Well, it's a private technology, meaning only you and people you claim have it can have it.
It's built with a high quality steel to deflect most attacks, and completely encloses the face. Most swords are made of steel, so that means people can cut the mask and it would just be like crossing blades. Also I know there would be people who would abuse that so that they don't feel much if any pain when attacked in the face
From the outside it looks completely white, showing no facial features whatsoever. On the inside the user sees through a screen that shows everything the individual would see without the mask. So the person completely guards their face so that people can't track them easily without reducing visibility.
The screen is able to change from normal vision to night vision mode, allowing the user to see as easily at night as they could during the day.
The mask also keeps a small radar display showing the locations of any teammates using the mask...This is basically the radar on call of duty that shows all of your allies positions.
The mask also includes a gas-filter that keeps the user safe from gassy poisons.
With all of these features, I would think the cost wouldn't be a problem. Since it IS ranked a B rank tech by you yourself. Also anyone below chuunin really shouldn't have the proficiency, or the ability or the need for such things. Genin aren't sent on stealth missions.

The suit is infused with chakra, though it is so feint it provides no increases what so ever. However because of that chakra, when the armor is worn the users chakra will be “scrambled” making it impossible to determine the users normal chakra. Also their voice will have a deeper and demonic tone when they wear the helmet, which makes it impossible to tell the users normal voice. The suit is also blackened with the ashes of fallen Death Dealers and soil from their graves, this makes the suits stink of death and with it the user’s normal scent cannot be smelled, only death. Also their aura will appear dead and lifeless because of this, concealing their normal aura signature. Weakness: Though it masks their chakra signature, because the armor is fused with chakra it is almost impossible to hide from enemies. Also though it marks the users scent, with the smell of death it makes it more impossible to hide. With these disadvantages it is impossible to hide while in the armor, people will always know death is around them. Picture:

For a secret organization like the Death Dealers, wouldnt a suit of head to toe armor make them extremely conspicuous, as well as severely reduce mobility and such? The concept is good, it just doesnt seem to fit a secret organization.
And have you ever played the game that that armor is from? Its my all-time favorite game series.

I have an idea!
The Death Dealers would be able to use this when together in a group or in a raid or against certain opponents who have large weapons. Though mostly it could be used for the guards of the tower. However I guess we could redesign the armor a tad so that not as much mobility is lost. What would really be cool is if depending on the tattoo color, that would be the kind of armor that is used. Like light gray would be light armor, black would be medium, and red would be heavy. Ahh BB you should add that in! And unfortunately I can't judge this, so I think Panthers will or maybe Greg! wink

((Light Armor Recon Suits)) Technology Power Rank:C Description:Similar to the Recon mask, the LARS Warrior kit comes with a small headset, comprised of an eye piece, ear piece, and mic. These are connected to a small battery on the user's hip, which is susceptible to lightning but water proof, and has light armor attachments for the arms, legs, and torso. The battery however is located under the torso armor, making it hidden from most physical conflict. While these can be used by any Oto ninja, others may come to own one by speaking with Jin or Taki from Otogakure and having him evaluate your motives. As for abilities, aside from allowing for communication up to three miles away, they are all linked to Taki's head set, which is modified into his anbu mask. Meaning if his kit goes down they all will. All wearing the armor can communicate to their partners, and as an added bonus, the eyepiece can take photographs and videos. Mistah wanted knight armor so I used knight armor XD. But yes be extremely conspicuous but thats the point of people not being able to know who you are while your in it. You walk around as you normally would, no one knowing who you are then you put on the armor and cause havoc and no one knows it was you. Also with everyone having the same you can never tell who is who. So you might think you were facing mistah the entire time, but it turns out it was me. Faceless merchants of death. Of course I do have lighter armor that would allow better mobility, just doesn't look as cool but I think i'll switch it out lol, and no I don't but I would like to know cause he looks awesome. I mean if 3 people with the same armor, attacked 3 different villages on 3 different days. People would think it the same person and not a group, you do that when 1 person has light, 1 person has medium, and 1 person has heavy, they would know it a group and who did what.

Pressure Bomb
- The main question is how many can one person carry? With a weapon such as this, it must be rather a nuisance to carry if more than one or two are placed on their person.
- Also, are these weapons created by chakra? Meaning does the owner said bombs, have to be Fuuton natured, and put in a set amount of chakra into the weapon to have it 'loaded.'
Fuuma Tattoo
-So I'm assuming this is technically like a weapon summoning tag except the summoning seal is actually on the person's back.
- I would assume though, that by having his tattoo, the shuriken won't spawn through a person's shirt? The individual of this Tattoo would have to have a bare back correct?
-And as far as giving the tattoo to another individual I will accept it only if a person of correct qualifications can do it. For example a Medical Nin who can place the seal upon the intended users back.

I like to keep my customs simple. Uhm, they are like paper bombs, you know those tags you tie to kunai with string? They are made by writing kanji on them I believe, for liek fire or explosion. I would assume you could fit a large amount, as they are strips of paper, but that gives me an idea. DANGIT. Clothes ruin everything. What I meant, is that in a puff of smoke, it appears like a foot and a half behind them, so that they can actually grab it, which would give it the ability to spawn if clothes are being worn. I guess i need to work on how i word these.
