"Hn, the world works a weird way, indeed," he murmured after removing the protrudinf fork completely from his mouth. Shaking his head no, Haro continued, "Thank you, though," he added with a faint wisp of a smile, golden flecked eyes focusing in on a picture frame.
Tapping the glass lightly, Haro frowned slightly, it must be Shin's family.
Returning his ever flickering attention to the tiger, Haro scratched lightly at rosy orange hair while he watched him. He would have offered to clean his own dish at least, but he wasn't quite sure how to, but once he saw Shin do it he would surely help next time.

He saw Haro glance at the picture and smiled. "That's Mum," he said, pointing to a wispy and slender-looking woman with waiste-length rave hair. Her eyes were a golden-brown color with flecks of green. "And Dad... He's dead, though... This is a pretty old picture, see? That's me..." He pointed to a small boyt, probably about six years old, who was being held between his two parents. His father looked exactly like Shin, but older and more mature and slightly more sickly. He took the other's dishes and washed them along with his own, setting them to dry on they rack.

Haro frowned softly, pulling back strands of hair, holding it in a small ponytail before turning to Shin, "Hm...you look a lot like him," he murmured, not specifying who exaclty he was talking about, but he was Shin would understand.
"You look a lot like my owner too, 'cept he had brown hair," he added with a nervous sort of grin. It was true though, his owner had been a little on the slender side and such blue eyes. Similar, not exactly the same by any means...but similar.

"Do I...? Well, I hope that's a good thing... Resembling your master, I mean..." He smiled and on a sudden impulse hugged the other, although he let go quickly. "Sorry..."

About to explain that it was a good thing, because his master was quite handsome, Haro was interrupted --before he had even began, which was kind of sad-- with a hug, a quick one, but a hug still.
Haro merely blinked rapidly, wings twitching anciously, "It's...fine, w-what was that for though?" He asked, letting his hair return to it's usual style.
He didn't think he had said anything particularily nice...

"Sorry... I don't know..." His face flushed slightly, something unnatural for his pale skin. He twisted a lock of his hair with a finger, an absent expression on his face. He seemed to come out of it after a few moments, blinking himself back into the present. "Ah... sorry... I was just... thinking..."

"Oookaaay." Drawing out the syllables with a laugh, Haro backed up a few steps. "What were you thinking?" He asked with a slight pout, twitching fingers in his shirt.
He didn't know why he always had to ask so many questions, he was just very curioues about...everything.

Haro's curious smile faultered slightly, golden eyes whsiking towards the ground. He didn't pity himself for not knowing his parents...but hearing the sincere sadness in Shin's vioce made him feel that maybe parents were really worth knowing...
Shaking his head gently, dismissing his rapidly brewing thoughts, the younger male chirped out, "W-well, if he was anything like yourself, I'm s-sure...sure he was a great person." He wasn't the best with words, and it frustrated him. Not only did he just want to hug the much taller male, all the while pretending he was a bear of course, he wished he could say what he meant, without being burdened by words...
It was frustrating.

He smiled. "I hope I grow to be like him... He was always very kind an honest, so I try and live by his standards. He was vegetarian also, probably the main reason I stopped eating meat. I'm sure he's happy wherever he ended up." He wiped at his eyes, unacustomed to talking about his father in front of non-family members.

Haro was never sure when to press futher, if to press any further...he wasn't incredibly good at reading into people he didn't know very well. Shifting his position uncomfortably, amber eyes fluttered around the room a moment or so before resting on a window, staring out into the dark sky. Suddenly feeling very uneasy, the teen gingerly tugged his shirt down farther, making sure his wings weren't showing in the least.
"E-eh, do you have any...sisters or anything?" He asked absentmindedly, distracted by his own paranoia. He really didn't want to be experimented on.

"No... no siblings... Just me and Mom at the house." He looked where Haro was looking. "Anything interesting outside? It's getting dark... I should probably close the curtains..." he said the last part to himself.
((Ahh... I'm in the middle of writing a song an recording it on Garage Band... I wish I could find a way to get it on DA, but I dunno how... I already tried, but no cookie! ;_; ))

Haro shook his head, blinking back his idle feeling, "N-no, it's...just dark." He didn't have siblings either, well, maybe he did, he wasn't sure. It was possible that he did, but he had never met any of them or known of having any.
He felt horribly disconnected. No parents, no brothers or sisters, no family to speak at all. Holding up a hand to his head, the teen frowned, the only sort of family he'd ever had was his owner...and of course he was gone.
"...Just dark..."
