly, "My name's Cassidy by the way. Cassidy Flynn."

Nanami didn't have to wait for very long, because soon her attention was caught by a flash of pink -- two actually. The flowers the woman held were a little different from the pictures she had seen, but she was still pretty sure that this was her date. And so the redhead walked over to Integra, giving her a small wave to catch her attention. "Hello, are those Mimosa? If so, I'm Nanami. Nice to meet you," she greeted Integra with a smile. Well, she didn't look like a teenager, and really, that was all she asked.

Shinju had just covered her face with her bouquet of flowers, when a male voice addressed her. For a brief second, it felt like all of the air had rushed out of her body. Oh god, she had been spotted already! But then she remembered that Reinbach was an idiot, and he probably wouldn't talk to her so normally. And so, with a small spark of hope, she moved the flowers away from her face and looked at Yoakim. For a moment, she was confused. Why would a married man be in a blind date thing? But then she remembered that he was related to Gladice, so he was probably placed into it. "Oh, Yoakim," she greeted him with a vague glance, casting an anxious glance in Reinbach's direction. Good, he seemed to be distracted. "What a coincidence. How have you been? ...Did you find your daughter okay?" she added almost as an afterthought, lowering the tone of her voice. She felt kind of awkward, especially considering the last time they had met. Crap, she could feel her cheeks start to turn pink.

Good, he had gotten the right person. Alex wasn't a flower guy, so he always hated that he had to identify these things by name alone. Couldn't they do it by spices, or cuts of meat? He'd be a lot better at that. Hell, he'd probably be the best. After shaking the woman's hand, he looked her over. Yeah, she was really pretty. Daniel was really missing out, having moved away so soon. It seemed almost all of the girls here were attractive. "Arwen? Cool name," he said with a smile. She seemed really composed, didn't she? He had dated women like her in the past, but for some reason, it was making him a little tense. Probably because most of his interactions with women were with River and Freja. "I haven't seen you around town yet. Are you new?" He had noticed a larger number of new faces lately. Looked like people were taking advantage of summer to move somewhere new.

Emery

User Image Out for another walk, Emery had been high on her toes in excitement for the daily to do's. No one informed her of what those to do's were, like they never do, but she was still very eager to find out what they were. They were always fun, and always ended in an adventure she would never forget! As of presently though, she couldn't recall one of them. She'll think later, thinking is hard... Smiling, she obediently followed the brisk tugs of her brother, not taking half a mind to his moodiness from lack of high, and entertained herself with the pretty colors of the world around her. Blue, the sky. It was pretty. Oh, red! A flower, that was even prettier. Oh, look, green! The grass was also – She caught her tongue as her brother focused in on her and gained her full attention with movement and noise. He had brought the few drops of attentive ability she had onto a cluster of flowers near by. Purple. She liked purple. Not as much as red, though. Upon the releasing of her leash and her brother's departing, Emery stood blinking for a second in very much confusion. Watching him, then the flowers, then once more at him, then again at the flowers, she smiled.
”Okay! She called as his demand came clear for but a second in her foggy thoughts of ducks and rainbows. Approaching the flowers, she yanked the Lucerne flowers from the ground and held them proud and high. ”Found them!” She yelled in joy to her achievement. But, it didn't feel like much of one.. Mostly because he wasn't around to praise her for it, and the other part because she wasn't sure what she was to do now. Sticking her tongue out, she rolled it about her lips as she rolled the flowers about her hands, deciphering her mission held secret in the purple petals. She found them.. So.. Maybe.. She has to find more! Squeezing the flowers tightly in her hands, she eyed them carefully, memorizing every inch of the flower, the small details the – oh look flowers! Running off into the crowd, Emery held her flowers high above her head to keep them from being snagged by someone. The direction she ran, at a lady holding flowers that looked identical to her's. Lucrenes were a pretty flower, weren't they?

Hair combed and fluffed with a few, or many, hair products, mint soaking in the saliva in his mouth, and a white tux he found in the back of his closet. Why he owned one, he wasn't sure. But he did, and he thought it made him look rather nice. Curving his glossed lips into a smooth smile, he walked into the crowd in confident, long, strides. A date, a free date he didn't have to work for. What was his date to be like? Gorgeous, certainly. A beauty without comparison. One that would be holding the lovely lilac flowers for him to seek out. Standing on her own like a gentle doe awaiting for her strong buck. And, like deers, they'd have sex! Lots and lots of sex! His suave smile melted into a dim, toothy, grin as the thoughts danced in his mind. Now where was his naughty date? Scanning the crowd, he sought out the purple flowers. Butts.. Boob... Butt... Boob... He repeated in his mind as his eyes swept over the girls around him. Butts.. Boob.. Bu- Red head? Craning his neck, he smiled a hopeful smile. He knew that nice a** anywhere! Did she have – no, she was already paired with someone. Frowning, he kept on searching out his date until.. Yes! There she was! There she.. Well, she wasn't the girl of his dreams, certainly. But, she was a girl, a pretty girl, and that was good enough for him!

