I love the chemicals and grease that make up fast food. Otherwise its a poorly made burger without any redeeming taste.

My ex is lactose intolerant. He still indulges in milkshakes and whatnot from time to time just because he likes them, fully knowing that they'll make him sick a few hours later.

I'm sure there are people who flat out don't like mac and cheese, then.
I knew a girl who hated water.
I'd do the same thing as your ex honestly. I can't stand the idea of being unable to enjoy certain foods. Especially since I'm a bit of a foodie.
