Roatsu looked at the water and sighed a bit. There was a small fish that had been killed by the intense heat that Katsumi had created to evaporate the water. "This is what I mean, Katsumi. You have you used your power to cause harm." Roatsu knelt down and dug a small hole in the dirt and then moved the dead fish into it, proceeding then to cover it with the removed dirt. He uttered a small prayer for the creature, even though it was an insignificant thing. "I know it may not seem like much of an offer since it's coming from another Genin, but would you like me to show you how to control your power? If you keep using it the way you just did, I'm afraid that you'll hurt someone."

Katsumi looked at him and rose from her seat, she didn't know to be offended that she was basically called destructive "Yougan is what created the ground you walk on, it created continents that you call home. It may be destructive but it's also what everyone seems to take for granted." She walked away from him, she thought that it would have been someone that she would have been able to make a real connection with...but after feeling slightly offended; she decided to walk away. She swiftly turned to him "You say that I'm destructive, but you use the blossoms of the cherry tree. If those blossoms were left alone they would have yielded amazing fruit." She exhaled a slightly acidic mist so that he couldn't follow and walked back to continue training.

Chakra pool: 300  For the next half an hour Anibu lciked Toshi's face in an attempt to wake him up. Which didn't seem to be working t first, but slowly it would seem that he was regaining conscience. When he did in fact come to, he was very disoriented and confused as to where he was and what happened, but hearing the barks of his friend he instantly remembered. Realizing that the attack was from his partner he glared at Anibu scornfully. This is all your fault he said, but Anibu didn't seem to care. He would just sit and stare with that innocent look that he develpoed two years ago. NO! Toshi snapped That's not gonna work anymore. With Toshi's scornfull face and Anibu's innocent gaze they both entered into an unofficial stare-off. Though this can have only one winner, it would seem that the winner was not Toshi but Anibu. Falling into the spell of his partners eyes he gave a great sigh and smiled. Well i guess I couldn't stay mad forever.
With everything resolved Toshi and Anibu hopped right back into training mode. Reading the list of Raiton jutsu it would seem that they would be learning a cloning jutsu. Now this is what I'm talking about Toshi laughed as he bumped fist to paw with Anibu. Okay buddy I'm gonna need you to hang back for this one Toshi asked as he walked a few feet away from Anibu. One he was far enough he prepared to learn the Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu. building the chakra within him he readied himself for the jutsu. Once the chakra welled to the point were it began to seep out of his body it was time to proceed with the next step of the justu. With one quick hand seal he converted his plain chakra into into an electric based form. The next step was not so easy as Toshi had to use his hand seals to regulate the flow and movement of his chakra. With every hand seal his chakra moved into the air and found each other. Coming together they began to form some type of form that was the same shape and form of Toshi. With one more hand seal he would complete the jutsu and create the perfect clone of himself.

Chakra pool: 300 Toshi grew bored and was ready to catch up on most of the training that he didn't do. They had to make this stupid rule he sighed well I guess I have to work a little harder with my training. Straightway he hopped up and began his training. From where he was standing he began to call upon his inner chakra to his hand. From hand seal to hand seal he fought to tame his chakra as it moved like a stream of water through the veins.
Once the chakra was forming within his arm the rest of the job to finish was up to Toshi to do the rest of the work. Focusing only on what was within his arm Toshi pushed it forward into the palm of his hand. While it was resting there, Toshi took his free hand and formed one simple hand seal transfiguring the pure chakra into a state of raiton based chakra.
Taking in a deep breath he tried and tried his best to release the small bolt of lightning but everytime he would try the beam would dissipate almsot instantly when he attempted the jutsu. when the final attempt came Toshi repeated all the steps to create the jutsu once he reached the end, he closed his eyes formed a small hand seal and released it. To his surprise the beam would shoot out and he would learn the jutsu.

Eien no Yuki
Eternal Snow / Yuki   Ninjutsu User Konin + Animal Tamer Konin = 2015/2105 Yuki looked around, his eyes scanning the area carefully.. He and Eien weren't alone anymore.. Eien snorted, getting in her guard. She was still lusting for blood and battle, it'd been so long since she felt the same exhilirating feeling. A three-man team of Special Jounin met him and Eien, they were going to attempt to fight them, take them down.. Destroy them, just as their puppeteer told them to. They ran at Eien and Yuki, forming Kage Bushins and now there were nine people running at the duo. Yuki looked at Eien and she nodded, Yuki bit on his bottom lip and performed a few handseals, he seemed to hold some kinds of blades in his hands. There were multiple of them, seeing the jutsu a success, Eien dashed forth and did a barrelling spin, her body twisted and formed a sideways tornado.."Beast Wave: Palm!!" He yelled, concluding the deal and threw massive amounts of wind blades at the Special Jounin, he could manipulate the direction of the blades because he was a Fuuton master. The blades ripped and sliced through the bushins and decapitated one real ninja, Eien impacted a set of bushin, revealing the real ninja. Yuki threw one more blade and ran fast behind it, Eien forming her tornado once more and Yuki and Eien both made contact with the chest of the corrupt ANBU/puppet, the final blade ripped the other ANBU in half.
