I'm fortunate for my car. 3nodding I drove it all the way out from California to Minnesota you know, and it's been here and running still since. Which was 3 years ago. rofl
My mommy's birthday is on the 29th this month! ouo;; I dunno if I should try calling her or not. >>;; She's not living by herself anymore so I never know when I can actually call her. xD;

Hmmm.....xD Yeah, my mom's van sucks cuz it's like....well, it would probably be a lot better, but whenever we do road trips, we use the van, so it's been through a lot. Like, around Lake Supirior, to Washington and back, aaaaand to New York and back, plus to Iowa, to Canada again..... sweatdrop

xD Me and Dai-chan were shoveling our driveway last week, and it was freaking cold, and some guy stopped and plowed it for us! --we live on the highway, so the snowplows always bury us in.... stare
Also, a show came through here and they were from GA, and they were like "HOMFG IT'Z COLDZ. HOW ARE YOU GUYS NOT FROZEN?!!1!?! The summers must be really awesome for you guys to put up with this!!!" and like, my boss is from Alaska, so the only aknowlagement of winter from him is to wear a jacket sometimes and long sleeve shirts. Also, he wears shorts YEAR ROUND. I've never seen him wear long pants...>w<;;

Well, he grew up in Alaska and lives here now, so apparently MN weather is nothing much....>w<; So he shows off how little the cold here bothers him by wearing shorts.

Indeed. ><; But it's kinda funny, cuz you can always tell who it is at a distance....Also, there are a lot of Johns around here, so we just say 'John with shorts' and everyone knows who. 3nodding

Well, that's one way to refer to him....Otherwise we just say "John Opphoven" or whatever else....I dunno, but no one really calls John by his last name (it's Miller). It's funny, cuz someone will actually say "John Miller." and the person they're talking to will be like "Who?" "The guy with the shorts" "Oh."

That story sounds like something that people back home in California would say about us back there too. Like what's cold for us over there is different what's cold for people here in Minnesota so some people start complaining about it being cold around like in the 50's occasionally. I laugh and say they're just spoiled with the summer and then they complain about the winter and man sometimes I just don't get it. xD Minnesotan's are so whiny and full of complaints it gets annoying. I mean if you're going to complain about the weather and living here then freaking MOVE! xD No one is keeping you here.
Sorry I think I lost my original train of thought and just ranted instead.. xD;
