Mina goes to kiss Mike on the left cheek again, then pats him in the back and adds,"You're greenlit," as she goes to look at Cross, before he goes to nod to Mina and admit,"Maybe we can convince the General to help you convince your cousin to contentify the 'Kindly Ones' via taking on another personal quest among the plethora of others that he'd volunteer to take on, one day, right?" as the Commander then goes to pat Mike's other shoulder in those regards before going back in front of him.

"So if I am hearing right, Mary's sword will be of use for taking down Kemmler's law if Lucas did buff the thing, right?" Mina had to ask, already wanting nothing more than to just hit on Elizabeth and lock lips with the beautiful brain-baby of Athena, by now.

Cross goes to catch another bullet that might be flying towards the residents, as he already is at a loss as to where Chiron is, personally.

"I can't help but feel...that some of the people that need rescuing could actually have been breed before the treaty ended, right?" Mina couldn't help but state the idea aloud, in fact, which troubles her to a degree that's fine enough to be worth noting.

"Well I don't know if that sword would help. Hard to say" Mike shrugs curious then looks off to the side for a moment "and the gunman fled now"

Switching her eye colors from Sapphire Blue to Jade Green, Mina goes to ask this,"Don't tell me...the gunman, if its not your nephew/cousin/etc, still might have killed with Magic, AKA neon red flag to Cousin Cross, here?" Mina had to ask, she already feels that she needs not to say more if that's the case, as she goes to turn to her cousin Cross and also note that Joey, Clarisse and Chris were already looking at Nico, lately.



In 1 nanosecond, Cross managed to switch his sword for his axe, Dreadburner and an enchanted book, before looking at the Nyxling and then goes to look at the direction where the bullets were from, already suspecting that what he was sensing is nothing short of just downright retching, in terms of senses,'I don't exactly have a very clean record at all, in fact compared to my cousins, its just nothing short of sinful mutilation on my part, but this...there's no way this record can be far worse than mine, that's just not happening!!!!!' as Cross already didn't like the looks of this process at all, already having experience with the fact he may have killed people with magic before,"Its never if I couldn't help it, that's why I killed with swords and guns if I need to do any killing at all," as Cross felt a chill in his spine in retrospect, before looking at the Nyxling for more info in regards to how to plan out the meeting.

"No he didn't have magic, just a gun."

'The summoner must be having facepalm pulses somewhere, despite killing plenty more where last week's Black-Armored Terrorist came from, except even worse, I'm sure!' as the Commander figured that the Summoner was apparently trained personally by General Siegfried himself, meaning he'd be able to naturally track and fight at the triple digit+ Machs or up in regards to fighting speeds, meaning in turn if he had to get in here he'd have a field day to nearly rival General Siegfried himself.

"So if he hasn't killed with Magic, yet...its probably for the better I can't track him in that manner, right?" as the Commander meant the gunman, there was no real way to tell how many people were in cahoots with Lucas already without factoring in Gaea + Tartarus already trying to apply acts that require proverbal castration, already.

Cross goes to hold up the mystically enchanted book he had around him, in an effort to try to track down anyone else in cahoots with that guy, before the meeting can start.

"So the doves are back...they seemed scared off by what's going on in the States," Mina noted, as she sensed the very fears of her Mother's birds, when they hopped on the heads of the Commander and the Nyxling after they went on Mina's shoulders.
Mina goes to look at everyone else, from Clarisse to Chris to Nico to Clovis, wondering if everyone's still awake and aware of what's going on, yet.

"It would seem so."