Checking his breath, he cleared the distance between them and stated his presence with a upfront wave of his hand. ”Good evening, my dear! I see, those must be lilacs, or so I hope, since they are in your lovely hands.”

Jessebelle

Pulled in a two heavily tired servant carriage, Jessebelle came to the romance event with butterflies in her stomach. For such a special event, she wore her triple D breasts, a weight that certainly pulled at her back, but was worth it! With these suckers, she'd pull her prince to her like a magnet! Stepping down from the carriage, she gave a snap of her fingers and one of the two drawing the carriage quickly unbuckled him or herself, she wasn't sure, and scurried towards her. She then proceeded to check her make up and gown in the full body mirror strapped to the back of one of her servants, finishing abruptly when the rude it collapsed onto the ground from the weight of the solid gold rimmed mirror. She'd have to remember to find out who it was and fire them later. Waving a hand, the other servant came holding a bouquet of false Eupatorium flowers made from purple crystal and placed them in the palm of Jessebelle's hand. Not the prettiest flower, wouldn't have been Jessebelle's first choice, but they were the key to her love and so that made these plain purple flowers beautiful! Fluttering her eyes with an excited sigh, she walked into the crowd holding the flowers close to her chest with both hands, eagerly awaiting for her prince to notice her and her boobs.

Una went wide eyed at the girl running at her holding flowers above her head. Wait werent those the same as hers?! How old was this girl? Oh dear God.. well ya know.. least it wasnt a wallaby? She had heard enough of that from Integra on the way here.

"Guten Tag Im Una. You have die same Flower as i do i see." Una said gently to the girl. "Arent ztey pretty? Ah.. so vat ist your name?" Una asked the redhead.
_____

"Hello." Integra said with a smile to Nanami as she came up to her. Oh wasnt she a looker. "They are Mimosa's, and im Integra." Integra said as she held out her hand to shake the woman's. "I was almost afraid to come here. Last time i was paired up with a Wallaby. I kid you not. It was.. rather depressing. The animal seemed to enjoy it though." Integra laughed. Yeah she could laugh now, but at the time it had really hurt her ego. "So What do you do for a living? Im a stripper at the Grindhouse. Yes its not the best job in the world but its all i know how to do and well it pays the bills. Plus.. if you got it flaunt it." Integra said with a smile as she ran her fingers along her collar bone to call attention to her big breasts.
______

"Hey! Where are you to be going?" Aleksey said in his Russian accent/horrible broken English. The Bee buzzing around his head had left him to fly off somewhere. And well, being slightly paranoid and superstitucious Aleksey decided to follow the little fat thing to see where it was going. Hey Nature had led him to the festivals before.. why turn his back on it now. The bee might be trying to help him!

Before he knew it Aleksey was infront of Rachel, and the big fatass bumblebee, the kind without a stinger, landed on the plant Rachel had. "There you went." Aleksey said to the bee with a smile. He looked up and saw Rachel who was holding the plant. "That would not be mad would it? Ah i meaning.." Aleksey pulled out the letter he had gotten and reread it. "Mad-der...?" Aleksey asked gently.

The girls~
Todd was honestly kind of glad to get out of the house, but it still was pretty damn suck-ish that neither of his siblings wanted to tag along. He felt entirely awkward about the whole situation of going out on a blind date. Why in the world did this seem like a good idea? Riley had already established his permanent placement in front of the small TV playing one of his stupid little boxes and Tatyana was mesmerized by another screen. Her laptop. Some stupid little store was having a sale of some kind and she just had to spend every minute of the day buying things and couldn't afford to go anywhere with her brother. He had his hands awkwardly in his pockets, it seemed to be his trademark I wish I wasn't here stance.

He sighed and finally took that step through the imaginary threshold that to him symbolized comfort. His foot touching down on the other side meant that he was now plunged head first into something that made him feel entirely uncomfortable. His eyes were scanning over the girls that were around, a few of which seemed to have already found their dates. He was searching for Eupatorium, something he had never heard of. Luckily for him, Tat had needed a potty break from her shopping and he was able to look up the plant. His eyes continued to scan everyone until they finally fell upon a girl with white hair. He knew those were the flowers and that meant that that was his girl. He approached the girl, more terrified then he was before he saw her. She was so... so proper and gorgeous and.... well endowed.

