Draw Phase: Rich drew his card.

Main Phase 1: He looked at his hand. "I play the Speed Spell Angel Baton, which allows me when I have at least 2 Speed Counters to draw two cards if I discard one from my hand." He waited to watch for a chain.

Rich nodded. When he drew, he smiled immediately when he saw his card. Sending one to the Graveyard, he said, "I sacrifice my Blade Knight to summon Turbo Knight (2200/2200), a monster that can only be played during a Turbo Duel. When it's summoned, I can automatically destroy a number of facedown cards on your side equal to the number of Speed Counters I have, so I'll destroy your two facedowns."

Battle Phase: "Turbo Knight, attack his facedown monster with Turbo Lance!"

Something wasn't right to Rich. Why was this guy GIVING him life points? It didn't make much sense. But he figured that he might as well for the moment take advantage of it.

Rich was not sure what this guy was up to. But he had to finish this. After drawing, he set his three cards facedown again. "Next, I play the Speed Spell, Speed Storm, hitting you with 1000 points of damage!" His opponent had only 2000 LP left. If his card went through, he'd only have 1000 left.

Rich shook his head. "I don't think so! I sacrifice Turbo Knight and remove all my Speed Counters to negate effect damage from one card! So it looks like you're the only one losing!"

"I activate the second face down Self Destruct Button," the child commented flipping his other face down card. "Another counter?" the child asked innocently.

Damion took damage and fell to his knees in pain.

(damn XD my bad. slip up. p.s. clever plan. i never saw anybody use a Self-Dedstruct Button Tie-Out Deck biggrin )

Rich grunted as they both reached zero. However, he was still curious as to why the duelist never activated the Seal of Orichalcos.

The cloaked duelist smiled evilly as he watched him struggle under his pain. "I end my turn." Then he chuckled. "It looks like the Seal shall be taking your soul very soon. What do you plan to do?"
