Tamotsu arrived at the acadamy gates in a gust of wind before walking inside a small smile on his face from all the memories that he had here. he casually observed the teachers and students as they went about there business, not going out of his way to make his own presence known. after all he was here to observe, not to showboat. cathing sight of an announcement posted on a bulletin board. deciding to head of towards the training grounds to see what there was to be seen there. ●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●

Yorvin walked into the academy with a huge smile on his face. It had been the first time he had actually stepped inside and was anxious to see who is instructor word be. As he approached the bulletin board his mouth widened into a smile. He got to train on his first day definetely sounded good time him. Readjusting his backpack he headed off towards the training grounds.

Katon: Taika no Jutsu (Fire Release: Fireproof Technique) It had started to hail spears after a large mist overcame konoha. Kira was barely able to make it to the academy without being diced to shreds. Though, quickly, Kira had shaken herself off and was quickly walking to the scroll room, it was time to get to work. [ 1 / 5 ] Taking a scroll out of the Katon section of the rooms, Kira quickly walked back to the middle of the academy floor. Unrolling that parchment, Kira quickly got to work studying it. It was imperative that she learned these quickly, as the village was under attack. [ 2 / 5 ] It wasn't like she'd be able to stop the ones attacking the village completely, but, she knew that if she jam packed her mind with high ranking jutsu, she would be able to help at least a little bit. With that, Kira would begin with the chakra control needed to perform the technique. [ 3 / 5 ] Once she could feel her chakra flowing through her, which took some effort considering how knew she was to even her own spiritual energy, Kira decided to give this first technique a try. It was supposedly suppose to make her "fire proof" or at least more flame resistant, Kira would soon find out. Lighting a small fire, Kira decided to embed her arm with chakra and stick it in the fire. [ 4 / 5 ] If only it was that easy, the first time she tried, Kira grimaced in pain as the fire lapt at her skin. This was obviously not working, so, Kira tried one more. Though, this time, instead of embedding that chakra in her arm, she allowed it to form a slight film around her. Again she stuck her hand in the small flame and was amazed when her skin did not burn. Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique) Smirking, Kira put out the flame, that was done. Wrapping up the scroll, she went back to place it with the other scrolls in the scroll room. Reaching higher up, she accidentally knocked down another Katon scroll. Picking it up and examining it, she shrugged, it was a good a scroll to learn as any. So, walking back to the middle of the floor, she would continue. [ 1 / 5 ] Unrolling the scroll with gentle hands, Kira began to rake her eyes up and down across the somewhat more worn parchment. Soaking in as much knowledge as she could, Kira wanted to make sure that she was getting everything there was to get about this jutsu from the paper before her. [ 2 / 5 ] Once Kira had mastered the handsigns and stances and what not, she finally stood, dusted herself off, and decided that now was a good a time as any to get started with trying this jutsu out for herself. But first, she would need to focus on her chakra control, and that was what she did. [ 3 / 5 ] As she further allowed her chakra to flow, she was instantly surrounded by a dark purple and black fiery chakra. Concentrating on it further, she realized some interesting things, though, those would be saved for later. For now, now it was time to practice this massively destructive jutsu. [ 4 / 5 ] Feeling quite confident about this jutsu, Kira expanded her lungs until she felt they would pop. Using her fore finger and thumb as a guide, she brought them up to her mouth and shot out a massive fireball. Smiling deviously at her creation, she watched as it died down. Katon: Kaen Hisame no Jutsu (Fire Release: Incinerating Hail Technique) Once again Kira had gone back to the Katon room to find a new scroll. And find one she did, picking it up quickly, she hustled back to the middle of the academy floor (which was starting to look somewhat burnt). Unrolling the scroll carefully, Kira would begin. [ 1 / 5 ] As always, she would start by memorizing all there was to memorize on the scroll. Once that was done, she would move on to chakra control, but, for now, she