Todd was finally standing to the side of the girl. It took him a few seconds to muster the courage to speak, "Hello, miss. I believe those are Eupatoriums, right? That's what I'm looking for." He kicked his foot around awkwardly in the grass and awaited her response. Hopefully she wouldn't be entirely put off by just the sight of him, that would do entirely awful things to his already tattered self-esteem. He should not have thrown himself into this...

Crimson tossed the remains of his fourth cigarette that he had smoked along the way. Needless to say, he was quite nervous. He was getting older by the second and he still hadn't found a girl to settle down with. Sure, he had Gemma and Celeste, but what were they really? Gemma insisted on repeatedly calling him friend and Celeste was his worker. How awkward would that make the workplace? or for that matter how awkward would it make the friendship he had with Gemma and Nanami? The point was that these relationships didn't have that romance element that a man his age needed.

He came searching for White Zinnias and found them in the hand of a woman that appeared to be a bit older than him. That was much better than what he had become accustomed to with these dates. He was honestly thinking that he'd see another bright-eyed girl fresh out of the womb and ready to make him feel like he was already in ranks with the elderly. He was ready to put the charm on and a large smile came across his face as he approached her. "'Ello there, love. I'm Crimson. I see that you have some White Zinnias, lassie. That's what I'm looking for, mate." He had heard countless stories from Gemma about how awful Judith was. He knew how awful of a woman she was, but he had never had the pleasure of meeting her. So here he was, being as sweet as he could be. Poor old thing.

Mitsuke was pretty excited for this. She had her new, cute, little Jesus sandals on and she was sober. She kind of regretted the last one, but what if this was meant to be? If this was her chance at true love, she needed to be alert for it. She had a bouquet of Gerbera clutched tightly in her right hand and was biting the nails of her left. She walked in and stood off to the side so her date would be able to see her better. She was honestly terrified, her fear was beginning to outweigh her excitement. Last time she had been in this position, she came face to face with someone who appeared to be a young girl. That wasn't a memory she cared to remember.

As the seconds passed she wished more and more that she had her emergency flask. This seemed like such a bad idea. Her eyes were scanning the groups of people, most of which already had their pairs. She looked the few girls who didn't over carefully and then went on to look at the next. She quickly ruled out the other girls holding things, that meant they weren't looking for hers. She fumbled to put her hair behind her ear and in that moment was utterly disgusted with herself. When did she become some little embarrassed weakling?

___________________________________________

Zelynity was honestly a teensy bit nervous. She hadn't participated in this any other year. She had attempted to buy some guys at White Day, but never paired herself like this. She was so anxious, but it was more of a happy way. She had brought Raiden along for moral support and if she had to wait around or something. She was holding a bouquet of bachelor buttons. They were actually a very beautiful flower, she was glad she got such a flower. She hoped her date would be just as handsome. She looked over at Raiden and gently hit his arm with her fist. "Are you excited to be at yet another festival with your sister?" She was trying to pep the boy up, it seemed that something traumatizing happened to the poor thing recently. So, it was the least she could do to bring him out with her and try to cheer him up.

She stopped a little bit from the groups of people and scouted out the area. "Hey, there's Haruka and her mom! They're everywhere, aren't they? Such nice people. Maybe once I find my date, you can go say hi?" She smiled and then noticed Raiden's staring in Haruka's direction and then back to her. "Or now?" She tilted her head a bit and then continued looking around, he was acting so strange. She saw a few guys that could possibly be her date and then there were a few others she wished were.

___________________________________________

Raiden didn't really know what to make out of all of his emotions. It seemed like something happened that he should feel bad about, but all he remembered was showing up at Dante's house and then being at work. He gave Zelynity a simple smile when she asked if he was having fun or something like that. Whatever she asked, she got a smile for it. He was smoking a cigarette, big shocker there. He was upset and nervous and still didn't really want to look directly at Nanami. So, when Zelynity brought the mother-daughter up his blush was more from the embarrassment of what happened then from his crush on Haruka.

He instinctively turned his head to look at them, almost nostalgically. He didn't plan on walking towards them at all. But, Zell made it seem like he should go. "Nah, I'll stay here with you. At least until I make sure you're not paired with some weirdo." He smiled at her and flicked his cigarette away. His hands were then quickly in his pocket, searching for some feeling of control. He found that by hiding his hands. That meant no one was making him touch s**t. His logic made perfect sense. He stood there, next to his sister, waiting to size up whatever guy came up to bat.