Cross goes to watch as his cousin Mina's eyes went a deeper shade of hot pink than normal, for some reason or another he cannot fathom at the moment, 'Doesn't look like any directed lust-rooted ideas, I wonder if its based on concerns for Miranda Creusa, speaking of whom, how is she holding out?' as Cross was rather troubled in his thoughts, before he sent them to Mina via looking at those inconsistently-colored eyes of hers, still acknowledging that if it weren't for the regards of Mina's Mellowed-out Knight Templar!-Biological mother, he'd most likely asking the following question,'Why are Mina's eyes lacking in consistency?' as Cross recalled seeing eyes that felt a lot more consistent than Mina's as far as colors were concerned, ranging from the unrecallable shades of Green his cousin from Britain would have, along with those of his redheaded wife, to the Ice cold cases that his cousin's godfather would have had, when he was alive, to even the regards that the Commander's own late uncle was Green-eyed in more ways than one for winding up a One-eyed guy during a combat situation when Cross was younger.
'To think....we were just merely friends and the closest thing to next door neighbors when we 1st met, whenever she paid me visits when she was brought by Uncle Pedro before I found out he was my uncle, she often tended to push me through the walls with 300+ ton strength and if it weren't for the fact that my Uncle(back then coined, 'Magically Wonderful Friendly Neighbor Pedro', before I found out who he was, even though I wasn't aware he had secrets to hide) remembered to see to it I got geared for such cases thanks to the fact my sweaters spawned durable armor of one sort or another that even defended against concussion...yeah, I probably not only would be dead, via now but Cousin Mina would have pissed off the Furies, probably since the killing wasn't supposed to happen nor was it consented, but I didn't know that at the time, I just thought of her as a rather frightningly strong friend, really,' Cross can't even recalled if Uncle Pedro had both his eyes working or he only had one good eye, either.





'I could never recall whether or not Mina found out about her bio-mum at the time, either, it seemed likely she didn't find out whom her mum really was until some time after Thalia(the Neo-Thalia, as she'd call her), got out of her tree, which might have caused hesitation in people of both genders to flirt with her, back then out of fear that she might be a half-sibling of theirs and they could never be too sure about it, either!' as Cross pretty much recalled those days, back before the full brunt of the genetic alterations began to kick in, because back then he was a considerably lot less durable unarmored than he is, now.

Mina's eyes went from hot pink to yet another shade of blue, already looking to the Nyxling for a few moments before she turns to her paternal cousin Cross, already frowning on those regards when she goes to ask about the following,"Its about Cou...Hypostrategos Pedro, Isn't it?" Mina had to ask, given how Cross's Uncle Pedro taught her how to fight whenever she wasn't being taught by her own father or anyone in the U.S Military who's a colleague of her father and Pedro, in fact!



"I feel that no matter how hard I try, every time I try to replay the times whenever we're with Uncle Pedro, back when he was coined 'MWFN Pedro', to me, I never could help but recall those times when you unintentionally pushed me to shatter neighborhood walls with the minimum of 300-ton physical strength when we were kids, and not only were you more mentally powerful than I was, but you also had physical prowess over me and only in magic did we feel anywhere near equal, I felt so incompetent and helpless whenever we had to spar outside of Magic as I couldn't even keep up with you in a swordfight at the time, either!" as Cross then adds,"How was I supposed to know you can fight with weapons or Unarmed CQC in Mach 15+ as a kid, given how roughly you were trained for combat?And the Combat Precog...I couldn't even get past that, of all things!!!" as Cross felt useless whenever he recalled those days, he felt like a helpless plaything to her.
"You weren't even aware of whom your bio-mum was, yet whenever I failed miserably to keep track of you in our matches you had the nerve to kiss my cheeks or forehead in jest, I felt that bad and it took Dio Dienikes to help see to it that I got back up, whenever his dad didn't do that," as Cross was gonna continue before Mina raised her right hand and held the book with her left, showed the right hand in a gesture to get Cross to stop, and then add this,"Cousin Cross, know that it's not exactly your fault you weren't trained to track me, there's bound to be people who could track me back at that dimension where the Darkhollow Ritual originated...Lou might have heard about that ritual in her dreams, its probably something her mother didn't teach but was just aware of its existence," as Mina felt saddened in the following thoughts,"If a 'Child'/Creation of Hekate had to use a ritual like that, they'd most likely have crossed the edge of despair at a point of no return, which meant they'd have no reason to care about their lives, which would be bad for all of us, yet if any of my half-siblings, nephews or nieces do it, that..." she didn't need to continue to describe how much it'd be all the worse if that were to happen to her half-siblings, as she'd be feeling too much of the brunt of the case, at once!

