[[You guys decide to do all that the day I'm away? Seriously?]]

Asmodeus looked up as Altair brought Madlen into the tent. "Honey Bee, perhaps you should return to your tent," he said, walking her to the front of the tent and outside the flaps. "I shall be sure to inform her that you were forced to tell me," he told her calmly as he went back inside.

He calmly picked up a folded piece of paper from his dresser and handed it to Altair. Written on it was a name, a description and where Altair would be most likely to find the man. "There is your job," said dismissively.

"Now Madlen," Asmodeus began, looking at her. He motioned for her to take a seat on the couch Lilura had been asleep on before. "First, know I did not send Altair after you. That was his doing. Second, know that I made Honey bee tell be about the vision. Which begs the question, what did you see?" he asked, blocking the exit of the tent. He did not want her to run away.

Christine smiled and nodded. "Yea, because it's going to be any different than the slop they usually make." She joked, walking toward the kitchen tent. It was near the back of the camp, because no one wanted to see it. It was old and not nearly as well kept as the others. "Do you think they'll try a non-slop meal this time?"

"Maybe we'll get one of those funny theme meals! I love those!" Lilura laughed at the thought. The meals were often funny and brightened spirits. "Smells good," she commented as they drew near. "I don't think we're having slop this time!"

As soon as Madlen was able to see again, she turned around and slapped Altair as hard as she could across his face, this wouldn't be the first time a knife had been placed against her. "Yet’ye duk’ hamardzakvum anel, vor norits’ yes hayhoyel dzez aynk’an vat ts’ankanum yek’ duk’ vets’ votk’yeri tak!*" She followed her threat by spitting in his face before taking a seat on the couch and watching Asmodeus. Whenever she was angered or upset she always reverted back to her native tongue, Armenian. "Na havanabar arden haytnel dzez amen inch’. Yes ch’yem tesnum shat. Parzapes, vor mi mets ch’arik’ e galis ays kerp. Yev yes ch’gitem, t’ye urish ban aynpes ch’yen harts’num.**" She was being a bit cocky or rude, but at the moment, she didn't care. "Perhaps the evil should have come today with the murder of that b*****d." She said, her accent thick, as she gestured towards Altair.

[[**She's probably told you everything, I didn't see much. Just that a great evil was coming this way. And I don't know anything else so don't ask.]]

"Madlen, calm yourself please. I can't speak Armenian. Please take a deep breath and try again, English preferably," Asmodeus requested of her. He was not a linguist by any means. He took out a glass and poured water from a pitcher that was sitting on one of his tables. He set it down in front of her. "An evil is coming?" he asked, guessing from her last statement.

She took in a deep breath, shutting her eyes a moment. When she opened them, she was watching the glass of water. "Yes. Something bad is coming. I don't know what, and I don't know to who. But it's coming." She looked up at him, fear painted across her face. "Somethings I cannot see for sure, because somethings cannot be stopped. Every wicked deed must come with a punishment." She took out her bag of card that had, surprisingly, stayed put during her encounter with Altair. She shuffled them quickly, looking up at him. "Care for a reading?"

Asmodeus looked at the cards. "Yes, please. Do you know what the 'wicked deed' was?" he asked. Was it Honey Bee getting made fun of? Was it him taking Lilura's blood? Was it Altair holding a knife to her throat? Or Altair being used as an assassin? Thinking of everything, Asmodeus realized there were quite a few wicked deeds to choose from.

"No, I don't know it. I just know that something horrible is going to happen." She set the deck in front on him, leaning back in her seat. "Shuffle." She told him simply, before continuing. "When I have my visions, they aren't clear. They're cloudy, and mostly vague. Especially one's as serious as this. The information comes in waves, and with each wave I recieve more information. Chances are I won't know for sure what's going to happen until right before it happens." She looked down, feeling her stomach knot up with nerves. "By then I'm afraid it may be too late." She didn't like showing fear around other people, it made her feel weak, but right now she couldn't help it.

Asmodeus shuffled the cards quickly. "Hmm. This is troubling. Are your powers affected by physical condition? For example, if you're completely healthy, do visions come easier to you?" he asked. He had never learned very well about Madlen's powers.