"Integra," Nanami repeated, placing the name into her mental list. She had never been good with names, so she always had to try extra hard to remember them. Once she got past the first few minutes, she was good, most of the time. She broke into a wide smile as the younger woman talked, though she couldn't help but furrow her eyebrows at the mention of Florence. "A wallaby? Ah, that sounds like the mayor's doing," she said with a shake of her head. She almost couldn't remember all of the wild animals she had seen at the various festivals throughout the years. The monkey hadn't been too bad of a cook, though. And then she was back to her usual smile, which didn't even flicker when Integra said she was a stripper. Honestly, Nanami had no reason to judge someone based on their occupation. "I go to the Grindhouse pretty often, for drinks. I'm surprised I haven't seen you." Well, to be fair, she tended to ignore the strippers, but that was more of a layout issue than a personal one. "I'm a tattoo artist. I own a parlor here," she answered brightly. Any chance she had to plug her business, she would take it!

Really, Haruka didn't know what to make of this. Sure, her mother hadn't ended up with a shady looking guy with long hair like the first year, but she wasn't sure if a pretty, young woman was any better. And had she heard the word stripper? She resisted pulling her face into a frown. It was too early for her to judge, and really, Nanami looked like she was having a nice chat... And as her daughter, wasn't that all she could ask for? And so the brunette clasped her hands behind her back and glanced around the festival area and at all of the couples. It was still early, but she was sure some of them would be starting their dates soon. How nice. And that's when she noticed Raiden and Zelynity. For a moment, she was excited. They had been spending more time together outside of work, and for some reason, that made her feel like they were closer or something. Maybe it was silly, and maybe she was being too clingy. Still, she appreciated any chance to see him, even though often it was as simple as walking down the stairs and through a doorway.

Her heart seemed to leap up into her throat as she raised her hand to wave to Raiden and his sister, but he turned to look at Zelynity almost immediately. Disheartened, the teenage girl lowered her hand before she even got through a full wave, and returned her hands to behind her back. She felt a little silly, though it was really just bad timing, and she rocked back and forth gently in her heels. He was probably busy, anyway. It would probably only be a matter of time before his pretty, glamorous date showed up. She would only get in his way.

Mei didn't see her date right away, and she took a moment to stand still and pout. But then she remembered that she was still relatively early, and after patting her cheeks to cheer herself up again, she glanced around once again. It didn't take her very long to notice a pretty woman holding a bouquet of flowers that looked just like the ones that came up in her Google image search! And she was wearing hot pink, that certainly helped her. Mei was so excited by the prospect of meeting someone new and possibly being best friends ever, like she was with Lesley, that she just about skipped over to where Mitsuke stood. "Hello!" she chirped, almost uncharacteristically, as she stepped over to Mitsuke. "I think I'm your date. My name is Mei," she introduced herself, gripping her own skirt anxiously. Just because she was happy didn't mean that she wasn't insecure! What if she had made a mistake?

______________Mae had been watching her sister with a smile. She was grateful that she understood she was not wanted around her at the moment and to be alone with her date. Whom she hoped would find her soon. The meeting between Mindy and whoever her date was seemed to be going well when the boy offered her something. Mae chuckled and turned around to see a man approaching her. This is it! He was really cute looking too. A nice leather jacket, even though it was blazing hot outside, sweet angelic hair and radiant blue eyes. Definitely better than Micah. .I'm so glad I decided to do this after all.

"Yes. This is," she smiled back at him. "I'm Mae. It's nice to meet you."

_____________Mindy looked up to see that a strange looking guy was walking in her direction. Please, don't let that be him. Goddess, please. Sure enough the guy stopped in front of her and said hello in a tone she didn't exactly like at too well. It was a bit like Cadeon's way of speaking. .He further explained in short words that he was her date.

"Oh. Hello. I'm Mindy. I work at the clinic in town. It's. . nice to meet you," she said slowing down her words when she saw him reach into his pocket for something and out came a piece of candy offered to her. Mindy reached out and took the jawbreaker looking piece and unraveled it to pop in her mouth. "Thank you. What is it?"

_____________The new paper reporter. She had bad experiences with them back in Italy. Always changing what she said to make their story exciting and have people buy their paper only to get sued by her lawyers the next day. Well, she didn't have a lawyer here. . He seemed almost too excited to be meeting her for the first time. She might as well answer his questions and get it over with. Perhaps it would bring about her popularity again without her having to actually go out in town.

"Well, no I don't come to town very much at all. I send out NPC butlers to get what I need for my home. Lately, all I do is go in the wilderness to explore the island and its wonders. When I feel that my spirit is uplifted, I dance." She paused before answering the next question, being that it was true. She had scared Vladimir when she visited the Tepes store. .but he was fine with her now. "No I haven't scared anyone. I'm a very nice person I just. . hide a lot. The only thing I regret is moving here. If I hadn't, the two men would have never come looking for me and the innocents would not have been taken in that mess. I do seek vengeance on someone, but I am a lady. I should leave it up to the police system. I heard the women working there are quite extraordinary. No I am not an angry woman. More like one that is lonely and trapped within halls of nightmares."