Cross goes to try to look at his cousin, he already grieved at either her shoulders or her chest, he could never be sure as to which one it was via recollections when he did it in that summer before Beckendorf and Silena died, but nevertheless, he then said,"I can't let fear and guilt compromise who I am, not while we have a job at the 1st 13 states to do, especially in New York, if, no when we get back from there, you have to let your sister Miranda Creusa know I won't have issues with going out with..." before Cross got punched in the stomach with 100 tons worth of strength, and then went to the floor while Mina then said while looking with a blue flaming glint in her eyes,"Don't you dare inflict harm on Miranda C., her heart's too good for this, and that's without our family bodyguard and one of your best friends in Diomedes Dienikes to worry about, either," as Mina sighed, before she casted a healing spell in greek to get her cousin to stand back up.

She and Cross went to look at Mike, asking,"Is there a problem?" as they are trying to act natural like regular cousins would be acting like, well, relatively speaking at least!

"Oh, apart from the regards that we might be discussing how much Mina loves and cares for her Mellowed out Knight Templar!-mom, and other than the regards to my late un...late Superior Officer, and not even regarding our family Summoner up there," Cross points up high to what appeared to be a few people watching them from above(not talking the gods of Olympus in this!) and analyzing what they'd do, Cross then adds,"We're just discussing matters that tend to be natural, trust me Mina's pretty much..." one could tell that the Commander meant to add that Mina was the sister he never had, except he meant to tell Mina that in private, which proved to be problematic, as Cross then asked,"Apart from being fond of your cousin-via-degrees-Mina-might-track-but-I-can't/girlfriend, you had any family issues you'd find easier to mention that don't pertain to that cousin/nephew of yours who's trying to get you killed?" as Cross goes to force a smile that didn't feel convincing, as he then said,"Because its almost like yesterday with all those times with one of those resident jack@sses for a cousin of mine tried to turn me against the rest of the others to kill them all if he couldn't 'convert' them, so to speak," as he then looks to Mina, next.



"Cousin Cross, if you had to acknowledge that your own parents are not perfect people and to ask them to be would be asking for too much, would you have a modicum of empathy in knowing that I worry about my mother from time to time and question if there's an off-chance she'd slip in a reminder for Gallows' Humor at her expense?" stare
Mina had to admit this, as she tends to be troubled by the nagging thought in her head that it might just happen that someone will forget to remind her mother that laughter based on her own expense is often the best medicine, granted before the mellowfication that happened some time after the Hundred Year Wars, she pretty much was the biggest example of a Knight Templar!-Goddess of her position, which troubled Mina to no end among others when she has to worry about her family in general, and this is without adding in her lovers(her boyfriend in Zory and his legitimate half-sis in Ashely Zaranad in particular) or any guy or girl alike who tends to fall for her, either, or even family friends like Joey, Percy(who'd never be her type to begin with), Jason(who's not her type to begin with, but that's to do with the fact his name's cursed and its after someone who...brought Medea to the side of Gaea and Tartarus!), and Nico in particular plus Clarisse and Annabeth, and even the Nyxling Mike, for that matter.

"So did you have much of a life back at your earlier days before you found the camp, Mike?" Mina tried to make a stepford smilie in trying to hide all the worries underneath that smile, in hopes that not too many people will note something might be up in Mina's thoughts. sweatdrop

Cross goes to watch as his cousin Mina's eyes went a deeper shade of hot pink than normal, for some reason or another he cannot fathom at the moment, 'Doesn't look like any directed lust-rooted ideas, I wonder if its based on concerns for Miranda Creusa, speaking of whom, how is she holding out?' as Cross was rather troubled in his thoughts, before he sent them to Mina via looking at those inconsistently-colored eyes of hers, still acknowledging that if it weren't for the regards of Mina's Mellowed-out Knight Templar!-Biological mother, he'd most likely asking the following question,'Why are Mina's eyes lacking in consistency?' as Cross recalled seeing eyes that felt a lot more consistent than Mina's as far as colors were concerned, ranging from the unrecallable shades of Green his cousin from Britain would have, along with those of his redheaded wife, to the Ice cold cases that his cousin's godfather would have had, when he was alive, to even the regards that the Commander's own late uncle was Green-eyed in more ways than one for winding up a One-eyed guy during a combat situation when Cross was younger.
'To think....we were just merely friends and the closest thing to next door neighbors when we 1st met, whenever she paid me visits when she was brought by Uncle Pedro before I found out he was my uncle, she often tended to push me through the walls with 300+ ton strength and if it weren't for the fact that my Uncle(back then coined, 'Magically Wonderful Friendly Neighbor Pedro', before I found out who he was, even though I wasn't aware he had secrets to hide) remembered to see to it I got geared for such cases thanks to the fact my sweaters spawned durable armor of one sort or another that even defended against concussion...yeah, I probably not only would be dead, via now but Cousin Mina would have pissed off the Furies, probably since the killing wasn't supposed to happen nor was it consented, but I didn't know that at the time, I just thought of her as a rather frightningly strong friend, really,' Cross can't even recalled if Uncle Pedro had both his eyes working or he only had one good eye, either.





