"I had to set an example for my half-brother too." Nik explained, "He's not a demigod, so he couldn't get away with it, and he doesn't need bad stuff on his permanent record."

"That's all my permanet record has on it. But I was an only child so I never had anyone I had to set an example for." She shrugged. "But I don't think I could live in a house with another sibling."

"It's not that bad," Nik told Alyson, "I mean, you have a few rough times, but it's nice to know your not alone. My little brother is nice, I miss the little brat. At least I'll be seeing him this summer."

Alyson shrugged. "I usually don't get along with most people. Especially people that live under the same house as me."

"A satyr told me I had to come here. I wasn't sure why and I really was't about to go with him and then the monster came. I decided I should go." She told him. "What happened with you?"

"Well some creepy kids had been following me around and they turned out to be monsters. They broke into my hose and attacked me and my family. My mom and little brother managed to get out and my dad, step dad, took off with me in the car. As soon as we arrived in New York City the monsters caught up. My step dad died holding them off as I ran away like a coward. I fell asleep in an alley and woke up on Half-Blood Hill. That's about it." Nik said sadly, his eyes a cloudy gray-blue.

Isabella let out alow gutteral growl from the pain she was in. " So my Gale's still in there somewere?" Isabella laughed as angel went to help her up a little. " Isabella it doesn't matter he's moved on with his life can't you?" Angel pleaded as he looked back at nik, kyle, and alyson pleadingly .

Alyson stood up instantly when she heard Isabella. She walked over and looked down at her. "Do you still want Carolynne dead?" She asked.
