Aphrodite was cruising down Miami streets in her convertible. Her hair was blowing in the air, her skin glowed in the sun. She smiled through her sunglasses. Yellow light, she pushed on the brakes a bit. She knew she could probably manipulate the mist around her, giving her the ability to go through the light easily. She opted not to, it would be to much work for a couple seconds of waiting. The light turned red and she came to a complete stop. She looked at herself in the mirror and smiled, not a single hair out of place from the wind. That was a perk of being a goddess she guesses, to bad her husband didn't get like that. What a lame man. The light turned green again, she pressed on the gas and flew. She loved being in Miami, it was the perfect place there. She liked her palace too, but no one was there now, and she did enjoy being looked at too. The car next to her pulled up next to her, two men were in the car. They looked like they could be in their mid thirties, both wore beards on their faces. They were about as attractive as her husband Hephaestus. She rolled her eyes as they checked her out. She pushed on the gas harder, getting ahead of them by a good thirty feet,'Good riddance too' she though, her signature smirk painting its way back onto her face. As much as she loved Miami, she got bored of it easily. She knew where she wanted to be, a place she hadn't been in ages. Just to check up and make sure it was still flawless like she wanted it to be, of course.

The next thing she knew, she was holding her car keys standing in the middle of the Aphrodite cabin at Camp Half Blood in New York. She had been in New York to party a lot, but it had been decades since she had been back at the camp. Her brother Dionysus was stuck running it as his punishment, she was just happy she wasn't stuck doing it. She walked around the cabin, jiggling the keys in her hand. Everything was neat, just as she remembered. The aroma of roses and perfume filled the room, just like she liked it. She ran her finger over the dresser, no dust, perfect. She had always like how everything in the room matched, that's why she made it that way, just like her palace. The beds were made, everything was perfect. She turned to inspect the makeup and mirror area when she noticed her, her daughter, who was sitting and coming her hair,"Oh...hi..."she said awkwardly, lifted her big white sunglasses off eyes and resting them on top of her long blond hair. She hadn't seen any of her kids from this generation since, well, ever. She looked at her daughter, she could see the similarities easily. Her hair had red in it though, which she probably inherited from her father. She recognized her daughter, the daughter of the photographer. He was a sweet guy. It was weird seeing her daughter though, they looked like they could be sisters, not mother and daughter, but she was happy. She made a mental note to see her daughters more often, they were a couple of the few people it was hard to be mean to.