"No, but my ability to tell them would, so don't get any ideas." She said, almost harshly, as she took the cards from him and layed them out in a pattern. "This is the Celtic Cross spread, it will show yourself; your problem; your past, present, and future actions that lead up to the problems as well as many other factors that will effect the situation." She turned the bottom card in the middle over, it showed a blond, angelic man riding a pegasus and weilding a sword. "This represents you. The Knight of Swords, reversed. The card dignified, lends itself to someone who is impetuous, sly and deceitful, fierce in action with little staying power." She glanced up at him, the cards never lied. Slowly, she flipped the card that had been ontop of that one over as she spoke. "This card represents the problem. Ten of Swords." A more morbid card, it showed a bloody body, stuck with ten varying swords. "Upright this card shows ruin, desolation, disruption. However, generally this refers to a group rather than an individual." She moved to the card directly below the pair, it revealed a kingly man wearing bright colors and holding a long, bejewled staff. "This is the foundation of the problem. He is the King Of Wands. He has an inability to understand or appreciate another's point of view, particularly if they are coming from a lower moral standpoint than his own. He is intolerant, narrow minded and a bigot with deep prejudices. He has a ruthless streak and cares little for the feelings of others. It could mean you or a man that will come to bring this trouble." Without hestitating, she revealed the fourth card, which lay to the left of the middle pair. A kilted man bearing a wand stared up at Asmodeus. "The Seven of Wands is to represent you immediate past that lead you to this point. Indecision and retreat. Lack of decisiveness that causes the challenge to be lost. Opportunities lost through hesitation. Giving in just as the end was in sight." The fifth card, directly above the middle pair, revealed a large heart stabbed through by three swords. "This is your goals or dreams for the outcome of the situation. "War, breaking of a truce, quarrels and enmity. Physical or mental disorder." The next card was to the immediate right of the middle pair, it was a crowned king sitting on a thrown with a cup in his hand. "The King of Cups, forsees your immediate future. A person who commands respect, but not love. A man of business or law, considerate and responsible. This king is kind but ambitious and a skilled negotiator. He is a born manipulator, someone who has arrived in a position of power by the use of brain as opposed to brawn. He avoids taking people into his confidence and often works in secret or behind the scenes. He is a seeker of power, with hidden motives, often distrusted or feared by those around him." The last four cards were settled in a line along the right side of the sixth card, she flipped them all over from bottom to top before indication the bottom card. A powerful looking woman with a book and an orb in either hand. "The High Priestess reversed. She represents how you will try to resolve the situation. Lack of personal harmony and problems resulting from a lack of foresight. Suppression of the feminine or intuitive side of the personality. Facile and surface knowledge. repression and ignorance of true facts and feelings." The card above The High Priestess was a young, nude boy riding on the back of a pony with a large sun in the background. "The Sun, your surroundings. Good Health. Material happiness. Mental, physical and spiritual vitality." Above that was an entricate sword wrapped by two entwining vines of white roses. "The Ace of Swords represents hopes and fears. It can be the best or the worst. It can represent aspiration or warning. It means confusion, exaggeration in thought, violence, destruction and the misuse of power," she hesitated, looking up at him. "Possibly death." The hesitated once more before indicating the final card. It showed two children sharing six cups filled with wild flowers. Her expression softened a bit with relief. "The Sixth of Cups, the Final Outcome. Harmony, past associations have brought present relationships. A sense of the past. Happiness that results from past efforts. Pleasant memories and the realization of a dream. Can also indicate new elements entering one's life which are linked to the past, which will work through the present to create the future."

[[holy cow XD sorry it's so huge. I did an actual reading XD! I laughed so hard when the knight of swords appeared for him HAHAHA Damn it! It's 1:30 XD ]]

[[Wow... That took forever to read. Yay for tarot cards! And yay for knowing how to use them! ]]

Christine smiled, completely thrilled at the idea of having anything but slop to eat. "I don't think so either. Smells too good to be slop!" She said, laughing a bit. She didn't know about the others on camp but good food always brightened her spirits.

Asmodeus thought for a moment as Madlen did the reading. He was never one to draw much meaning from them himself. "So the long and short of it is?" he asked, slightly bewildered. He had had cards read maybe once or twice before and they had been utterly made up. Madlen's would be the real deal however. He looked at the first card she had drawn, the Knight of Swords, reversed. He gave a single little half-laugh at the card.

"Hey, I could run up to Assy's tent and ask what the occasion is," Lilura said with a devious little smile. The kitchen tent just spelled really good. Were they cooking a real meat in there? It almost seemed impossible to believe, but it smelled like a real, edible meal was going to come out of the tent.

Christine laughed, truly excited for lunch time now. "Let's both go pay him a visit. I haven't seen him since early this morning." I forgot to tell him how you were doing...She thought, shrugging. Oh well. "Real food...Must be something pretty big, don't you think?" She said, changing direction toward the Ring Leader's tent. Outside the front flaps, Christine could hear the low mumble of Madlen's voice, as she spoke during readings. She looked Lilura, confused as to what's going on. Asmodeus wasn't known for believing in spiritual things.

Altair barely flinched when Malen slapped him. He heard her speak at him in Armanian, a language he was actually fluent in. His eyes narrowed at her. "Yev duk’ sovorut’yun aprum yerkar bavarar tesnel da patahel, yet’ye duk’ ... Ushadir t’ye ov yek’ duk’ sparrnal kam duk’ karogh gtnel Dzez sovorut’yun unen lezun e sparrnal het ..." He said in Armenian, in a tone filled with venom. He turned to Asmodeous and took the paper. He read the paper. Altair looked at the name and description written on it. He looked at Asmodeous and then the paper again. It was a political target. Altair nodded. "Very well Asmodeous... It will be done... I will be back before the performance tonight.." He said in his brisk tone.

He retreated from the tent and almost bumped into Christine and Lilura. He nodded to them, "Hello... I am off, I will see you in two hours time.." He said to them in english. He turned and went to Madlen's caravan and picked up his cloak and snapped it, the dust coming off from the whip like motion and it looked like nothing had happened to it. He put it on and put the hood up. He took off at a run towards the city where his target lay.

Less then half an hour later, Altair had found the target and he walked up behind him and in less then two seconds he grabbed the man by the throat and crushed his windpipe, silencing any scream he had hoped to make and shoved his blade into the mans heart through his chest, the and he felt the mans struggles slowly cease and stop. He laid the man on the ground and took out a feather and wiped the mans chest with it, staining the white feather red. This was his way to inform Asmodeous that the kill was successful. He quietly made his way out of the building and he exited the city. He loved the thrill that he had felt with the kill. He reflected what he had learned about the man on his way back to the Circus. He knew it wouldn't take too long to get back.
