The rain begun to pour down fast like many times in a jungle, mixing with the humidity added more to the torture. Hitomi hides among a tree using the large leaves as shelter, looking in the pack from the previous fight she finds a few more knives and a few rations,"With these I'll save when thigs get out of control, I can last on the plants till then." Looking through the rain all she could hear was the pounding that came down nothing else, things fighting wise were of all things quiet. Hitomi felt a little better with the rain but wasnt sure how long it would last once it starts to dry out.

She studders to a blast and peeks out to hear it echo through the trees,"Twenty five?...thats nearly half the competition killed off already, I'm up against brutal beings this time." Trying to stay calm Hitomi listens to the rain not even thinking of the next fight she'll be in or even getting out alive. She waits about an hour still she gets restless and decides to pack up and go on despite the rain. The path grew muddy and hard to walk on from the slight flooding but as with her determination Hitomi goes on.

Hitomi gets a good couple miles in till she hears a snap and ends up on the ground, dazed she up and finds her leg had gotten tied into a floor trap and went right into it,"Damn it all this is low even for me, how the others are laughing right now." Hitomi tugs onto the rope but it fails to snap even as hard as she pulled. Loud shouts were heared in the bushes and two men charge out aiming thier bows towards Hitomi's head,"Give it up missy, you already lost so save your last breath." They start to tighten their strings till she leans foward grabbing a knife and flings it at them, once distracted she cuts free and lunges onto one of the breaking his arm backwards.

His buddy hears the sickly crack noise then a painful yell and aims at her. Just as he let go of the arrow Hitomi leaps off dodging the arrow but instead it pierces right through the other man's neck, he watches him choke on his own blood and when he turned she came right at him stabbing straight into chest, he never heared her coming from behind but it came too late. Hitomi rises to her feet then collect whatever the two had mainly food rations, a wool wrap,and another trap, thinking of becoming more equiped takes a bow and any arrows she found. Walking she hears two blasts, she tried to count how many now but went on back on the path.

As it starts to become more of a drizzle out she decideds to actually try out the bow and see her accurancy, she finds a clearing and cautiously goes by the bushes and targets a tree at least ten feet away from her. Pulling the string as far as it could she waits watching for anyone nearby and lets go. Hitomi hears it whistle then a thud echoed, she smirks, coming out the arrow hit dead on in the middle of its truck. Pulling it out she froze and dives into a shorter tree and listens.

Below her she hears a man and a woman in conversation and listens in. "I'd be careful if I were you Lydia, theres word of one girl whos hard to kill." the man says sheeply."I've heared, a red haired girl that wears a kitsune mask with odd markings, I think shes a shadow being by the look of the moon they say she has." she looks in the distance "They say anyone who saw her true face dont live to tell about it." Hitomi eyes them close then the man runs another direction leaving her behind. From the look on her face she looked panicked, Hitomi wanted to make this one quick without barely any noise."So I guess I'm heared of then, well then....goodbye." She releases her arrow and hears a grim pieircing scream and it goes silent.

Hitomi peers from the leaves only her mask visible and looks down to the dead woman,"Looks like my skills of silence has returned, its going to be needed for this time around." She hides back into the branches and waits for any sounds to fade away when it would be safe to leave.

The afternoon sun rised high in the sky making with the humidity even worse to travel, Hitomi lays in the shade of a cmall cavern and finds ways to cool of. So far she had been able to to well with the bow but it was still a new weapon to het used. She spots a thick bark tree nearby and uses some of that and branches to make new arrow, taking out her knife she spends most of the day carving them into narrow arrows but leaves enough wood for her to grab hold as she aims. "So far I think almost half no even more than that of the competitors are already been killed, so far I've heared four more blast and they're coming closer each time."

She finished the last of her newly made arrows and packs them away, they wernt as thisk as the other arrows but should glide more easily in the air and not as detectable. Hitomi gets up fast as she hears footsteps coming her way and sprints off fast, staying in one place wasnt an option hor her, it was flee at any noise or end up dead. "If more are to come after me perhaps I'm known well though my name remains a mystery,...I'll keep it at that."

Hitomi waits up in a tree for nearly an hour before she feels her leg slip from the wet bark, sliding she grabs hold of the branch and leaps down,"Dumb rain, makes everything hard to balence on no matter the surface." She runs towards the water getting dehydrated from the hiking and stops to drink, using a leaf to grab the water it felt good getting in water again after going without for nearly a day,"As soon as it gets dark I'll set up camp, its too risky right now." She hears more conversation and stays hidden, it was more conversation about her being the mysterious kitsune girl that was hard to take down.

Once quiet she comes out of hiding and continues on, once a mile in she hears rustling in the wooded area and stopped,"Perhaps its time to practice my aim." Pulling out her bow she loads and arrow watching close and releasing it waiting to see what it was lurking.

Hitomi watches from an edge as the sun begun to set, the sky looked as red as amber which gave her a sense of calming. "Another day is gone just closer to the end in my opinion, oh how it sounds fine but its bitter all at once." A blast is heared close by cauing her to look from where it sounded, knowing there might be maybe a few left she looks back saddened. She thinks of back home and wonders how everyone is doing and if Yuki is thinking of her as well, tears form in her eyes and stream down from under her mask, it pains her to think about them.

Soon it becomes dark and Hitomi makes her leave, taking the oppertunity to stalk in the night could give her a head start in the game. "Its seems ok for now but I better be alert to keep an eye for sudden night stalkers." A loud scream is heared and Hitomi runs towards it, peeking in the bush she eyes a man dead just moments ago, Hitomi's ears were correct,"Even in the dark the death toll still rises, its not safe anytime."

"What just happened, why cant I see or hear, did I get attacked?" Hitomi opens her eyes and slowly gets up her head hurting like it was nearly splitting, dazed but awake she slowly gets up to see that the arena had changed. Insted of a jungle and rain, the terrane had changed into what looked like a war zone. "What the hell just happen here? This is not where i was before... where am I?" Hitomi looks around and sees chared buildings and no sign of people. there was a fire burning wildly a few feet from her. The heat was intense to her.

a blast is heard about ten feet away from her, she turns sharply and sees that the building inflamed had collasped. she leaps into the air dodging as much debris as she could but at the corner of her eye a small peice of wood still smoldering strikes her in the leg. crying in agony she lands on her sides and skids a few feet hitting a wall. "You really outdone yourself this time sara, youre going to kill us all in the city itself then us killing eachother."