Aniela sighed after answering the last question and looked at the pen and paper still on the table. She then took a seat with the man and looked up at him with that pitiful face of hers.

"Can we please not do this? I hate looking back and the state I'm in now. I just wanted to meet someone nice and make a new friend."

_____________She smiled of his compliment on her name. Not man said so and she believed it was cool too. An old English name to make her feel proud of her heritage to the United Kingdom. .Oh mother. .

"Thank you," she said for the compliment. "I suppose I'm still relatively new. I've been here for a while now. I just don't go around much. I work at the butcher shop as an assistant." She paused. "What about yourself?"

The woman gave a great big smile and nodded her head at the question of a fashion store. Tatum was always very proud of what she did. Then Freja had managed to surprise her with her occupation. The woman worked in a magic shop for occultist? What the hell. .

"An occult shop?. . Explain a little to me, please?"

She could be over exaggerating with her thoughts. Maybe it was more of a harmless place than a dangerous one.

Emery

User Image When she approached the girl, who was very pretty to Emery, she gave a triumph nod and reached a hand outwards towards her hand where she held the flowers that were her mission. Wait.. What was her mission? Flowers.. Frowning, she stared long and hard at the flowers Una held, soundless she mouthed out her thoughts that if heard, didn't make any sense to anyone other then Emery. But, such thought was hard when a pretty girl was asking you things, and that takes thinking too! So, she decided she'd think about the girl, it was easier. Retracting her hand, she placed it gingerly back on her own flowers and watched her with an admiring, yet self conscious gaze. The girl was pretty.. Was Emery pretty? She glanced down at her feet adorning open toed sandals, the toes that poked through were muddy and her feet dirty. Her shirt was dirty too.. Looking back up, she smiled nervously. ”They.. are pretty. Are you my date?”

Jessebelle

User Image
Amongst the crowd, Jessebelle stood with toes curling in her heels, her eyes peering about that didn't have so much grace as it did a starved coyote looking for the tiniest scrap left of a carcase. What more was Jessebelle now? On the fruitless hunt for love, starved of it until she was a metaphorical skin and bone dog! Last time she came here she was disappointingly met with some.. servant! Was it so much to ask that she got her own prince? A tall, handsome, dashing prince. But, now that she was a step mom, a single, step mom, she was destined for a lonely death wasn't she? Tightening her grip on the emerald stem handles of her flowers, she caught her breath in her chest as a voice spoke up. She hadn't seen the source yet. It was a he, or a really manly sounding woman.. Oh goddess please let it be – a prince? Her eyes rested on a man that was quite dashing, wasn't he? Strong, bold features, if only his body language wasn't so grotesque in its humble manner. He was like a very handsome servant... That killed her smile into a well curved frown. But a lovely frown, certainly, she could only be lovely! Though.. He was handsome, and it's not like she had many years left to be picky! Maybe, he was like the frog? Yes! A prince in disguise. At the idea, she quickly perked up as her lips melded into a soft smile she felt looked very princess like.
”Yes, they are.” She cooed to the overly meek man, reaching a hand out to place one of the gem flowers in his hand. ”My names Jessebelle, and you are?” For once, Jessebelle was actually interested in finding out who this man was. Normally it was a curtsey question, but this time it was love or death!

Wait, wasn’t that? ”Shinju?” He asked a bit in comfusion. Not that he was surprised that she was at a blinddate even. After all, he was there himself and he was married. He was more surprised to see her out and about. Last thing he had heard, she had went missing, meaning that she really had been the captive of the mayor’s brother. ”So… You escaped? Or were you let go?” Genuine Question, mainly when one took in consideration that Reinbach wasn’t all that far behind them. Then again, he was probably too stupid to even realize that Shinju was next to him… if he even remembered who Shinju was, that is.

++++++++++

Well, it would seem like someone had not read what the narrator was saying, because Crimson, in all his stupidity, had approached Judith. When he talked to her, she stood us to shake his hand. How else were strangers supposed to properly great each other? ”You are late. Is that a habit of yours?” She asked him with a stern look. Time was precious. People should respect schedule more properly. The event had started at least twenty minutes ago and had just appeared right now! This was unacceptable. ”Where you in some kind of trouble? Or Perhaps, you are one of those lazy person who cannot even take a minute of their time to identify the flower they are meant to look for?” She asked him as they sat back down. Him being in trouble was forgivable. One couldn’t expect to know everything that would happen to them. However, being late because he had spent too long looking for the flower? She would have him thrown in Florence Zero’s cage.