was content with once more learning handsigns and stances and the like. As soon as Kira felt as though she had learned all she could learn, she began with her chakra. [ 2 / 5 ] Calling it forth once more, Kira would be mesmerized by the power it held. So much potential in suck a simple thing. And Kira was fully prepared to use that potential. Once more, she called on her chakra, though with all the ruckus going on outside, it was slightly harder then usual, but Kira managed. And soon, she was ready to try. [ 3 / 5 ] Doing what the scroll said, Kira gathered her chakra around her hands, she figured it would help, and lifted them skyward, though, what she produced was a little less than satisfactory. All she managed to do was produce a lot of ash. Coughing after it cleared, Kira would not loose her determination, so she tried once more. [ 4 / 5 ] This time, once she raised her hand to the roof, she was amazed as small fireballs began to rain down around her. This was amazing! Of course, it scorched most of the academy floor... But it was still amazing! As the small individualized fireballs stopped raining, Kira quickly gathered the scroll up and continued with her studies. [ 5 / 5 ] COMPLETE
Katon: Kyuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Flame Sphere Technique) Once she had the scrolls neatly put away in it's sleeve, Kira returned the technique she just had to the shelf. Picking out her most likely second to last technique, Kira walked back to the middle of the scorched academy floor to begin. [ 1 / 5 ] Once she found a not so blackened portion of the floor, Kira would begin by laying the scroll down on said flooring and, once again, study the scroll for all it was worth. Feeling she had learned all she could, for it really wasn't handsigns she was learning anymore, but different ways to put them together. Once done, she would work on chakra. [ 2 / 5 ] Standing back to as not to harm the scroll in any way, Kira called forth her chakra. The noise outside was growing and seemed to be coming from somewhere around the Hokage's office. Though, Kira needed to concentrate on this. Calling her chakra forth with all her might, she soon began with the jutsu. [ 3 / 5 ] Glancing at the scroll once more, Kira buckled down and concentrated all the chakra and body heat she could into forming a vortex. Though, all she really managed to do was make herself quite hot and worked up. But, being the stubborn Genin she was, Kira would not give up. [ 4 / 5 ] Once again, she began to gather the heat in her body, which was easy considering how worked up she was. Once Kira felt as though she had enough heat condensed in her body, she let it go in a flurry of heat and and it formed a fiery vortex around her. Smiling, Kira dismissed the jutsu and began on her last one. [ 5 / 5 ] COMPLETE
Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique) This was it, her last katon technique. Pulling the scroll from the upper most tops of the shelves, Kira practically had to stand on her toes to reach it. Of course, this was after she had placed the defensive Katon jutsu away. Taking the scroll out of it's sheath gently, she walked back to the academy floor. [ 1 / 5 ] Setting the scroll on the ground, Kira, for what seemed like the millionth time, quickly skimmed over the scroll. She really only needed the handsign order before she was ready to begin. After glancing at the handsigns one more time, Kira stood and dusted herself, for she was starting to be covered in a slight layer of soot. Once she knew she had the handsigns down pat, she quickly mvoed onto her chakra. [ 2 / 5 ] With her chakra fully blazing and ready to go, Kira quickly motivated it to her bidding. It was amazing how it responded to her, her emotions, everything. But, that wasn't the point, gathering the chakra in her mouth, she blew up her lungs once more, ready to begin. [ 3 / 5 ] She wanted a flamethrower, but what she got was not as... magnificent. As Kira allowed the chakra to escape her lungs, the fire singed her throat and pretty much blew up in her face. Though the pain was sharp, this wasn't enough to get Kira down, and soon, she was trying it once more. [ 4 / 5 ] As she gather chakra in her lungs this time, Kira was sure to coat her lungs and throat with a protective layer before finally allowing the stream to exit her mouth. As a fiery stream left her though, she smiled. Cleaning up her scrolls and such, Kira quickly exited, her destination - the one place she felt at home, the alleyways. [ 5 / 5 ] COMPLETE

Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique) Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.
