Timpani could feel her free will being sucked away by Dimentio, she couldn't believe that she had just said 'Hail Dimentio'! She was trying her best to fight it, "Ugh...urr...ah....No!!!! I'm not going to serve you Dimentio!!! You sicko!" Timpani said, her eyes turning back to the light blue they used to be. She wasn't going to make it easy for him.
((Hey, what can I say. Your going to really have to try, if you want Timpani. ^^ ))

Dimentio locked her away in a box, like with every other one of his enemies.

Merlon hoped that Mario knew what to do in this situation, but he just seemed to be rummaging in his pockets. Wait, the Light Prognosticus did have use as a weapon! Merlon was about to hurl the heavy tome towards Blumiere when Mario's pockets produced a sleepy sheep. Sure, Mario wanted to do it the easy way... That's no fun...

Timpani was still trying to break the cage open, Oh, Blumiere....I hope your ok without me for the time being....but please come and save me soon. Timpani thought and she started to tear up a little.

Blumiere winced- no- this wasn't right...
"by the goodness of the overthere..." he glanced up at the sleepy sheep. "Timpani.." he muttered, then regained his senses.
He glanced up at Mario "I can understand if you can']t find it in your heart to help me- but, for Timpani's sake.." he flipped them all in front of Castle Dimentio, then stumbled (a hard thing to do with no legs..) It was pretty clear his resistance to his insanity was taking a large toll on him.

Blumiere glanced around, grinned, then proceeded to do what was usually expected of a 'hero', charge recklessly into enemy owned territory, heedless of imminent death!
He opened the door, seeing one of the worst sights of his life- his beloved- caged...
"Timpani..?" he asked, with a mixture of joy and anger in his voice- yup- Dimentio had a death wish, all right...
He glanced at O'Chunks, then at Bowser- he couldn't really be sure who would be the victor... although- the fact that people under hypnosis were naturally weaker gave his ally an advantage...

Mario nodded. He would have helped Blumiere even if Timpani weren't involved in the matter. He was the kind of guy who would help anyone... even ex-super villains if they asked for it, as long as it didn't involve taking part in evil plans... Wait, hadn't Merlon accidentally have Mario partake in evil plans?
When the crowd reached the main chamber, Merlon was disturbed at the sight of the caged Timpani; Mario was having Deja Vu.

"Bl-Blumiere!!!!" Timpani said. She was overwhelmed with happiness, Blumiere had come to her rescue just like in a fairytale. She started to cry heavier. She was too busy looking at Blumiere to notice Merlon and Mario came too.

Blumiere quickly flipped Timpani out of her wretched cage, silently being killed by her tears.
Faster than you could say 'someone, please stop this soppy scene', he was embracing her, muttering quietly "hush.. please, don't blemish your beautiful face with tears- I don't think I'd be able to bear any more..."
((aaaand now would be the ideal moment for bacon to come online... whoops- methinks I just jinxed it...))

Timpani grabbed on to Blumiere, hugging him very tightly. "I...I *sniff* I'm so sorry for getting kidnapped...I *sniff* Didn't know Dimentio was going to do that...I'm sorry. *sniff*" Timpani said, her tears slowing down a bit, for her husband.
