Character: Minoru Ibuki Technique Name: Satetsu: Shi no Ori (Iron Sand: Cage of Death) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: Using the user's magnetic field abilities, he/she will create a 25 feet by 25 feet cage built from the user's Iron sand, It extends and burrows down to the ground entrapping the user and his opponent/s inside (does not work when the user himself isn't inside the cage). the cage does not permit anyone to enter or exit the cage (with the exception of various space / time transportation technique) unless the user himself dies or either willingly or be forced to dispel the technique. in addition, the iron cage is charged with high voltaged electricity (Raiton type element required) that would sure to electrocute anyone (including the user) who dares to touch the walls of the cage.

Character: Akura Tatsuka Technique Name: Ranton Push Rank: B for the actual technique, the preparation costs C rank. Type: Ninjutsu Element: Ranton Description: Akura will first make a series of seals and release very a very thin essence of Ranton chakra in a 15ft area around him. [1 post ] This essence gives everything within the 15ft area a negative charge. In the next post the user charges himself with a negative charge as well and then releases it, causing everything within the area, and charged with the Negative chakra for about thirty feet, to be violently pushed away from Akura, this technique by itself is not lethal, it simply causes light electrical charges to hit the target, but dependant on what is around the user this can prove to be very deadly. Note: After this technique is used there is a 5 post cooldown for every ninjutsu technique the user may do; this also counts for coating weapons with elements.

Meedle - Er... Yer explanation needs hella bit of work. Considering the user can only have the Raiton. Edit that I'l approve it.
Akura- Nein to zem both! Now, Ranton is not positive and electrical charges! It's Storm! Clouds and energy my friend. First off, this would be a regular Raiton, and third off, heeeeelll naw! D: <

Yes...well now....
Meedle, you do realize that the user of that jutsu would be unharmed...even if he touched the cage? Because he couldn't touch the cage...He would be magnetically repelled, as explained by the Satetsu bloodline. But yes, it is acceptable.
Akura, the main reason why you were denied...in my honest opinion...Is that your push and pulls...are too similar to the Rinnegan's Deva path push and pull >.<

Character: Tenhana Yamauchi Technique Name: Hisame Buriza-do [ Hail Blizzard ] Rank: B Type: Bloodline Element: Hyouton Description: After making the needed hand signs the user freezes particles of water in the air. By doing this a large area surrounding the opponent will be covered with small shards of ice. These ice shards move at alarming speeds around the battle field injuring anyone who comes in contact with them. The blades of shards will be extremely hard to dodge because of their small size and the amount of them. These shards are strong enough to rip through skin and organs but are too weak to break actual bones or armor. The jutsu will also obscure the view of the opponent and users making the attack have a similar effect as the Hidden Mist Technique. This can be dangerous for allies since they will also get attacked by the flying shards of ice in the air but the user is safe from being injured by this jutsu because they can easily change the course that the ice is flying in.
Character: Tenhana Yamauchi Technique Name: Aisu Haretsu [ Ice Explosion] Rank: C-S (The only thing really being done is turning water into ice so i am not really sure how much it should cost... Perhaps only a C-rank no matter the rank the explosion is.) Type: Bloodline Element: Hyouton Description: To perform this jutsu it requires the user to have Dry Ice Caps as one of their accessories. To perform this jutsu the user must choose an ice cap from their bag and focus a C-rank amount of chakra into it. By focusing chakra into the ice cap they must freeze the cap which will turn it into dry ice. By doing this the Ice cap will now be hard enough to throw like a Frisbee at the enemy. The ice cap will spin quickly at high speeds at the opponent and once it gets close enough to them the user makes one hand sign. This hand sign will stop the chakra flow that turned the water into ice so it melts. It will melt in a matter of seconds and when it melts the chemicals will become a gas and cause an explosion. Depending on the size of the ice cap the explosion might be a different size. If the ice cap was a short distance from the opponent the extremely loud sounds caused by the explosion might cause the opponent to become deaf for 3 posts. The volume of this explosion can be a bad thing because it can attract unwanted attention and ruin missions involving not getting caught or found.

