Lucas grinned even more widely, and proceeded to sprint, passing by Alcina in a WHOOSH!

Alcina stepped back away from the door as her dark hair breezed to the side. She blinked and turned to look at the blur going down the hall.
...What on Earth? Well that explained the ruckus.
Edel was walking down the hallway, heading back to the shop portion of her home. The woman in the early American outfit leading the way in front of her. She heard the hurried clatter behind them, and turned to see what was going on.

Sensing a possible collision, Lucas stopped behind Edel. "Sorry! Just playing piggy-back with Rosie here!" he said to her, not realizing who she was. All he could tell, though, was that she was drop-dead gorgeous.

Edle looked at the two a moment, then smiled gently. "I see. Well it's fortunate you have such sharp reflexes...I'd have to reprimand you for running through my halls if you didn't." she replied.

The woman nodded. "I am. I assume you are one of the three visitors I have in the shop?"

"Yes, ma'am. We're here because we're trying to find some people and thought you'd be able to help us," Lucas said, before looking to Rosie.
"So, you still wanna go play? I was thinking of hopping on rooftops," he said with a grin.

Rosie's eyes widened. "On the rooftops?" she gasped, a thrilled little gleam in her eyes.
Edel smiled. "Well, it would be best to do so within this little town. Should an accident happen, neither of you should get hurt." she said. "I will tend to your other friends in my shop."

Lucas nodded. "Thank you very much, ma'am." he said, before looking to Rosie and grinning. He led her outside, and crouched down.
"Hold on tight..." he said, before he leaped up onto the nearest building and proceeded to sprint across it, leaping at the end and hopping onto the next-closest rooftop.

Rosie gave Edel a little wave goodbye, then held onto Lucas as tightly as she could before they were even out the door. She tightened her grip further when he instructed her to do so, and held her breath. As they shot up into the air, she squealed. And again, was right back to squealing and giggling the entire ride.
Edel smiled and continued towards the hallway that led to her shop. She allowed the woman to open the door for her, and nodded as she walked past. The man sitting by the door stood as she entered and gave her a polite bow of the head. She smiled at him, and continued into the shop, turning her attention to the two women waiting on her. Her eyes lingered on the fellow sorceress for a moment with interest She had no knowledge of this woman at all. Which...given her usual level of inform, was unusual.
"Welcome. I am Edel Condulmer. I hear that you need my services finding someone?"

Sandra gave a nod. "Yes, ma'am. I am Sandra Roberts, and the man you may have met is my son, Lucas Ellison," she said. Then she gestured to Alex. "Your daughter here needs help in finding her friends, and I assumed that you would be able to help us."
Meanwhile, Lucas cheered along with Rosie as he roof-hopped; he hadn't had this much fun in a while. Eventually, they came upon an ice cream shop.
"Hey, Rosie, would you like some ice cream?" he asked, grinning widely.

Rosie's eyes grew wide as she peered past him and at the antique looking shop. She squealed again and bounced once against Luke's back before pulling her self into a hug, wrapping her arms around his neck. She couldn't count how long it had been since she'd had icecream. Had she had icecream? Maybe she hadn't yet. Oh well. Oddly enough, she knew what it was, and she knew what flavors were the best.
Edel blinked and looked over at the young woman Sandra had motioned towards. Daughter? Oh...well...now that she was actually focusing on the girl, she did seem to have her DNA. Who she belonged to though, that was difficult to tell. She'd had so many suitors, she didn't remember all of them right away. She only had a handful of children that she knew about and paid particular attention to. Alex was looking back at her, but she wasn't really...looking at her. It seemed more like she just wanted to get this over with and leave. .....Well, she could look into this further at another point. She took the expression as the 'I don't want a reunion or anything' kind of look. She had children like this on occasion, so she knew better than to press things right away.
"Of...course. I have very little trouble finding others, even if they're not on Earth." she replied, then motioned the two to follow her back into the hallway. "It will be more comfortable in one of my other rooms. The shop is a little cramped for such spells."

Lucas grinned, and leaped down from their perch, landing smoothly and walking into the ice cream shop with Rosie still on his back. He gently grabbed her and set her down in a seat while he looked at a menu.
"Ooh, they have Moose Tracks? My favorite!" Lucas said with a grin.
Sandra nodded. "Very well," she said. "Lead the way, Miss Condulmer."

Rosie grinned as she read through he menue. She didn't understand all of it, but there were a few words she recognized. "Hot fudge brownie..."
A woman soon walked over to the two with a little note pad and pen. "What can I get'cha?" she asked.
Alex crossed her arms and followed after her mother and Sandra. The walked through the door and into a rather ritzy looking hallway. It was clear this was a completely different area compared to the shop they were just in. They walked down the hall and turned into the first room on the right. This room was a mix of modern and antique. Alex looked around as Edel motioned for the two to have a seat. "Is there anything I can get you while you wait? I'll only need to retrieve on of my crystals." she asked.

"No thank you, ma'am." Sandra said as she sat down, and Alex with her.
Lucas grinned. "I'd like some Moose Tracks, ma'am, and I reckon Rosie here wants Hot Fudge Brownie." he said. "I've got a credit card, so you can just charge me."
