"Wait--hang on--I don't hate humans!" Six blurted out, realizing who was talking to and feeling like she'd completely misrepresented herself, "--I mean I don't know any but--"

"--Sixsipita, I believe it is time for you and the others to go practice." Her teacher interrupted firmly.

"B-but--" The girl tried to blather.

"--Go, please, Miss Juhl."

Seeming defeated, Six shut up and turned to walk off toward the gathering group of other uniformed musicians, including her friend.

Six seemed a bit put off by the whole thing but after a few moments of her friend's poking and prodding she had dissolved into a fit of giggles, giving Miri a light shove and jogging the rest of the way over to where everyone was getting ready to do their final dress rehearsals.

Some time had passed and it was now well after nightfall, with the partying full under way. Six and the others' performances had gone off hitch-free. Fire and torches kept the area relatively well lit up as younger dysadi giggled and goofed off while many older ones had already snuck away to...honor the festival in their own special way. The rest were dancing or eating, everyone seemed to be having a good time either way.

A couple of girls giggled loudly as Six barreled past them and ploughed straight into Tamiriya, pouncing the girl from behind and bellowing an obnoxious "MIRRRIIIIIMYBESTFRIENNNNDD!" as she knocked her clean over. Six had apparently wrapped one of the ribbons decorating the square around her waist, and was now giggling hysterically as she rolled off of Miri and lay flat out in the dirt. "I love the stars at niiight!"

"She isn't even drunk!" One of the giggling girls said as they ran over amidst the dancing to help the two to their feet, "All she had was some sugar, I swear!"
"Yeah, the bartender wouldn't let her have anything to drink!" Another snorted, trying to suppress her mirth and laughter as she added "He said he didn't serve children!"
"I'M A GROWNED UP!" Six bellowed, pointing a finger at the sky before letting her arm go slack and muttering "AND SUGAR IS AWESOMESHUTUP!"
"C'monnnn, get up!" One said, grabbing her arm and trying to tug her to her feet.
"NO! ILIKEITONTHEGROUNDYOULEAVEMEALONE!" Six yelped, batting her away.

"Oh NO!" Six said in horror, grabbing Miri's arm and scrambling to her feet. She looked around frantically, catching Velia's gaze and then turning back to her best friend looking distraught. Apparently still oblivious to the decor she'd turned into a fashion accessory that dangled haphazardly at her waist, she clung to Miri's arm and said a hushed, panicky "s**t! I have to fix this!"

Six spun around as she noticed Kami, letting Miri go and hastily saying a hushed "Make her like me, damnit!"

A couple of the other girls dissolved into a fit of giggles as they saw Kami, one of them looking rather red suddenly. They quickly gathered to exchange frantic whispers before one finally looked over and said a sing-song "Hii Kamiiii~"

"Damndamndamn!" Six muttered distractedly, already lost in her own little world as she stalked off, grabbing Miri by the arm and dragging her along off into the crowd, her distant voice being heard saying "we will fix this!".

The shyest of the girls was given a shove forward. She quickly spun around saying "Shut UP!" to the giggling duo before she turned back to Kami and asked "U-um Kami, do you like dancing...?

"...Oh...right..." The girl looked rather uncomfortable before one of the somewhat tipsier friends blurted out "SHE'S ASKING YOU TO DANCE DOOFUS!"

She went completely red and spun around, giving her hysterical friend a shove and saying "SHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP!" as the other also dissolved into another fit of uncontrollable giggles.

"No um, it's fine, forget it--" The mortified girl said, trying to hide her embarrassment by brushing it all off, "Um, see you around..."

She hurried off into the crowd rather hastily, her friends giggling and running after her.
