It had been some time before they had finally came to the thresh of the Kranila woodlands. Raven had kept hold of ignis gently as he made the trip allowing her to sleep. The man had learned it was a great work out to actually carry the woman for long distances helping keeping his cardio up and his endurance. His golden eyes had slowly looked over the forest seeing the energy flowing through all the live inside it. To many people this forest could be beautiful to the reapers it was something in a dream. Lights of city could not describe what they truly saw in this place. Raven would look down at the sleeping ignis and started to smile faintly. She was warm and her skin was actually soft to the touch... His index finger of the gauntlet would gently rub against the bare skin for a moment until he snapped out of it. Raven shook his head as he came back into view. His emotionless expression came back as he spoke up."Ignis..."

"I'm awake..." Ignis replied in a groggy tone, failing at lying since she had only now started to move. For a moment, she forgot her feet weren't even on the ground, so her arms tightened around Raven until she was awake enough to open her eyes. "Ah...Kranilia. I've never been a fan of being near things that set on fire quickly...I hope my flames don't disturb the atmosphere." Ignis unwrapped her arms from around Raven, staring back up at him. "You can put me down. The distance isn't far at all, so I could walk from here."

Rave watched her stir quietly in his arms only to hear her say that she was up but not truly awake. The tighting grip around his neck only proved this more as he spoke up."If you rather I do all your fighting I can still hold on to you and kick the s**t out of everything." he said trying to get back at her from eailer. He would gently let her feet touch the ground he would move his hands away until finally he would place them in his pockets with a dully look across his face. "Hopefully you don't burn this place down... It is one of the few things here that interest me." he said faintly

She uncrossed her legs as he put her down and wrapped her arms around herself, shaking her head. "It's...cold. I don't think I'd be able to burn anything if I tried." Ignis smirked, curious why she felt so cold despite the way she was dressed and where she was. "I don't understand this at all...I feel frozen when I think of Kusana. No matter how bundled up I am, I can't shake this feeling...do you feel it too?"

Rave had shook his head giving a faint "Tsk" from his lips as she came back with her comment. "You humor yourself alittle too much Ignis." he said bluntly as he started to look around the woodlands seeing if he could pick out any signs of the Wurms in the area. So far he came up with jack s**t. Listening to Ignis his head turned looking her over as she spoke about being frozen. It was strange to him but he thought the seal on her eailer could still have weaken her down enough to keep her like this. Kranila was not as warm as Yuran but it was not cold She should have been thankful they were not in the Ice plans of Aurora.

"Perhaps they aren't here...but I have no doubt the mission orders I received were correct." Ignis' serpentine eyes scanned the surrounding area...something had to be out of the ordinary. Even if this wasn't the destination, there had to be a lead for them to follow. Ignis' focus switched to the mission immediately as she crouched down to examine her current area. "If they're here in this place, it's important to clear them out, otherwise people that travel to and fro will have difficulty arriving at their destinations. It's not glamorous, but it's an important chokepoint." Power or no, Ignis thought along the same lines as a strategist. She knew that controlling a cholepoint like this would give wurms ample chances to obtain a food source, as there would always be people that wanted to travel. "Could they be that smart...? I'm unsure..."

Raven would fight back a smile as he saw the glare back from ignis, score one Rave with Ignis falling behind with Zero. The golden eyes scanned the area slowly as he looked for some signs of movement. Thou Ignis was right about something, this was amazing choke point for the wurms to trick out unexpecting travelers. This was actually some what troubling to Raven seeing that this more than he expected from most Wurms. Rave spoke up in soft tone as he started to think aloud." Wurms are simple hive mind creatures. A small group of these wurms do not have the smarts to actually think of anything this smart. Usually if their rogue they are wild and crazy... they attack things on site rather than hold up a spot." Raven would glance around the area once more before speaking."Best bet here is one of two options.... Either A. some has but something here to attract them to this spot or B. the more concerning problem..A Wurm Queen is actively sending them here." he said bluntly

Wurms? Did someone say wurms? Because that was what the two were in for. A helluva lot of wurms. Ten of them. Basic, simple soldiers. Their pack-like mentality causing for them to split their forces right in half. Each squad of five began to close in on their targets with some speed, but what was the use? These beings were only that of D-Rank in comparison to others with a speed and strength a five on a fixed scale. Taking the Soldier Wurms out would be nothing for the two warriors. The question at hand: What is left to come and just how many were there?
