 Giro sighed and sat down in a chair next to him. Then he pulled out a piece of chocolate and popped it into his mouth. He had his hood covering his face.

Shruikan Tenshi Haseo Shirogane Haseo looked over at Akira. "You? Are you the captain or something?" He asked "If you don't know, then your looking to be in the wrong line of work." Akira laughed.

Haseo rubbed the back of his head laughing a bit too. "I guess so, well then I wish to try out for a position in the Oinin Unit. I'll train hard daily and will answer any questions you ask" He said standing a bit straighter.
((hanzo was the question directed at me?))

Teddy ran into the office as he looked at Hanzo and then Akira, he was here to see what was going on.

"O, my plan....yes....." Akira thought of what he was going to say. "Ah, yes. I wanted to see if I can resolve this issue. It could cause problem between the two villages in the future. Sure, we are bigger and stronger and could possible take it by storm if a war broke out. But, I want to go the passive agressive approach."

Haseo nods to Hanzo. "My plans right now is to hopefully become Oinin, meanwhile I'll be training in....my bloodline which is Satetsu, or iron dust as its also called and practice my clan's abilities of puppetry. I'm going to be building a new puppet which will serve great assisstance once I become Oinin." He said to the hokage as he turned to Akira. "I am Haseo Shirogane, of the Shirogane clan that hailed from the wind country and known for their skills in puppetry." He said smiling a bit. Though to Hanzo, he wasn't sure if he'll recognize his odd chakra.
