If we're gifted a certificate, do we need to wait for slots to open still before posting with the certificate? Or are these separate slots from normal?

Normally, you would have to wait for slots to come up, since its still a regular slot and I don't control when the certificates are given out, but if the recipient posts the form in the thread, I may take them when closed if I have time, but that would be after the 10 slots are done and after any gifts/pride orders are finished.
Yours has already been cleared with me though, so you can just post and I'll do it asap after my current stuff.
