erins misses,
Sizzla's hits her
and 1 claw hits Ian
Trident damage: +1d8+3 to sizzla 8 total
claw damage: 1d4+2 to Ian...its gonna be the 2nd d8 divide by 2 and round up. 4 total.
after sizzla rolls her attack of opportunity, works out to see if her crit hit, and roll damage, we can continue to the new round.

 First roll: roll to see if crit hit.
Second roll: roll for attack of opportunity
Then, I shall roll my damage from the first hit.
EDIT: 17 for crit to hit...I win. I'll roll dmg in one second.
28 for attack of opportunity. I think that hits too. I'll just roll 4d6...
I can only get one swing on on the attack of opportunity, right?

First two are for the crit...
EDIT: 12 total
+3 from Str bonus
+2 to dmg b/c they're favored enemies
x2 for crit damage
= 34 total
Second two are for attack of opportunity...
EDIT: 10 total
+3 from Str bonus

End of round NPC result. Erins target= -5 (bleeding from his wound, but won't die, and won't back down.
Ians target=-11 Still standing but bleeding profusely, considers running away, but the seawater and the bleeding wound don't sound like a good mix.
Sizzlas target = -15, regrets leaving the safety of the ocean, but is to close to death to consider running.
New Round. Ian, its your move.

Tries to sense your bluffing feint, +2 attack bonus and +1 wisdom.Feint was successful but your attack missed, you don't get flanking bonus. The feinted target is denied his dex bonus of +1, taking his ac to a 15, but you only rolled a 14. Go on and tumble away.

Edit: Erin is hit by a claw and a bit, Sizzla is missed, and ian is hit w/ a bolt.