+++++++++

So many questions answered! Oh, he loved that! He took the pen and papper and quickly wrote everything that she was saying. She was a ghotst who spent her time dancing while being stuck in this world. She scared people off, but without wanting too. She was probably stuck in this real because she was unable to let her feeling of vengeance and guilt go, but there was nothing she could do about that. Oh yes! He could see the story now! He would be able to write about the haunted island! This would attract so many tourist! Yes! This was perfect! Oh, he loved today! FACINATING! What a life you had, miss Vanni! Oh, so many things in it! Love, Action, Supence, Tragedy! They should make a book on your life, it would sell like no book have ever been sold before! Except maybe the Bible… But who cares about it, when they have YOU to read about? And why not do it? If you cannot look back, you’ll never be able to move on! Don’t you want to move on? Do you like you current state so much that you would like to stay in it for all eternity?”

+++++++++

She didn’t know about the Magic Box? With all the (five) people that came to her shop once a month a day? How could it be? Then again, she, herself, had no idea about the fashion store before, so they were probably on completely oposide side of the island and not next to each other… which they probably were. Oh well. ”Ah.. uh, yes! We, uh… Sell charms! And Spellbooks… and.. candles! We currently havea promotion! One candle for every toad eye you buy! Oh, and shrunkenheads! They’re our best sellers!” Really, the only time Freja wasn’t stuttering like a madwoman was when talking to good friends of her or talking about her work. Tatum had probably just asked the right question!

However, she then looked a bit on the side and frowed. What was happening over there? No…. HE couldn’t be… She had to do something! ”I’ll b-be right b-back, ok-k-kay?” She asked Tatum. She didn’t want to leave her alone, but there was a mater she could not ignore. She walked in the blue haired man direction, calling him as she got closer. ”Alex! Hey! ALEX!” He was in trouble! She was sure of it. Arriving next to him, she put her hand on his shoulders and hide herself behind his giant body. Having a friend that was almost a foot taller than her was useful like that. She moved her head just slightly to the right so to see Arwen with her right eyes and still hiding the rest of her face behind Alex. ”Is She…. Chinese?” She asked the man, with a large frown on her face as she stared the girl in a kimono.

-Hayden Rusacanth & Rachel Fate-

Hayden met her eyes and nodded. "Likewise. I'm Hayden" replied the blond with another smile. Oh he tried to pull it off with the leather jacket... just to go all out, but maybe it had been a bad idea. It was... really hot... But no! He would pull through!!! "I don't think I've seen this lovely face around, but then again that might be my fault for not going out much" said the male with a chuckle.

"Now who's it going to be this year?" Rachel said to herself, taking a step or two forward. Her flowers were intriguing to her, rather the name. Madder. Did it fit for her? Nah, she wasn't at the level quite yet. Her focus on the flowers was moved to something buzzing around them. A bee? Normally that wouldn't be odd considering it a flower festival though... the last times her flowers hadn't gotten bees... Now a torso caught her attention. Rachel suddenly felt a bit short. So this was her date? The blond looked up at him, intrigued by both his size and accent. Was that Russian? "Yes it is" smiled the blond. "Rachel Fate. Nice to meet you... um?" Nope she hadn't across him, not officially anyways.

It looked like Julia wouldn't have to wait much longer for her date, whether that was a good thing or not considering the new presence, was yet to be seen. "Oh? Well that's sweet. Thank you." Oh dear... this kind of felt like Prom. A white suit... A white suit... Though she had to admit, he was a heck of a lot better looking than her date back then. Julia smiled though, hoping to make the best of it, obviously unaware of the male's roaming mind. "I'm Julia, Julia Beaumont. And you are?" She knew she hadn't seen the male before, either out and about or by the library.

It was kinda of crowded tonight wasn't it? She couldn't recall the place being so packed in the last three festivals she attended, There weren't enough people though to give the servants coming her way some cover. She immediately raised an eyebrow at the approaching group, not expecting at all, though who would?, to be lifted in air, causing a pretty loud "Hey! What the? What the hell!?" from the woman as she was swept away and to a chair. Who in the world had-Oh dear... this was a Sonata wasn't he? Ilya looked at him for a moment, as he looked her up, quite surprised by the question. Well the last part really. "Ilya De La Cruz. Twenty-nine and that's none of your frigging business" answered the woman. "...What was your name again?" She just knew he was a Sonata... that was about it. Maybe Kaleb had mentioned it once... but she didn't care for it. Not like she expected to actually meet one of them... or be in a date with them.

xxxdon't MAKE me LAUGH

xxxxxxY O U x T H I N K x Y O U ' R E x B E T T E R x T H A N x M E ? !