'I could never recall whether or not Mina found out about her bio-mum at the time, either, it seemed likely she didn't find out whom her mum really was until some time after Thalia(the Neo-Thalia, as she'd call her), got out of her tree, which might have caused hesitation in people of both genders to flirt with her, back then out of fear that she might be a half-sibling of theirs and they could never be too sure about it, either!' as Cross pretty much recalled those days, back before the full brunt of the genetic alterations began to kick in, because back then he was a considerably lot less durable unarmored than he is, now.



"Cousin...is something wrong other than that we don't have Cousin Chiron in here?" Mina had to ask her cousin, as she was rather concerned underneath her currently cold blue to hot pink eyes, before nodding to her Senior 1st cousin(if memories serve right) Mike that Cross seemed troubled about the past, back when he was a lot younger and didn't know Mina was a cousin of his, either.

Mike just watched not wanting to get involved in family things if he wasn't really in a place to.

Mina's eyes went from hot pink to yet another shade of blue, already looking to the Nyxling for a few moments before she turns to her paternal cousin Cross, already frowning on those regards when she goes to ask about the following,"Its about Cou...Hypostrategos Pedro, Isn't it?" Mina had to ask, given how Cross's Uncle Pedro taught her how to fight whenever she wasn't being taught by her own father or anyone in the U.S Military who's a colleague of her father and Pedro, in fact!



"I feel that no matter how hard I try, every time I try to replay the times whenever we're with Uncle Pedro, back when he was coined 'MWFN Pedro', to me, I never could help but recall those times when you unintentionally pushed me to shatter neighborhood walls with the minimum of 300-ton physical strength when we were kids, and not only were you more mentally powerful than I was, but you also had physical prowess over me and only in magic did we feel anywhere near equal, I felt so incompetent and helpless whenever we had to spar outside of Magic as I couldn't even keep up with you in a swordfight at the time, either!" as Cross then adds,"How was I supposed to know you can fight with weapons or Unarmed CQC in Mach 15+ as a kid, given how roughly you were trained for combat?And the Combat Precog...I couldn't even get past that, of all things!!!" as Cross felt useless whenever he recalled those days, he felt like a helpless plaything to her.
"You weren't even aware of whom your bio-mum was, yet whenever I failed miserably to keep track of you in our matches you had the nerve to kiss my cheeks or forehead in jest, I felt that bad and it took Dio Dienikes to help see to it that I got back up, whenever his dad didn't do that," as Cross was gonna continue before Mina raised her right hand and held the book with her left, showed the right hand in a gesture to get Cross to stop, and then add this,"Cousin Cross, know that it's not exactly your fault you weren't trained to track me, there's bound to be people who could track me back at that dimension where the Darkhollow Ritual originated...Lou might have heard about that ritual in her dreams, its probably something her mother didn't teach but was just aware of its existence," as Mina felt saddened in the following thoughts,"If a 'Child'/Creation of Hekate had to use a ritual like that, they'd most likely have crossed the edge of despair at a point of no return, which meant they'd have no reason to care about their lives, which would be bad for all of us, yet if any of my half-siblings, nephews or nieces do it, that..." she didn't need to continue to describe how much it'd be all the worse if that were to happen to her half-siblings, as she'd be feeling too much of the brunt of the case, at once!

