Derp bump thread was supposed to be my project. But I'll gladly pass it on to you, since I've been so swamped with life and as a host. You can balance your job as a host and your projects much better, though, I hope. XD
The issue with it was that a mule was needed so that it could be a general bump thread for ALL of the annual ball, not just for this one.
And I have no idea what happened to the radio station!

Ah, I see. I think I'l work on the bump thread after finals. (:
As for the radio station, well the thing is I lent the mule my Fallen Wish, and I need it back because I plan on using it for my avatar during the ball...

I have something to contribute. I PMed this to Angel, but that was two weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back about it. Anyway, here it is! LilChibiusa While we were doing a room fundraiser, some people were talking about the possibility of having a link that everyone can put in their sigs, and then have that link go to a thread that that explains what the annual ball is. I was thinking that it would be a cool thing if we could start a thread in the roleplaying forums to have the link go to. That thread could have a full explanation of the ball, and tell what kinds of things go on there. There could also be some light roleplaying going on in that thread to keep it interesting and legal to the forum requirements. If everyone in the ball put such a link in their sigs, it could be huge! What do you think? I would volunteer to head that up, but I already have my hands full of several other projects at the moment. Do you know anyone who might like to head it up? I made a sample sig link thing if you want to use it.

I think it's a great idea! Although, should it be in the roleplaying forums, to specifically target roleplayers, or should it be a general thing in some other forum?

I am going to need a short saying about the annual ball, as I want to advertise on my radio station online premiering this Weekend if the final tests of my microphone go well. If I don't get though a short saying I will create one, though know this, I may spruce up the short saying a little bit to sound a little bit better for a radio station.

That would be cool if you could do that! biggrin I've been really multitasking on Gaia, so I'm glad you have the time to do it. I've got to go set up an event for a guild I've been neglecting now. blaugh Let me know if you need any help with that. Any of the roleplay forums that you use would work, and then other people can copy your format and ball info to put in threads in other roleplay forums later on. 3nodding

Chatterbox would definitely be a way to reach people. We could tell them about what the ball is in it, and encourage them to come. I was also thinking that we could do a little advertising in the roleplay forums themselves to get experienced RPers into the ball. We definitely need some experienced roleplayers to keep the stories going.

Speaking of roleplays, I've been advertising in all the roleplays I'm in.
They were all interested in the ball, and will most likely be attending.
Once I'm done setting up the bump thread, (should be done tomorrow morning)
I'll see if I can plan any roleplays. I'm a bit swamped at the moment. ^^;;
