Nic continues to walk around and look for people. she saw mulitple zombies but ignored them. They were her last worry. She just wanted to find her team.

 James saw that if his group waited where they were for much longer they would run out of ammunation, so James got up and told the group "Let's go into that mineshaft, we'll be able to lose them in there and Mael probably has some night vision." As James put a note on a tree that was very noticiple with a few flares incase if there actually were survivor's.

Jack&Harold Jack stood there torn between finding the new girl,who he already wasn't too fond of,and the mineshaft.He hated both idea's equally.The girl was ready to off him at first glance when all he was doing was trying to help.While,The mineshaft was the most dangerous idea he had ever heard.There could be traps,collapses,and very possibly no way out.Either way they couldn't stand still for long,There was a huge crowd of zombies forming from the rear.The shadows of the trees were the best hiding spots for these creatures,and apparently they had been using it to their advantage.Jack made his decision and thought it better to save the stranger than descend into hell."I say we stay out of there,for all we know there could be thousands more down there in the dark.You guys keep moving,I'll find Nic.",Jack shouted at James as he sped off towards the forest.He turned back for a moment,grabbing Zera's hand for a moment and glaring into her eyes."And Zera,don't follow me.I don't want to lose you.I'll meet you at the base,I promise.",He said as he let his grasp on her hand go and kissed her cheek.

Zera looked at Jack as he said not to follow him,"But...." she said then finally decided to listen to him for once and kissed him, then grabbed her sister's hand and started walking away from the mineshaft. "Jack's right, we shouldn't go into a place that we don't know. If we did we would be walking blind except for Grim. There's no way we could survive down there." she said to the group. Zera sliced a slow zombie in half down the middle with her machete and kept walking while killing any slow zombies that got to close. There are one slow zombies around them right now, but that probably won't last that long. "Save your ammo for now, we will probably need it latter." she said to the people who were shooting.

Jack&Harold Jack darted off through the forest,as swift as his legs would take him.He kept his concentration fixed on the area for that red jacket.It was irony that the first person to get lost in the group was the person he disliked most.I hate how this girl considers me as lowly as these braindead dregs.But I'm not about to go and prove her right by leaving her behind,Jack thought to himself as he ran.He had been running for a few minutes into the forest before he spotted a bit of red and quickly turned to face it.Leaves slid from under him,causing him to skid on his knees a bit while changing directions.He then bolted towards Nic as she surveyed the area looking for the team,only finding zombies.He slowed down as he approached her in the clear area of the wood."How the hell did you get all the way out here? Well,I suppose it doesn't matter now.We need to find a car and meet up with the team at the base.",He suggested as he gestured her to follow him onto the nearby road.

James saw Jack leave and that the rest of the group desided not to go into a pretty much death trap mine shaft then shaked his head then turned to the group to tell them"I know that the mineshaft is a stupid idea, but the thing you don't realize is this broken sign" Then James picked up a broken sign and faced it toward the group that read"PASSAGE WAY TO MILITARY FACILITY"