Reinbach just couldn't help but to pout and the sound of the woman's voice. Such crude words! Such horrible language! Who had taught her to speak like this, by heaven's name? Oh! Wait! He was so silly. She was a peasant, so, of course, she was speaking peasants! He immediately laugh at his own silliness for not thinking about it sooner. It was a shame he hadn't brought his Peasant/Human translation book with him. It could have been most useful, especially since his Peasant was rusty. Not like he had many opportunities to speak it, not since his crazy in his teenage where he had taken on him the important task of studying the lowers class. From what he remembered "None of your frigging business" meant either "Oh,please, take me all right here right now"[j] or [j]"I'm a dirty, dirty lesbian who needs to be spanked". Either way, he could deal with it. He just needed to have her control her depraved sexual behaviour until the wedding, then they'll be able to do the horizontal Mambo as much as she wanted until she produced an heir. Then, he would kick her out of the mansion for being a dirty, filthy depraved Peasant. Too bad she wasn't his Shinju. That one could have stayed in the mansion as a servant!

"Scholteheim Reinbach the Third, my lady! You'll do well to remember that name, for, it is the name of love!" He declared to her while throwing a bunch of rose petal over her head. Rose petal made everyone look better. He sat down in front of her and snappe his fingers. Immediately, two servant place a large piece of paper in front of them, a chart of some sort. "Well, let us plan our wedding, then!" No time to kidnap her, this time! He was getting older by the minute, and so was Lilia! The family fortune should be his! Not that little brat! If Gaston had made a male, it would have been alright.. Or had a pure blood wife, which he still doubted Lulu was... but a female? Born from a lowlife? NO! Never! He would not accept that fate. Which was why he needed either a female heir born in pure blood, or a male from a peasant girl. Time was of the essence!

When Yoakim said her name, Shinju glanced over at Reinbach nervously again. Well, he seemed to be quite distracted by Ilya, and she could only hope it would stay that way. "Err, I wouldn't say I escaped, per se... I just kind of snuck away?" Escape made it seem like she had fought to get out. "Thank god the Sonata's are a bunch of idiots," she let out a sigh at the thought. Oh, it made her exhausted, remembering the week or so she had spent in the mansion. "What are you doing here?" she asked, curious as to why a married man would be actively participating in a blind date.

"...Butcher...?" Alex frowned for a moment and wondered if he had heard correctly. She worked as a butcher's assistant? That really didn't seem like a very feminine occupation, and it had a weird disconnect with her appearance. Even though he still found the kimono odd, she was still a beautiful woman, and it was a strange image, picturing her dealing with something like raw meat. "I'm a chef. I own the restaurant at the inn," he answered her question with a smile. He had to make sure that people knew that his restaurant was separate from the inn itself, even though they shared walls. Just... best for everyone to understand that he wasn't responsible for anything that Conor decided to do.

He was about to continue, asking something about her job, when he heard someone call his name. He turned to look for the source, when he felt small hands on his shoulders. Oh, it was Freja. There were only so many people in the world who liked to hide behind him, afterall. For a moment, he shut his eyes and wondered to himself why he couldn't ever just go out and meet new people and carry on a normal conversation. Not to say that he wasn't fond of Freja, her quirkiness made her hard to dislike, but Arwen seemed like one of the most normal people he had encountered on this island, and it was refreshing.

"Freja, what are you doing?" he asked, trying his best to look at her over his shoulder. When she asked about Arwen's race, he shot her a puzzled look before looking over at the woman in question. "'Koyama' doesn't sound like a Chinese name to me," he answered, giving Arwen a curious look, wondering how she was reacting to being peered at like that.

Gemma Rhodes

Gemma, slowly but surely, made her way to the town square. She was holding a bouquet of Yellow Water Lilies, and scowling down at them. Stupid Matthew, saying she was getting too old to be alone. Look at Judith! She might well be a b***h hag from hell, but at least she knew she could get on on her own. Gemma was seriously offended by this gesture. She was only thirty-two, for crying out loud! She imagined he just wanted to have the cottage more to himself and his new NPC girlfriend, who suspiciously had blond hair and green eyes. Hmm, must have a weakness for them, he. Ahh, so here she was, standing about wondering what to do.

Matthew had also gone on to tell her that, even as a woman, by holding the flowers meant that she was going to be the 'b***h'. Which, in other words meant, she was going to be somebody's b***h this very day. Furthermore, she had no idea what to expect. Hopefully it'd be Nanami or Crimson and then she could just spend the day with one of them, but they didn't seem the-- Hold the phone, a very distinct orange peeked out into her line of sight and she had to strain her eyes to get a glimpse of Nanami. She was interacting with a very bodacious woman, with rose hair, no less! And while this would actually make her squee a little, she felt a pang to her self esteem when she compared herself to the other woman. She was exotic looking, and Gemma was... not.