(Honestly I am not sure If I should put this as a jutsu and a weapon or just list it under weapon since turning things into ice is a natural ability of the Hyouton clan even though it does cost chakra..... So I am leaving it up to who ever looks at this to decide!<3 Also if you are wondering how many ice caps they will have I will post that where the custom weapons go. )
Character: Tenhana Technique Name: Calcium Reduction Rank: A Type: Eiseijutsu Element: None Description: By performing this jutsu the user will create the needed hand signs and then making contact with the opponents body. This will then steal almost all of the calcium in the opponent’s body causing their bones to become extremely fragile. The bones will now be very easy to break and even things like falling down could cause bones to snap or get fractured.
Character: Tenhana Technique Name: Chakra Induced Amnesia Rank: A Type: Eiseijutsu Element: None Description: The user concentrates chakra into two fingers and then by using their detailed knowledge of the body are able to recognize the different areas of the brain. Quickly they get into close combat with the opponent and hit them on the back side of their head. Depending on where they hit the opponent they are able to decide what type of amnesia the opponent will suffer. The opponent can either, suffer from procedural memory loss and forget how to use all of their jutsu and how to fight but recall their mission or get Anterograde amnesia and suffer from loss of short-term memory, the loss or impairment of the ability to form new memories through memorization. Persons may find themselves constantly forgetting information, people or events after a few seconds or minutes, because the data does not transfer successfully from their conscious.

Character: Ichiro Mikami Technique Name: Suiton: Kiri Kenshutsu (Mist Detection) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: By exerting a C rank amount of chakra to an already active "Hidden Mist Technique" the user could detect anyones presence and location inside the mist.
Character: Ichiro Mikami Technique Name: Suiton: Kirigakure Chakura Kyujin (Hidden Mist Chakra Absorption) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Description: A step up from the "Hidden Mist Technique". forming the needed hand seals, the user would lift up the water into the air causing the area to be covered by fog much thicker than it's previous version "Hidden Mist Technique" It renders the eyesight of the ones inside it to be useless (with the exceptions of some Dojutsu) giving the person/s engulfed by it a hard time to find their location and escape the fog. though it could be repelled by a same rank of futon technique that generates a relatively great amount of wind that would blow the fog away. In addition, the fog also sucks in a fixed amount of chakra (Rank C amount per post) of everyone inside it except the user that increases the thickness and the range of the fog further more.

Character: Shi Otome Technique Name: Kuchiyose: Gamabunta's Tanto Rank: A Type: Bukijutsu Description: As the name suggests, Shi summons a blade similar in size and weight to Gamabunta's legendary tanto. It requires Kage++ Strength to even move, Kage+++ to direct its movements...few shinobi have the sheer power required to wield this massive blade. Once ones strength has been augmented into Kage++++, normal, albeit very slow, sword movements are possible. Kage+++++ can wield it with greater speed.
Using the blade for any more than five attacks puts great strain upon the user, ripping and tearing muscles. This will affect the user, making them feel as if they worked out to exhaustion. Using it for any more than ten attacks a snapping of tendons, resulting in fairly severe and debilitating injuries.
Lasts until end of combat or until dispelled.

Technique: Eyes of Odin Rank: D (B-Rank training to master) Type: Enhancement Ninjutsu Description: The user closes their eyes and focuses all of their senses, except for sight. When they open their eyes, they will have so much power in their other senses that they can follow nearly any movement. The only issue is that the user becomes near-sighted for two days and will have trouble seeing and reacting to things once the battle is over.
Technique: Raiton: Wrath of Gungnir Rank: C-A (A-Rank training to master) Type: Offensive Ninjutsu Description: This technique has two modes. Physical and elemental. The physical mode requires the user to be carrying any type of weapon. The user will charge it with mass amounts of raiton chakra and then throw it with great force. This is best used with a spear of some sort. C-Rank
The elemental form requires the user to create a replica spear out of raiton chakra. Resembling Odin's great spear, Gungnir, this will be a massive spear with a large target zone. The spear cannot be held for more than one post or else it will explode and cause serious damage to the user. It must be thrown after creation. When this spear makes contact with something, it will create a large, 20m explosion that will shock and burn anything in the range. A-Rank

Mephis: Not accepted, you have no use for it as you could never legally use that in this guild unless you plan to become OP behind my back. >.> I would suggest you make it a sky summoning type, that way it drops onto the opponent from the sky like a giant guillotine.

You could not realistically be anywhere near a level Kage +++ or +++++. The highest level possible is Kage level. You can only reach Kage+ by using the Eight Gates or if you have a special type of enhancing Ninjutsu like Qastor and Tenichi. Simply the size of the sword and the levels you are giving are accurate, they are just not attainable for various reasons I probably dont have to explain to you.

Oh, but they are entirely possible at this very moment for Shi. Given the natural strength bonus for her given attribute that you approved, coupled with her fighting style. She can max out currently at Kage+++ In the event that she reaches Sannin level, Shi can indeed hit Kage+++++ level of strength.
But in essence of absolute fairness, I'll drop that last bit of that custom and just let it be moved and directed...similar to how Tsunade did it. biggrin