Class was well under way and like most students Kai wasn't paying full attention. Most students were sitting attentively listening to the sensei. All students but one that is; Kai however, was slouched in the back, hidden by the shadows where one light fixture had gone out. This is getting boring. I want to learn some jutsu, not study medical charts.. Medicine is so boring. If I could just get out of here.. THAT'S IT! Bunshin No Jutsu! If I can make a clone with genjutsu I can slip out easily![1/5]Ok so I just have to focus my chakra.. Kai sat for a few moments in silence. Focusing his chakra he make a quick series of hand signs under his desk so as not to be seen. BUNSHIN NO JUTSU! a shallow mist began to rise in the other corner of the room where a battered and mediocre clone was now seen sitting at a once vacant seat. Kai looked around to see if it had worked. Once he spotted his clone he released the jutsu. There is no way that would pass as me.. the nose isn't anywhere near correct.. Damn[2/5]Now let's try this again.. I think I can get it this time. Remembering the small lesson the teacher had given them at one point about this jutsu Kai relaxed and focused. Ready to give it another shot Kai made the hand signs again and put all of his thought into a single clone of himself. Yet again a small smolder had appeared in a different seat this time. The clone was better, but it still wasn't good enough to fool the teacher. Damn it! If I can't get this jutsu right there is no way I can get out of this hell hole of a classroom.[3/5]I'm using up all my chakra and I'm getting no where. This time has got to be it.. or else.. Ok remember what the sensei taught us.. focus your chakra into an image, envision the image and make it so in the minds of others. Kai took another good look around the classmates of the academy. They were all jotting down notes and learning so well. They all despised Kai, or rather disliked would be a better term. He was a creep to them. The insects that reside within him have set him apart from most of the soon to be genin around him. This time he would escape. Leave them all, at least for the day. [4/5] This was it. The last of his spare chakra would be used in this next attempt. Kai focused hard. He gave one last glance at the sensei to see that his back was turned. This is it.. time to focus and get it done! Kai kept all of the classmates in mind as he formed the image of himself in his mind. The image was stronger than before. Now all he had to do was make it a false reality. With the hand signs in place he then focused on the location of his jutsu. No more smoke, no more smouldering image. This time it was solid. The clone rose through the seat and sat quietly jotting down notes as the rest were. It was perfectly blended. Kai stood slowly and began to inch his way to the door. I did it! I actually did it! Now to just get out of here. Just a few feet to the door and Kai would be free. Without even turning around the sensei spoke "Kaizuru! Splendid job on that bunshin no jutsu, however.. you'll have to do a little bit better to fool your sensei. Take a seat, you won't be escaping that easy. Oh and Kaizuru? See me after class." Kai walked back to his seat sulking in his failure. The other classmates looked first at Kai then at his clone. They hadn't taken much notice to Kai in the first place; Though, they were mystified as to how this happened. They hadn't even seen it happen. [5/5]

Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique) Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.
Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique) Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk. ((Learning both in one go so /10 instead of 5))
As I am already Genin I'm going to RP out all of my academy jutsu here as if they had been in the past so as not to interrupt the plot already.
The streets of the village were crowded with people. The festival had been going on for some time now. Festivals brought many people to the villages and brought a great deal of challenges with it. Some people weren't always as honest as others, stealing, conning, and hustling was on the rise during a festival. Many people looking to earn a quick buck. Kai was in the midst of this world that had been set up around him. This was the perfect place to practice genjutsu. Many unsuspecting people with their guards down, just enjoying the view. Yes, today he would practice Fukushi no Jutsu. [1/10] Walking the streets there were venders everywhere. The first stop occured when Kai witnessed a person playing a baseball game. The object was simple. There were 10 bottles stacked on top of each other. You must knock down all of the bottles with one throw. Sounded simple enough, and quite a lot of people were winning. One person standing at the booth was on a 4 game winning streak. This is perfect. Time to practice my Suiganmourou no Jutsu. If this works he won't be able to knock down a single bottle.[2/10] Kai focused his chakra. He visualized what it was like to be drunk. Ashamed as he was Kai had snuck into his parents saki cabinet a time or two, so he wasn't as naive as he should have been. Keeping the thought in mind Kai made a quick series of hand signs. Before he was able to enact the jutsu Kai felt a hand upon his shoulder. Turning slowly he saw two large shinobi from the village of the hidden mist. They placed a bag over him and took him into an alleyway. Before the bag was completely closed a lone beetle was able to slip out of the bag. After surveying the situation the beetle relayed the information with a series of clicks to Kai. [3/10]So there are still only two of them, and they are taking me towards the alleyway. That's alright. Once in the alleyway I can use my substitution jutsu to get away then use Bunshin No Jutsu to catch them off guard. Once at a safe distance I'll use Suiganmourou no Jutsu to throw off their senses. This should work. The walking and moving had stopped. While walking the two shinobi began to lecture him, "You should know not to use jutsu during the festivals to cheat. Our boss who owns that baseball stand knows you've been assisting that guy in winning. Now you're gonna pay." Before long the bag was dropped. The sides of the bag fell around him. Kai stood and stepped back into a fighting stance. Looking at both the shinobi Kai threw down a flash bomb. Blinded by the light the two enemies guarded their eyes. Once the light had cleared Kai remained. The two shinobi laughed, "You'd think this guy would have gotten away after that flash. I guess you're too much of a loser to go aren't you?"