So, swallowing the lump that had developed in her throat, she only got to half-turn when an even MORE disheartening image came to her. Crimson and Judith. Sure, he was smiling a little and making chatter, but that was exactly the problem! Hadn't she told him countless times what heartless she witch the other woman was? Her paranoia bubbled up to the surface, and discarding thoughts of Nanami, she pressed forward to save Crimson. Her protective instinct just had to kick in. Before she could even think about what she was doing, she had grabbed Crimson by the arm and tugged him toward her. "What are you doing with her?" She asked, confused and unsettled as to why he would willingly speak to this vulture. Did he not know that Judith was just flying over his head waiting to swoop down on him to finish him off? Her face had screwed up into something aching to anger, her forehead puckering in a cute way, which made the look seem even less threatening. She hated that. She clutched tightly her seemingly forgotten bouquet in her other hand.

She was his only lifeline now, it was really his choice whether he should take it or not. And he very well should, with how much he knows about the beast with a v****a sitting beside him which he learned from her, Gemma. She gave another tug on his arm, her face looking sad by now if he was resisting. She tried not to glare daggers at Judith, but this would prove harder than expected if the woman were to go and open her big, fat, trouty mouth. Gemma likened her to a fish out of water, because she would have been a great nazi under Hitler back then. And, if that were true, dead by now.

Afternoons in Nirvani were exhilarating. The vast, architectural buildings, seemingly reaching up unto the sky, the calming monotony of merchants tending to their shops, the few remnants of the earlier celebration diminishing as easily as dust against the wind; the mere opportunities hidden behind every door was enough to make one queasy with excitement. Though this excitement was quick to disappear amongst some, among others, like Gabriela, it only seemed to get considerably stronger—to rage. As the sun creeps through the sky, its warm, incandescent rays fell upon the faces of those whom layered the streets in playful shingles.

It was just too pretty to go unnoticed, but not enough to distract her from the task at hand.

To her the day seemed to be warm, a soft summer day. It seemed almost soft, like an embrace from home, and, at the time, Gabriela needed nothing more. She was so close! It was during these moments that she missed her family and friends, smelling the sweet smell of her mother baking bread for tomorrow while her father and brother sat at the dinner table accompanied by a cup of freshly brewed coffee. She missed the people, the friendly faces she had come to known since childhood. She missed her life, her friends, her parents, and, yet, would it be unfair of her to say that in a deep level, she didn’t? After all, she had taken on the opportunity of a lifetime, coming to the cradle of magic, where all the doors to her future career could possibly lie.

Now, she was seated on a bench, watching the characters that seemed to be on their way home – others on their way out; people were so curious, weren’t they? Lips twitched, curled at the side, as her thoughts strayed from and away from the thoughts that clouded her mind. Yes, she missed her family, but this could give her so much more. It could give her an opportunity to prove who she was, what she could be. It shouldn’t matter. She shouldn’t worry, and so she didn’t. It was a clear day—bright blue skies, almost completely cloudless, not too hot, nor too cold. It was—perfect. Her untouched skin shimmered from the light, giving the girl herself a pleasant, warming feeling. Her thoughtful head was tilted, propped gently by a slender hand, resting comfortably above her knee. For the most part her body was relaxed, barely being held by her muscles, it seemed, though the only sign of tension was spread across her face: a solid smile.

“Oh, I’m going to be late…”

To no one in particular she spoke, as she turned her head down once more. Rising to an easy stance, the woman threw a furtive glance unto the curious conglomerate of people before her eyes: so this was the Valentine Festival. Interesting? Very. Her cup of tea? Probably not – but she was always up for experiencing something new. Feet followed dejectedly under the swing of her body. She held on tightly unto the flowers in her arms; the bright array of Hibiscus peering shyly from under their petals. Besides being beautiful flowers, the Hibiscus was actually a very convenient plant with the ability to produce a delicious, agua Fresca that she used to consume in the warm summer days. Sure, it could be consumed hot, this Hibiscus tea, but as far as she was concerned, the taste couldn’t possibly compare to the cool version.

She walked with a small skip in her step, feet tapping brightly against the cobblestone road—what a nice sound it produced! Stopping as she approached the crowd, she found herself pushing the strawberry hair away from her eyes, cyan beads scanning their arms for flowers similar to hers. “Oh, humm…”

"The name... of love... right..." repeated Ilya with a raised eyebrow. Could he be anymore full of himself? Petals? Oh dear Goddess... What was this crap? Then the paper came around and Reinbach or Scholteheim or whatever hieroglyphics he made up mentioned the word wedding. "Tempting... but I'm going to have to say no on getting married" said Ilya, crossing her arms in front of her. Surely saying no to an opportunity like this would be crazy for any lonely woman in her 30's, which Ilya almost was... but even she wouldn't go as far as to marry after the first twenty minutes of a blind date... This was kinda extreme tho... Oh no wonder, this was a joke! Come on, who would just expect them to marry after being in a blind date? ...Right?
