I'll take a closer look when I get round to working on the new system in-depth, but just glancing through a couple of those skills look a bit weird... like the weapon concealing one... don't worry for now, we'll sort it. Feel free to go creative and make as many new skills as you can think of.

Yarr, that's why I tend to save all my work, every single bit of it no matter how insignificant, in notepad files. Seeing all your ideas go poof is nauseating and.. lamp-break-e..ating sad

Name of Skill: Glamour
Posts to Learn: 7
Type: Active Indirect
Description: For those times when you wish to be (or occasionally, need to be) jaw-droppingly stunning, this spell's everything you need and more.
Effect: your appearance changes slightly to everyone that views you, so as to make you more beautiful. Your appearance will be different to each person that sees you, depending on what they see as beautiful. Note that your appearance isn't physically changed, but everyone believes it is. -May be dispelled/negated -Dissipates after 5 turns unless recast.

Name of Skill: Horror
Posts to Learn: 7
Type: Active Indirect
Description: For those times when you need to be shunned, revolted, or just plain ignored, magic can help (and works better than not showering for 2 weeks, but that's another story)
Effect: your appearance changes slightly to everyone that views you, so as to make you more repulsive. Your appearance will be different to each person that sees you, depending on what they see as ugly. Note that your appearance isn't physically changed, but everyone believes it is. -May be dispelled/negated -Dissipates after 5 turns unless recast.
======================================
Name of Skill: Become Unnoticable
Posts to Learn: 10
Type: Active Indirect
Description: It's hard to make a large object transparent, and there's always the peril that you'd forget a piece and suddenly there's a liver (seemingly) floating about on it's own. So much easier to make everyone's eyes 'slide' off of you, and it accomplishes nearly the same thing.
Effect: the caster is believed to be invisible by any and all people that might have seen him/her. Note that, physically, you are still visible, so cameras, animals, and the like will still be able to see you. -Wears off after 3 turns -Limit 3 uses daily -can be dispelled/Negated -If a person happens to bump into you, the spell breaks for that person only, meaning that they can see you normally, but everyone else's eyes still 'slide' away from you
======================================
Name of Skill: Prestidigitation
Posts to Learn: 11
Type: Active Indirect
Description: Sometimes you realise, too late, that the wall is between you and your TV. Sometimes you want to make it easier to spy on the neighbors. Sometimes you get lazy and don't want to move the couch to see if your keys are under it. For all these problems, and more, the transparent arts can help.
Effect: Any object, of any size, is rendered completely and entirely invisible. The effects of this spell will last indefinitely, unless the caster ends the spell, the spell is Negated or Dispelled, or a person bumps into the object. -In the case that a person bumps into the object, only they will be able to see it, everyone else still thinks it's invisible. -Limit 2 uses per day -Only 3 objects can be made invisible in total (by one caster). If 3 objects are invisible and the caster wishes to make something else invisible, they must first end the spell on another object that they had Prestidigitated.
======================================
Name of Skill: Paint
Posts to Learn: 12
Type: Active Indirect
Description: Want to make stuff look different? There's a spell for that, and it doesn't involve Post-it notes and Sharpies.
Effect: A person or object's physical appearance is temporarily changed. Note that only the surface can be altered, you can't 'take some away' to make the insides visible, nor can you 'add some' to make it look like they have a 3rd arm. -Effects may be Dispelled, Negated, or removed by the caster -if used on a person or animal, wears off after 5 turns. If used on an inanimate object (wall, brick, tree, etc.) the effects will last indefinitely
======================================
Name of Skill: Conjure Shade
Posts to Learn: 14
Type: Active Indirect
Description: Remember the days when a 'fake door' trick involved a big sheet of white paper, a whole mess of your favorite coloring tools, and a photographic memory? (or, of course, a normal photo...) Well, look at how much easier it is to do with magic
Effect: A 2-dimensional image is projected. It can be as large or small as you like (but use good judgement, please) and can show any nonmoving image that the caster wishes. note that if projected into a 3D space, it will appear almost like a floating sheet of paper, easily determined to be very thin (and consequently, not a very good trick) If used on a 2D surface such as a wall, the only way to tell the difference from the real thing is to touch it. -If touched, dispelled, negated, 5 turns pass, or the caster ends the spell, the illusion will instantly dissipate -Limit 3 uses per day -Limit 2 'active' illusions at once
(Here's the first half because my neck's hurting from the scrunched up position I am forced to work in)
