Did you know that the color of your urine is a great indication of your health? usually transparent/water-like urine is an indication of good health as your body has little to no toxins that it has to let out. And yellow urine is an indication that you're suffering from dehydration and/or that your body has toxins. At least, that's what the poster that I read said.
