Mari blushed before nodding and going with him to climb on konokage. " i still remember when we first met at the academy. the first day we attacked each other and ended up falling in a pond." she said giggling at the memory.

Kyomaru smiled as Konokage took off"yeah I remember I declared I would be hokage and you were the first person to call me and idiot and say I'm not hokage material. did you really believe that?"he held her close as they flew

Mari giggled " of course i did after a while. At the time i just thought you were trying to get attention. Then i saw how hard you were trying and my opinion changed." she said truthfully, glad to feel his strong arms around her as they flew above konoha.

You pleaded with me to help save Mari"Kyomaru went on to say"yeah and with your help I found Mari-chan and I think at that moment thats when our love sparked up"

mari shuddered at the memory, " i remember that, nearlly screamed when i first saw konokage here." she said putting her hand on konokage gently "you know i love you too don't you?"

Mari smiled as she leaned against him, she looked up at his face for a moment. " that last solo mission i was sent on was a lot worse than anyone thought." she said softly shuddering slightly at the memory.

Shinja got to the door of the office and leaned on the wall outside next to the door. She knocked on the door soft and weakly and waited for a reply.

When Shinja didn't here a reply she opened the door and looked around."No ones here............." Shinja said quietly yet emotionlessly. Her chakra was running low and her blood left a trail of blood behind. She sat down at a chair and stared out the window and felt the blood pour from the chair on the floor. She held her wound for a while. Her eyes started to fail on her as the started to close. She slipped into unconscienceness and her head fell onto the table weakly.

Konokage began returning to the office and Kyomaru saw Shinja in his office covered in blood"What happened to you Shinja?!"