Cross goes to try to look at his cousin, he already grieved at either her shoulders or her chest, he could never be sure as to which one it was via recollections when he did it in that summer before Beckendorf and Silena died, but nevertheless, he then said,"I can't let fear and guilt compromise who I am, not while we have a job at the 1st 13 states to do, especially in New York, if, no when we get back from there, you have to let your sister Miranda Creusa know I won't have issues with going out with..." before Cross got punched in the stomach with 100 tons worth of strength, and then went to the floor while Mina then said while looking with a blue flaming glint in her eyes,"Don't you dare inflict harm on Miranda C., her heart's too good for this, and that's without our family bodyguard and one of your best friends in Diomedes Dienikes to worry about, either," as Mina sighed, before she casted a healing spell in greek to get her cousin to stand back up.

She and Cross went to look at Mike, asking,"Is there a problem?" as they are trying to act natural like regular cousins would be acting like, well, relatively speaking at least!

"Nothing wrong at all, just don't want to interfere in any familial matters."

"Oh, apart from the regards that we might be discussing how much Mina loves and cares for her Mellowed out Knight Templar!-mom, and other than the regards to my late un...late Superior Officer, and not even regarding our family Summoner up there," Cross points up high to what appeared to be a few people watching them from above(not talking the gods of Olympus in this!) and analyzing what they'd do, Cross then adds,"We're just discussing matters that tend to be natural, trust me Mina's pretty much..." one could tell that the Commander meant to add that Mina was the sister he never had, except he meant to tell Mina that in private, which proved to be problematic, as Cross then asked,"Apart from being fond of your cousin-via-degrees-Mina-might-track-but-I-can't/girlfriend, you had any family issues you'd find easier to mention that don't pertain to that cousin/nephew of yours who's trying to get you killed?" as Cross goes to force a smile that didn't feel convincing, as he then said,"Because its almost like yesterday with all those times with one of those resident jack@sses for a cousin of mine tried to turn me against the rest of the others to kill them all if he couldn't 'convert' them, so to speak," as he then looks to Mina, next.



"Cousin Cross, if you had to acknowledge that your own parents are not perfect people and to ask them to be would be asking for too much, would you have a modicum of empathy in knowing that I worry about my mother from time to time and question if there's an off-chance she'd slip in a reminder for Gallows' Humor at her expense?" stare
Mina had to admit this, as she tends to be troubled by the nagging thought in her head that it might just happen that someone will forget to remind her mother that laughter based on her own expense is often the best medicine, granted before the mellowfication that happened some time after the Hundred Year Wars, she pretty much was the biggest example of a Knight Templar!-Goddess of her position, which troubled Mina to no end among others when she has to worry about her family in general, and this is without adding in her lovers(her boyfriend in Zory and his legitimate half-sis in Ashely Zaranad in particular) or any guy or girl alike who tends to fall for her, either, or even family friends like Joey, Percy(who'd never be her type to begin with), Jason(who's not her type to begin with, but that's to do with the fact his name's cursed and its after someone who...brought Medea to the side of Gaea and Tartarus!), and Nico in particular plus Clarisse and Annabeth, and even the Nyxling Mike, for that matter.

"So did you have much of a life back at your earlier days before you found the camp, Mike?" Mina tried to make a stepford smilie in trying to hide all the worries underneath that smile, in hopes that not too many people will note something might be up in Mina's thoughts. sweatdrop

Just running from place to place getting attacked by monsters once in a while thats all. Met Selene fell in love, etc.

While Cross notes Mina's currently Ocean blue eyes are going to Emerald Green at a few seconds from now, and suspecting he may not have room to talk to begin with, given his regards on Mina's sister Miranda C., he then asked,"Care to expand with regards to the cousin-on-cousin thing you just mentioned?I wouldn't mind while we await for the others to discuss battle plans since Officer Chiron isn't here yet, either, I promise," as Cross may as well hear about it while his cousin goes to smile over something.




"She must have been a Tartarus of a half-human being if I need to be honest, she does share the same name as Mother's paternal Niece(I still believe that Niece is alive, by the way) and since names have some kind of power, it makes sense in hindsight, right?" as Mina had to note that even if its possible one can tank direct attempts at applying the True Name system if they're like Mina, Percy(So not her type) or the Nyxling, the more indirect attempts are never quite so clear-cut in terms of being ruled out as potential challenges or threats, really.
After Mina's eyes went from Ocean Blue to Emerald Green as Cross noted, she goes to look at the others from Clarisse and Nico, to Olivia and Joey, to Chris Rodriguez and the others in the meeting.