[4/10] The first shinobi threw a kunai at Kai's location. It stuck into his chest and threw him back. Before long smoke appeared and all that remained was a kunai strucken log. The two shinobi were shocked that they had been deceived. Kai had covered himself upon the rooftop overlooking the scene. In order to remain hidden he used his insects to survey the area for him. Using his Bunshin no Jutsu Kai created genjutsu clones of himself surrounding the two shinobi. The clones came from the walls of the surrounding buildings. All wielding Kunai the fight began. It took only a couple seconds for the two shinobi, as they were already chunin, to notice the clones were merely genjutsu. They fought their way through the clones, but more began to appear. This gave Kai the chance to use his Fukushi no Jutsu. He hadn't mastered it quite yet. The last few times he'd attempted to use it he had only been able to create half images. This time it was now or never. After flashing a few hand signs Kai enacted the Fukushi no Jutsu. It's effects took over the two shinobi slowly. Before long the clones had doubled, and not just that. The trash cans and buildings had doubled as well. The two shinobi were confused. Now is the time to strike Kai lept from the building top and threw a kunai at one and a fist to the other knocking them both unconscious. Kai stood over their bodies, "A leaf shinobi never cheats! Remember that."[5/10 Fukushi no Jutsu mastered]
Kai walked out of the alleyway and made his way back to the stands. There was the same guy still winning at that game. The person running the stand was looking around for his henchmen. He must know by now that something is up.. I'll have to be more sneaky. Kai sent out his insects to survey the area for any more henchmen that may be lurking around. After a few minutes one of the beetles returned and reported back that there were 3 possible shinobi from the hidden mist that could be henchmen, but they were posted in other areas. Kai snuck off behind the stands and out of sight carefully to still locate the guy playing the game. Kai threw up some hand signals and focused his chakra. He was already feeling the drain from the battle before. This was going to be difficult. He tried to enact the jutsu but it failed. Damn I've got to harness my chakra.[6/10] Kai relaxed for a moment and began to meditate. Just don't stop. You're on a winning streak and you're the perfect target. Just stay there until I can focus up my chakra. Kai was in a point of meditation now, nothing was breaking through his concentration. His eyes and mind were locked on that of his target. [7/10]Meanwhile at the baseball stand
"Haha! My name is Haru and I"m the number one pitcher around these parts!" The person playing baseball also known as Haru was on a streak now, just finishing his 7th victory. The stand owner was getting tired of giving away his prizes. The owner, a former shinobi of the village hidden in mist, was thinking up a devious plan. "You know Haru was it? I have an idea on how you can prove that. You see if you win 3 more rounds I will give you a special bonus round. If you win that round I will allow you to take back all your winnings thus far" Ha, If I set up the bottles and place just one bottle out of place and behind the others which is glued to the stand.. there is no way he can win. Another beetle returned to Kai and told him of the deal. So I have until he wins 3 more before he leaves. I have to focus my chakra. Some time passed and before long one round was already won. Time was running thin. Kai could feel his chakra growing, but was it going to be in enough time. He felt the pressure of the situation building. Not much time. I've almost got enough chakra. The second round was already over and the third was well under way. He was taking aim now. Kai had to finish now if he wanted to enact the jutsu in time. Kai stood to his feet. It's now or never! Kai put together the hand signs and focused his jutsu into his target. There! It worked![9/10]
Haru was feeling off, but he had just won that 3rd round. "Ahh so you beat me yet again. Alright a deal is a deal. Last round. The bonus round. He's looking off now. He must be tired from winning 10 rounds in a row. He's going to lose this round for sure. Haru was feeling dizzy. The bottles that had just been stacked up were spinning. Am I dehydrated? I don't understand. I felt fine a minute ago. Haru lined up for the pitch. With all of his might Haru threw the ball directly at the bottles, or so he thought. The ball flew to the side and was soaring directly towards the wall. Hah I knew Haru couldn't win this one, It's just a matter of odds. The ball hit the wall and bounced back with great force knocking over all of the bottles. The bottle that had been glued to the table was glued from the front to take on a head on collision. The stand owner hadn't counted on the ball hitting from behind. With that occurrence the bottle flew forwards toppling over. Haru jumped with excitement but then vomited moments later. The stand owner was furious and ran off with the winnings while Haur was down. Kai watched with glee as he had mastered the jutsu. [10/10] Suiganmourou no Jutsu Mastered
